Deadly Force Enforcement Issues

  1. Pro-Life: Until the abolition of abortion is achieved, we support laws that restrict and regulate abortion, including but not limited to:
    a. Parental and informed consent, including the elimination of judicial bypass.
    b. Prohibition of licensing, liability, and malpractice insurance for abortionists and abortion facilities.
    c. Prohibition of financial kickbacks for abortion referrals.
    d. Prohibition of late-term abortions.
    e. Prohibition of abortions after the time an unborn child’s heartbeat is detected.
    f. Prohibition of the manufacturing and sale of abortifacients.
    g. Elimination of causes of action for “wrongful birth.”
    h. Health insurance coverage for abortion services and abortifacients, which under Texas law shall be considered supplemental coverage and billed to the beneficiary.
    i. Criminal penalties be attached to any entity convicted of selling body parts of aborted children or, excluding the mother, of conducting an illegal abortion.
    j. Extend the private cause of action used in the Texas Heartbeat Act to all pro-life laws and policies in Texas.
  2. Abolish Abortion: Since life begins at fertilization, we urge the Texas Legislature to abolish abortion through enacting legislation that would immediately secure the rights to life and would nullify any and all federal statutes, regulations, orders, and court rulings that would deny these rights.

It is true that both the Democrats and Republicans believe in theft, fraud and violence. Both halves of The Kleptocracy unhesitatingly resort to election fraud. Nixon tried to sue Texas to overturn JFK’s election.(link) Democratic platforms have made similar charges since the Civil war. (link) But do they follow advice? (link)

The call for secession is confirmation that disloyal antichoice fanatics are jumping ship they themselves are sinking, and infiltrating the Libertarian Party, from whose platform they copied secessionist lunacy. The LP needs to delete all such planks.(link)

Republican attacks on homosexuals are proof the GOP cares nothing about reducing abortion and nothing about exponential equations. Isaac Asimov wrote articles about how dumb it is to shriek at people for limiting population growth without enslaving women. (link)

Democrats lie when they argue for Kristallnacht gun laws, and only convince people they seek to actively aid foreign totalitarian dictatorships to attack These States. (link) Everything the Dems believe about CO2 and warmunism is deliberately untrue, possibly for the same reason. Its result is to elect Republicans and make energy scarce. (link)

Were it not for Biden being a prohibitionist economy-wrecker in 1986-7, the Dems could point out that God’s Own Prohibitionists caused the 1907 Panic and the 1929 Crash and Depression, plus the Nixon Crash and Bush Crash of 2008. Dems also keep Prohibition on the books as an opportunity to rob and murder folks, just like the Grabbers-Of-Pussy. Neither half of The Kleptocracy favors freedom, and voting against both is the most effective path to repeal.(link)

The day before the above news article appeared, the State Department expressed grave concern at the appearance of increasing quantities of morphine of Japanese manufacture in the clandestine traffic on the Pacific coast. (German plants were the largest manufacturers of morphine and its derivatives at that time, but Japanese concerns were clearly active).

Biden/Reagan laws of 1986 crashed economies from 1987 through 1992. Much of today’s culture warfare dates back to the 2008 asset-forfeiture crash. The Austrian culture war expanded until May 1945. ***

Good reading: 1931: Debt, Crisis and the Rise of Hitler, by Tobias Straumann (link). Like U.S. books written to explain away the Great Depression without once mentioning laws making beer a felony or agent seizures of bank and brokerage accounts, this one also elides all real causes. But the timelines match up. You can see, just as German Pharma saw, that Hoover’s Narcotics Limitation Convention wrecked the German economy, with ripple effects ruining other major producers.
