Renazification of Texas

Demokratie im Amerika

Texas Denazification poster extolling democracy to educate POWs during WW2

Texas was where many National Socialist and Japanese collectivist prisoners were penned up for reeducation in the virtues of democracy at Huntsville and Crystal City. Democracy in Germany ended 4 years and 19 days after Republican candidate Herbert Clark Hoover was sworn in to enforce the new Five and Ten law making beer a shoot-first felony. Hoover sought to stop Germany from exploiting American Prohibition by dumping heroin Stateside at inflated prices, while at the same time strengthening the very prohibitionism that exacerbated the demand for narcotics. Today’s Republicans continue to fill prisons using victimless “crime” laws against plant leaves as a pretext for asset-forfeiture looting. These violent laws the Libertarian Party seeks to repeal.

The Manly Sullivan decision, in which our Suprema Corte empowered the dry autocracy to use Prohibition and tax laws for asset forfeiture, coincided with the crash and decline of Germany’s stock market. National Socialist candidates immediately began getting more votes as the German economy contracted in a spasm that 16th day of May, 1927. As nazi vote share rapidly increased, Republican Herbert Hoover’s 1931 standstill Moratorium assisted German rearmament by freezing all repayments of war loans and reparations. The U.S. economy continued its collapse until, by March 3, 1933, every bank in the nation had closed its doors prior to FDR’s order that they shut down. Twenty days later Hitler’s nationalsocialists began shutting down all opposition parties just as today’s Republicans are trying to shut down the Libertarian Party in Texas by barring us from ballot access.

The Republic of Texas welcomed German immigrants in 1840. Economic collapse in countries dependent on dumping opiates in China began when the Chinese deported British dope traders at Canton. The U.S. economy slumped along with Big Pharma countries as British capital was withdrawn to build up the Royal Navy for the Opium Wars of 1840 and 1857. Impoverished Germans poured into Texas and built the Germanic towns of New Braunfels, Brandenburg and many others as the Adelsverein assisted their migration. By 1930 Germans amounted to 36% of the Texas population. During WW2 another 380,000 were brought in as POWs before defeat, Nuremberg war crimes trials, hangings, prison terms and denazification.

A is A

German voters were offered two kinds of looters, then… one.

So today the Republican party, closely patterned after the National Socialist platform of 1920, has realized that despite federal election campaign subsidies obtained through Nixon’s Anti-Libertarian Law, its more obnoxious candidates are being pole-axed by Libertarian spoiler votes. Libertarians are against the resort to violence and coercion. American voters gave the LP swing-vote control over 13 of the 15 states with the most independent voters. We earned more votes than the difference between the Trump and Hillary campaigns. Texas legislators now propose the same sort of Socialist v. Nationalsocialist “elections” that brought young Germans to Texas in chains in 1943.

Rather than allow voters the redress they seek at the ballot box, the Gee-Oh-Pee panders to prohibitionist, race-suicide Dixiecrats whose spoiler votes it coveted in 1968. I appeal to Texans of German, Jewish, Mexican, Caribbean and Brazilian descent to contact the State Legislature in defense of democracy before Positive Christianity fanatics again establish a One-Party Dictatorship.

Here’s who you need to contact:

Rep. Joe Moody – 512-463-0728

Rep. Joe Deshotel – 512-463-0662

Rep. John Frullo – 512-463-0676

Rep. Craig Goldman – 512-463-0608

Rep. Oscar Longoria – 512-463-0645

Rep. Will Metcalf – 512-463-0726

Rep. Tom Oliverson – 512-463-0661

Rep. Eddie Rodriguez – 512-463-0674

Rep. Toni Rose – 512-463-0664

Rep. John Wray – 512-463-0516

The LP hates one bill and likes another. I can find neither and I’ve been doing this for decades. But here are some more politicians you might want to call on to let voters choose:

Rep. Stephanie Klick – 512-463-0599

Rep. Philip Cortez – 512-463-0269

Rep. John H. Bucy, III – 512-463-0696

Rep. Dustin Burrows – 512-463-0542

Rep. Briscoe Cain (Sponsor of the GOOD bill. Tell him “thanks!”) – 512-463-0733

Rep. Art Fierro – 512-463-0596

Rep. Celia Israel – 512-463-0821

Rep. Mayes Middleton (Sponsor of the BAD bill.) – 512-463-0502

Rep. Valoree Swanson – 512-463-0572

I personally like to egg the looters on in hopes the people will string them up once they realize they’ve been had. But cooler heads assure me that, like Maduro of Venezuela, Texas politicians simply feign incomprehension and act like their feelings are hurt. So I have no advice to give. No machine politician has ever seen reason until after being whopped upside with enough spoiler votes to turn or nearly turn the election.

Dixiecrats v. Libertarian Party

Collectivist National Socialism

Wallace’s ‘Murrican Party platform carried 5 states and rewrote the GOP Bible

This just in:
A couple of months ago, the Arkansas state legislature, a.k.a. the Sahara of the Bozart, pulled some shenanigans and rapidly pushed through an “emergency bill” to make it nearly three times harder for us to get ballot access there. Why? Because Republicans are scared to compete with us.

Why else would so many Republican sockpuppets sign up as Reason Magazine commentators? Their mantra is the same fixed-pie mentality that is the foundation for communism. A vote for the LP is a vote “for” the same LIBERAL party that in 1930 added repeal of the 18th Amendment to its platform and helped the Dems win with it. That plank alone won the 1932 election plus five more.  Republican prohibitionists turned to Franklin Roosevelt’s enemies for help. The last thing the GOP wants is spoiler voters interested in individual rights costing them their political jobs, power, pelf and boodle.

Franklin Roosevelt’s enemies were German National Socialists. These were politicians of the very party Herbert Hoover had helped take over Germany by giving them a Moratorium on Brains in 1931. The moratorium excused Germany from paying war reparations to its victims and also from repaying loans taken from American suckers.  This so-called “standstill agreement” is right there in Atlas Shrugged, a book which, with the non-aggression principle, was written as nazis were tried and hanged in Nuremberg:

“The economic condition of the country was better the year before last than it was last year, and last year it was better than it is at present. It’s obvious that we would not be able to survive another year of the same progression. Therefore, our sole objective must now be to hold the line. To stand still in order to catch our stride. To achieve total stability. Freedom has been given a chance and has failed…. So we’ve got to stand still. We’ve got to stand still. We’ve got to make those bastards stand still!”

“The country” Wesley Mouch was referring to could easily have been Nazi Germany. In fact, we had come this close:

Republican National Socialism became ingrained after Dixiecrat spoiler votes nearly blocked Nixon’s election. George Wallace in effect rewrote the GOP platform just as Ralph Nader’s econazis rewrote the Democratic party platform after the y2k election. Today’s Republicans shout “liberal” in exactly the same tone as 1930s nationalsocialists shouted “liberal” and “Jew.” Some people have a hard time letting go of hillbilly superstitions.

Libertarian Saure Diethylamid

100 signatures sufficed for ballot access then and there

Another outside party turned up in 1970 opposed to aggression, conscription, prohibitionism, victimless crime laws and Comstock laws and in favor of relegalizing drugs. The obviously Libertarian Buffalo Party’s planks soon turned up in the platform of the Libertarian party. With fewer than 4000 votes the LP blocked Dixiecrat laws forcing women to reproduce against their will. The current wave of plant leaf decriminalization is the result of Libertarian Party spoiler votes over the course of 12 national election campaigns. It took 11 campaigns for the Prohibition Party to make beer a felony. Spoiler votes have finally become a mechanism for increasing freedom by throttling back coercion. Oh, and speaking of coercion…

Thirteen to one

Entrenched looter parties are struggling to keep a lid on libertarian vote counts by pigeonholing us in with asset-forfeiture parties (CPUSA, Green, Constitution, Prohibition, Tea…). For instance, at U. of Virginia–of which Thomas Jefferson was once justly proud–readers of opinion poll entrails put up a smirking election results article out of which the word “Libertarian” has been rectified with Inner Party precision.

The Florida LP missed a spoiler vote opportunity when it shied from running a candidate for the Senate. The Asian-style socialist beat the European-style nationalsocialist by a tenth of a percentage point. Gary Johnson got 2.2% of Florida votes two years ago, so this tight a race would have been easy to reverse into a gain for women with pro-choice LP spoiler votes. The GOP winner is rated 0.0 by NARAL on female individual rights to birth control.

With no Libertarian candidate in the running, that race did reveal that the ratio of votes tallied to partisan voters registered was less than one for both the Republicans (0.86) and Democrats (0.90). Florida, with 28% Non-Kleptocracy or Non-Duopoly voters was below the 1/3 cutoff for the chart below. But if the tallies there are at all representative of the nation, Libertarians are at least twice as effective at rounding up upset votes compared to the parties that fought the Civil War over tariffs, embraced Comstock laws, enacted the Prohibition Amendment, imported the Income Tax from the Antebellum Communist Manifesto, napalmed Vietnam and bombed Ottoman dregs until terrorists attacked U.S. buildings.

Kleptocracy sources now group all but The Kleptocracy into unperson categories. Adding together their figures lets us sort states by tenuousness of The Kleptocracy’s grip on their own voters:

Libertarians are in here somewhere...

States with 1/3 or more voters not registered GOP or DEM

Compare the above with states in which Libertarian candidates covered the law-changing spoiler vote gap in 2016:

Libertarian spoiler votes make the worst looter lose.

State leverage is a function of the size of the LP vote that covered the gap and the number of electoral votes involved in that race.

Colorado, New Hampshire and Arizona are definitely interesting places to look for Libertarian successes. Recall that success can mean repealing bad laws, getting our candidate elected, or both. The rest of the states in the top chart merit examination to see if unspoken-for voters there can be persuaded to let go of plant leaf prohibition, high taxes or efforts to make electric power scarce and expensive.

Private Gofundme donations for a border fence and Republican Senate gains this past election are strong evidence that mutilating the Libertarian Platform plank on border security has made it a liability to LP candidates, staff and volunteers. That makes it a current asset to parties eager for wholesale importation of girl-mutiliating terrorists and economic totalitarians. By restoring:

However, we support control over the entry into our country of foreign nationals who pose a credible threat to security, health or property.

to the Migration plank, we could again attract voters who are not interested in mass importation of berserkers or undesirables. The other sane alternative is to finish amputating the bloody stump and say nothing about borders–a subject already covered in the Constitution and federal regulations communist anarchists never read.

The other recently tacked-on plank–asking that someone other than government be entrusted with enforcement via deadly force–is also counterproductive, anti-libertarian, and certain to cause voters to cross busy streets to avoid our candidates. Complete mid-term vote counts are amazingly scarce, thanks to skillful elision, but LP supporters, donors and members have been dropping fast lately. That much is easy to verify.

Think about these planks if you are planning on attending the Libertarian National Convention in Austin.

Libertarian Platform Sabotage Results

scuttling the ship

Note the negative slope of the trendline

The 2016 Libertarian party platform increased our vote share 328%.

True, recent platforms cave to Dixiecrat and Republican race-suicide screaming compared to the pro-choice 1972 platform. But LP delegates in 2016 at least rejected the obnoxious anti-choice, force-initiating infiltrator and got us decent candidates. Nationwide, voters were pleased that the LP platform committee was finally understanding the definition of government, and rewarded us with four million votes. This was WAY more votes than the difference between God’s Own Prohibitionists and the Econazi-influenced, carbon-tax Democrats. The 2016 election earned the LP national spoiler vote status, making platforms contrary to ours likely to tip their candidates into the losers’ dustbin. The looter kleptocracy was desperate, until a single fifth-column infiltrator acted to save their jobs, pelf and boodle by turning donors, supporters and voters against the LP.

The trick was to side with Democrats eager to import additional Saracen terrorists and People’s State looters into These Sovereign States and Dominions by calling such uninspected entry “open borders.” District court judges deem it a felony as of the second offense. My guess–judging from the graph above–is that this error probably became known in August of 2018. Sure enough, as of August, active donors, myself included, recoiled in horror and stopped pouring money and effort into an organization so easily duped into political suicide.  What else happened?

passengers swimming away from wreckage

Note the increasing slope of the bad trendline

Libertarian Party donors swam away from the scuttled ship in droves. The saddest part is that staff members, who had nothing to do with the (pick one) treachery or idiocy, now see their future endangered as a result. The absurd part is that the whole job of the LP is to endanger the jobs of partisans, politicians and candidates whose platforms and bills run counter to our original principles and (unsullied) platform. Looter party staff (not our people) need to be quaking at the thought of 6 million voters plunking for our proposals in 2020. But noooo…

Donors are grasping for other floating planks

Observe the sharp drop in regular donors

Libertarian Party donor renewals, which had been zigzagging upward–as you’d expect given the hockey-stick growth in our voters–began falling consistently as of August of 2018. Leaving aside the irrelevance and non-sequiturs rallied in support of amending the perfectly good 2016 border security plank into today’s counterproductive seppuko plank 3.4, the financial results couldn’t be clearer. The no-borders platform modification, intentionally or by error of judgment, has been as foolish a disaster as was ever injected into an LP platform since the child molestation planks planted in the 1980s. Entryism is a thing and security clearance forms make it clear that infiltation of government agencies is unwelcome. Indeed, political primaries are carefully organized to curtail infiltration by competing partisans eager to nominate the town drunk.

The pattern is much like brood parasitism, in which cowbirds or cuckoos infiltrate their eggs into a nest. The eggs hatch and the parasites kill off the invaded species’ young, leaving the bereft to raise parasite fledgelings to maturity. Only about 10% of parasitized bird species are able to defend themselves by puncturing and/or ejecting the infiltrating parasite eggs. The Libertarian Party–torn between hawkers of “big tent” dilution and law-changing spoiler vote strategists–would do well to learn to identify nest parasitism and eject infiltrators and saboteurs. Governments do this routinely. The U.S. Government indicted Scientologist infiltrators and does infiltrating of its own. Awareness of this sort of thing is ordinary due diligence and vigilance.

To outsiders contemplating the wreckage, the current LP platform committee looks a bit like a gaggle of intestines-for-brains parasite hosts.

Weak-minded fools

Jabba the Hutt made the call…

Thoughtful spoiler-vote libertarians can nevertheless rescue the party from ruin. For that you need only shift your support to your state and county Libertarian Parties. Donations to battleground state parties (New Mexico, Minnesota, Maine, Michigan, Colorado, nevada, New Hampshire, Wisconsin, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Florida, Virginia, Georgia) will economically gird us for battle during the shakeout of the national LP’s delinquency. Those Libertarian-friendly States manage 127 electoal votes. That strategy will put the Kleptocracy fifth column on notice that protagonists of individual rights have more sense than 9 out of 10 parasitized bird species.

Obamacare eliminates GOP voters

mystical looter

“I am not a crook!”

Richard Nixon’s Congress modified the tax code to force every American to subsidize Republican and Democratic candidates–precisely when the Libertarian Party was formally organized. This was a brilliant strategy.

These IRS transfer payments have since 1971 transferred money from producers to media presstitutes. In exchange, those worthies constantly din into voters heads’ that a libertarian vote is a wasted vote. To persons of a couple of standard deviations lower than normal intelligence, this sounds like a valid argument. The premise, of course, is that every election is about the success of individual candidates. The lie they seek to convey is that voting is NOT about the success and freedom of the individuals casting the votes.

Every year more voters send the freedom message to Congress

Logistical substitution curve fitted on LP ballot share: spoiler votes deliver a clear message.

Prohibitionist domination of the Republican party made it as inevitable in 2007, as in 1929, that fanatical coercion of the banking and brokerage system would bring economic collapse. Tammany-style Democrats seen their chance and took it. The doctors who lied about beer, wine, coca leaves, peyote, mescaline, Indian hemp and LSD so that Republican and Dixiecrat politicians could legislate and loot at will were by 2007 a cartel snorting other people’s assets through hundred-dollar bills.

Outside, in the hospital waiting room, the sick and injured die filling out forms and signing over title to property. A license to practice medicine is like a prohibition agent’s license to padlock and confiscate under asset forfeiture. Rather than kill the golden goose by legalization, Democrats offered Socialized Medicine as the panacea for all ills.

Every American is now harried by telemarketing algos and forced at gunpoint to confess on their tax forms–(5th Amendment be damned!)–whether they paid tribute to Obamacare. The only way out of the mandatory funneling of cash to medical mafiosi is to leave the United States. Social Security checks go father in Mexico, Caribbean islands, South America and Canada–especially if you can get a resident visa.

The upside is a Pain Drain–of aging superstitious, brainwashable ex-pats no longer able vote in many US elections. Going, going, gone is their power to make birth control and plant leaves illegal, or to force the unsaved to urinate into sample cups so medical mafiosi can tear up their work permits.

The alternative? Rosa Maria Ortega was sentenced to 8 years in prison (and deportation), and Cristal Mason (guess what color), was sentenced to 5 years in prison. Their victimless crime was the same as that of a dozen others in North Carolina: “voting illegally.” For ex-pats to legally vote nationally, forms must be completed and ballots cast a month before the real election.

Ex-pats often cannot vote in the local elections that decide whether Stateside real estate will be exorbitantly taxed, then taken. Geezer Old Party voters must eventually choose between affordable medical care abroad and voting to bully pregnant women and shoot or jail blacks and hippies Stateside. Democrats, meanwhile, are busy trying to shut down electric power plants.

If you do not want to shoot kids over plant leaves, bully pregnant women, cause economic collapse or make electrical energy a controlled substance, you might want to vote Libertarian.

Amazon review censored?

fake libertarian skunk

Obnoxious creep

Lots of folks are whining that Tweeter, Farcebuke and ilk are “censoring” their communications. I just had Amazon refuse to post this review of their Gift Cards:

Worked 2 mos ago, failed just now

I sent one to another country and it worked fine. But when I tried to send to a friend in Texas, the interface kept blocking the purchase and demanding more input after–by my lights–all the fields were filled in. I finally gave up trying.

Amazon replied with this:

Thank you for submitting a customer review on Amazon. After carefully reviewing your submission, your review could not be posted to the website. While we appreciate your time and comments, reviews must adhere to the following guidelines: …

A few common issues to keep in mind:

Your review should focus on specific features of the product and your experience with it. Feedback on the seller or your shipment experience should be provided at http://www.amazon.com/feedback.
We do not allow profane or obscene content. This applies to adult products too.
Advertisements, promotional material or repeated posts that make the same point excessively are considered spam.

Any attempt to manipulate Community content or features, including contributing false, misleading, or inauthentic content, is strictly prohibited.

So there it is. I tried to send a gift card to someone I’ve known for years. The interface refused to work and did nothing in the way of pointing out anything I had failed to notice. On the off chance they had failed to notice their interface was being unhelpful and refusing to accept money, I replied with my honest impression, and blam. My guess is they figure I was disappointed by the interface, not the product, and, well, there are organizations that consider their interfaces infallible, hence, above all caviling.

I’m not particularly upset and still plan to send my friend some other present from Amazon. There is probably a failure to communicate here. I may have overlooked something, and Amazon could just as easily program their algos to point to what it was and maybe even scold me for being so blind. I do not imagine there is some sinister conspiracy to shut me up. Quite possibly their algos flipped my flippant remark into a pidgeonhole for hostile cranks.

I do not doubt anything as successful as Amazon gets its share of hostile cranks. Even my own pitiful website has been hacked. I even got a fake ransom demand message pfrom a phake phishing pfor phools near Pflugerville (as if I were rich and famous).

It is possible that social media algos also do “judgment” calls of the sort. Something called Akismet searches my blog comments and accurately identifies spam–and algos are not famous for being smart. I wish I had half as good an algo looking over my gift card purchase attempts. Next time I try to send a gift card I am going to have a witness watching to spot what I might have missed.

Amazon did let me publish Prohibition and The Crash, a searching investigation into the causes of the 1929 Crash and Great Depression, on Kindle format. Buy it for the price of a chilly pint of craft beer.

Selfishness before Ayn Rand

Egoism does not aggress or rob

See 1940 original

In 1940 France and Britain were having expensive regrets about welshing on the loans they’d begged from the United States during WWI.

These United States were again selling them victuals and materiel they could not obtain from National Socialist Europe or Soviet Socialist Asia. But enslaving American youth to again intercede in bloody squabbles among European opiate peddlers was asking a bit much. To European socialists of both national and international persuasions, this refusal to sacrifice was the height of egotistical selfishness.  But is that the same as greed?

Selfishness is not predatory

Tatsuya Ishida’s SINFEST–The webcomic to end all webcomics

Ayn Rand had published Anthem in an England that was rapidly being transformed into the exact setting in which the novella had unfolded. Yet British intellectual-impersonators still echoed Hitler’s calls for “The Common Good Before the Individual Good.” Fifth-column agitators meanwhile harkened back to to the very Jesus der Fuehrer so often quoted, exhorting Parliament to surrender:

“Do not resist the one who is evil. But if anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also.” –Matthew 5:39

But Americans were learning by watching the “peace” coercive altruism had forged in Europe since the Molotov-Ribbentrop Agreement divvying Poland. Slavery, starvation, war and pestilence sprouted wherever predatory altruism lifted its outstretched arm in salute. The purpose of applied altruistic socialism (whether Christian fascism or lay communism) is to seize by force and threat of violence that which someone else has labored to produce. Ask yourself if this does not sound just a bit like greed, like coveting–then seizing–your neighbor’s goods?

Is this not Christian Socialism?

FAITH, OBEDIENCE, FIGHTING SPIRIT–The Catechisms of Fascism

Karl Marx did not use the wordcapitalism” in his Altrurian Bible.  But his disciples wasted no time in re-coining the term to describe the Christian monarchic mercantilism built upon coercive monopoly, slave labor and opium wars viewed as sublimely utopian by Adam Smith. Yet here we are in the 21st Century, while superstitious fanatics raid households and vehicles while looting bank and brokerage accounts under the aegis of “asset forfeiture.” If you rob a judge at gunpoint, that is your act of robbery. If the judge sends goons to rob you, that is your forfeiture of assets in the language of looter kleptocracy. Make sense? Libertarian, on the other hand, makes it clear that robbery and extortion are double-plus ungood.

Why not delve into the failure of Prohibitionism that caused the 1929 Crash? Prohibition and The Crash–Cause and Effect in 1929 does exactly that, matching newspaper accounts against stock market reactions and competing theories. It is live on Amazon Kindle for the price of a pint.
