But this Texas case suggests another option, a possible alternative to the FEMA instructions for kiddies taken hostage by whack jobs Manchurian candidates emotionally disturbed classmates.(link) If your parents and local law enforcement would rather see you killed than privatize government schools or help subdue an amok killer, do the following:
Call 911. If the government-employee operator does not hang up on you for whispering, tell him/her/it that an illegal alien drug smuggler with a suitcase full of cash has locked the door and is trying to get you and your classmates to smoke marijuana cigarettes. I’ll bet five dollars those doughnut-munchers will leap into action, batter down the door, arrest the perp and confiscate his assets before you can say “Asset Forfeiture Policy Manual!”(link) This “operant conditioning” business can work both ways, you see.
