During Reconstruction–a euphemism for military occupation of conquered low-tariff states–a bolter was a voter who a left one duopoly party to vote for “the” other party. Continue reading
Trump rhetoric is different from Bush rhetoric. Bush offered to have some hemp kingpins executed by firing squad, electric chair or lethal injection. Trump grins and waves toward plans for “The Wall” with promises that nobody will be able to find drugs way less deadly than alcohol or tobacco. So why should These States continue to prop up shoot-first prohibitionism in Mexico?
Americans unable to connect for weed, X or coke in the Islamic Christian Republics of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Idaho… could have some quality vacation time in Los Estados Libertários de México. Like all prohibitionist kleptocracies, there are two gangland political parties in a bloody struggle for power in Mexico. This has been so since the Opium Wars in which Great Britain bombarded Mexico’s trading partner, China. Spoiler votes, however, easily change the laws in kleptocratic 2-party power oligopsonies.
Mexico is at last freeing itself from narco-state dependency and become an oasis of freedom-from-coercion by legalizing enjoyables following the example of Portugal. Portugal decriminalized everything a decade and a half back, and has the most successful banking industry in the EU to show for it. Mexico has clearly had its fill of shoot-first prohibitionism, US meddling and gang warfare rivaling that of Chicago when Herbert Hoover was president. All Mexico needs is un partido libertário the people can choose on their ballots. About 4% of the vote will suffice to make all kinds of rights and freedom into jurisprudence and reality.
When the Celestial Emperor ordered the deportation of British opium traders (and Americans the like of Warren Delano), Texans were quick to exploit the misfortunes of China’s trading partner, Mexico, and attack to seize everything between Louisiana and the California gold digs. The British decision to invade and rob China, and continue dumping Indian opium there led to America’s First Great Depression. The onset of the Depression coincided exactly with China’s deportation order, and the Mexican economy was likewise ruined, its army soon humiliated in defeat by gold-digging gringos. By offering the sanctuary of freedom to refugees from Junta-style fascismo–as France welcomed beer-swilling Americans in the 1920s–Mexico could do well by doing good. The entire border area facing The Wall, from Brownsville to Tijuana, could be transformed into a revenue-generating hipster Cancun.
With the northward-bound locust-swarm of less-than-literate wretches conducting its Marcha Sobre Roma on the Texas border, now would be a good time for Texans to airdrop or catapult some primo confiscated weed into now-decriminalized Mexico. That and some maps of how to make it to Puerto Vallarta from Mexico City, then north along the Baja coast to Mexicali, Tijuana, LA and San Francisco. SoCal beats the heck out of a barbed-wire-surrounded tent city in Texas, crawling with rape-murdering border guards. If I were a Guatemalan bracero fleeing Lateran-Treaty fascismo I’d march West then hitch a tramp steamer north to LA or SF and get in on some of that paradisical sanctuary for the homeless. The California minimum wage is about 800% of what goes down in the papal Bandana Republics, and that gradient exerts a tremendous attractive force.

Religious bigotry has been declining for decades, but with lobbyists distorting the mixed economy, legalized coercion is harder to eradicate, and directed verdicts put murderers right back on the streets.
Thousands of Americans–and a few Canadians and Mexicans–were murdered during prohibition, most by religious fanatics not very different from the ones now banning beer in the Medieval Middle East. Government bureaucrats ordered alcohol poisoned with methanol, which causes permanent blindness in those not killed outright. Methodist Board of Temperance, Prohibition, and Public Morals spokesmen invariably came forward to praise these killings as justified. The law, after all, is “the” law.
The Jamaica Ginger remedy contained alcohol, but also tricresyl phosphate, which caused permanent paralysis of legs and feet. This too was viewed as a sort of Divine Retribution. Hunter’s Civic Biology–the 1914 textbook banned in Tennessee for explaining the Evolution of the Species in 1925–was steeped in prohibitionist pseudoscience. Racial eugenics by compulsion to the extent possible was its primary message. The alternative? A degenerate race, and race suicide of the white Caucasians, the crown of Creation. This may be what President Herbert Hoover meant when in his inaugural speech he bragged that “We are building a new race…” After all, Hoover was a great fan of Theodore Roosevelt, who in 1902 urged American women to reproduce against their will. Teddy was concerned about:
fundamental virtues, for the practice of the strong, racial qualities without which there can be no strong races—the qualities of courage and resolution in both men and women, of scorn of what is mean, base and selfish, of eager desire to work or fight or suffer as the case may be provided the end to be gained is great enough, and the contemptuous putting aside of mere ease, mere vapid pleasure, mere avoidance of toil and worry.
German National Socialists, whom President Hoover’s Moratorium on Brains helped rearm (by sparing them from repayment of war reparations), were also keen on coercive eugenics and the altruistic trappings of race suicide theories. Yet here we are in the 21st Century, caught in shouting matches between Christian National Socialists eager to ban birth control and other socialists less pious but no less coercive in their vision of the proper role of government. Both of these communo-fascist variants of Socialism share a deep desire to resort to the initiation of deadly force in their efforts to make the world a “better” place.
The Libertarian Party is fielding some 800 candidates this election, all of them committed to voting for alternatives that do NOT rely on the initiation of deadly force in order to make the world a better place. Every libertarian vote helps repeal laws that coerce women and other individuals. We are growing, and both of the 19th Century Left&Right parties dedicated to European religious autocracies and concentration-camp dictatorships are shrinking.
This has been a Portugueseinterpreter‘s recommendation that a vote for peace and freedom might make the world a better place. Brazilian website is Speakwrite and our other language blog for Expatriates is Amigra.
To organizers of the Liberal Party of America, the situation in 1930 was intolerable:
Hypocrisy is in the saddle. Mercenary religion is throttling the nation’s life. Paid preachers, quartered in magnificent offices, and working for large salaries, are stifling the life of the people. Some of them are laughing in derision when the poor and the weak are convicted and sent to prison. Some of them are advocating the poisoning of alcohol, so that those who are tempted may die—the sooner the wretches are out of the way, say they, the better for Prohibition. And the Sunday laws—these mercenary preachers are spying around corners to trap the unwary and to fill the jails. –1930 Platform
Condoms and diaphragms were as illegal as light beer in Prohibitionist Amerika. Indeed, such things were banned in Communist Rumania as late as 1966, and still illegal in Catholic Ireland in 1992! Comstock laws and Prohibitionist Blue Laws made a crime of baseball, movies, many kinds of work and all manner of purchases on Sundays. The Liberal Party directly challenged the Klan, the Lord’s Day Alliance and Women’s Christian Temperance Union, and sought to restore freedom and individual rights. One of its organizers remarked:
How shall this great aim be accomplished? Not by the Republican Party, of which I have been a member all my life, sitting as a delegate in one of its National Conventions and speaking in every one of its campaigns from McKinley to Hoover. … Not by the Democratic Party, for that Party, equally high in its ideals, equally illustrious in its history, is at this moment notable for its bigotry and intolerance. In Congress, where many men in both Houses who voted for the infamous Jones Law are known to be drinkers and the constant patrons of bootleggers, there is a bill pending and possibly soon to be enacted which will fine and imprison every man who takes a drink.
The Jones Law in question, also known as the 5 & 10 law, made light beer a five-year felony and imposed a fine equivalent to fifteen pounds of solid gold just hours before Herbert Hoover was sworn in to enforce it. That fine comes to over $307,000 at current gold prices. Still, men with guns could waylay a lad barely 18 and slap him in prison till age 22, burdened with debt equivalent to two 30-year mortgages, yet with nothing to show for it but seething resentment and loss of voting and Second Amendment rights. Such “felons” and their repentant parents were the voters the Liberal Party attracted.
The potential of those spoiler votes led the Democrats to abandon the Klan and declare for repeal of the Prohibition Amendment in 1932. The economy–though still burdened with the Communist income tax–began a slow recovery and the Democrats occupied the Executive Branch for the next five presidential terms. The Dems of that era also defeated the National Socialist Christian government of Germany, with its eugenic campaign of racial extermination carried on in the name of mystical altruism. The Nationalsocialist government was also organized, as in Hoover’s Inaugural Address, for purposes of “steadily building a new race.”
The defense of individual rights is today carried on by the Libertarian Party by a passing of the torch of liberty. With 4 million votes covering the spoiler vote gap in 11 states, the LP has lately swung a total of 124 electoral votes. That’s nine times the number of electoral votes the entire State of Virginia controls with its 4 million individual votes. Here’s the LP hockey stick in a sigmoid logistic substitution curve fit for LP votes beginning with the Y2k election.
Not bad for a party that is just now as old as President John F. Kennedy, eh? Join the Three Percent! Give your vote nine, 21 or 10,000 times the law-changing clout. Be your own spoiler vote lobbyist and frighten the crap out of those looters in Congress and their codgers on the Supreme Court. You’ll never regret winning by repealing bad laws!

A shipment of Brazilian marijuana was forfeited to the Highway Patrol there because of a spelling error.
Chicken backs are spelt “dorso de frango.” Illiterates filling out the bill of lading labeled the cargo “dorço de frango,” arousing police suspicions. Sure enough, packages of hempen plant leaves had also been placed aboard the truck carrying frozen poultry from Cascavel in the interior of Paraná. Here’s a video showing what went down.
The driver, 31 years old, was seeking to make ends meet in a nation’s virtual economic collapse caused largely by prohibitionist U.S. meddling overseas. I’ll explain:
The communist income tax amendment was enacted to overturn the Supreme Court decision in Pollock v. Farmers’ Loan and Trust Company, (1895). Readers of this blog will recall that the Panic of 1893 had several components (sudden ramp-up of customs seizures enforcing the tariff on opium imports, subsidized coinage of silver mined in Western States recently admitted to the Union, Chinese reaction to renewal of Geary Exclusion law, collapse of French investment in Panama Canal construction, People’s Party communists obtaining almost 9% of the popular vote, scooping 5% of the electoral votes from 3 states and installing three socialist politicians in Congress). As soon as the insurgent looters were seated, they and others began agitating for the income tax. The prospect was enough to cause capital to flee banks and brokerages and the economy collapsed entirely. The Supreme Court had to be called upon to reverse Congressional dereliction, and ruled that the tax law violated the Constitution since it imposed taxes on personal income derived from real estate investments and personal property such as stocks and bonds.
The Supreme Court decision was a correct interpretation of the Constitution’s grant of powers. However, that court’s Dred Scott decision was also correct regarding the text which had to do with fugitive slaves. In reaction, the 13th and 14th Amendments were imposed to nullify verbiage abetting slavery at a time when votes from unreconstructed Confederate States did not count. Just so did suddenly-entrenched Altrurian communists react to the Court’s rescue of the economy-on-strike from the 1894 income tax. The Democratic party–eager to procure populist spoiler votes–promptly committed itself to championing the incorporation of Communist Manifesto Plank 2 (progressive income tax) into the Constitution of These United States.
But the reason the Dems won in 1892 in the first place goes back to the Comstock laws. These religious blue laws defined mothers’ breasts as indecent pornography, ordered postal inspectors to seize all birth control devices and drugs (including condoms) and provided lengthy prison terms for even telling someone about such things. Encouraged, temperance prohibitionists such as Benjamin Harrison ran for office and doubled down on legislating mystical deontology. Dems resisted by condemning “sumptuary laws which vex the citizen and interfere with individual liberty.” But the Cleveland Administration was soon swept up by enthusiasts for the sort of wholesale looting of the populace which had already caused the Whiskey Rebellion, the Nullification Crisis and the Civil War. People nurse a grievance when coerced at gunpoint.
Pressed by the Libertarian Party platform since 1972 and awakened by the George Wehrmacht Bush “good-faith” asset-prohibition Crash of 2007, American voters are now defecting to the Libertarian Party just as the Supreme Court did in 1973.
But neighboring countries–former colonies of Spain and Portugal–are still jailing, robbing and murdering their citizens using laws the U.S. imported from Italy and Germany and reexported to Latin America since before the Eisenhower Administration. Brazilians are forced at gunpoint to vote for some 33 communist and fascist parties subsidized by campaign subsidy laws similar to the one signed by Nixon in 1971. Bolivia elects communists because papist puppets favored by Washington seek to shoot and jail people over plant leaves. Same thing in Brazil, Argentina and Venezuela. They are trapped in a unifilar political rut from which Libertarian spoiler votes have gradually freed the U.S. and Canada over the past 46 years.
So while young men in Colorado can have jobs and cannabis without fear, their South American counterparts smuggle to overcome starvation under economic régimes already stale when Hoover, Ike, Nixon and Stalin regulated economic activity at gunpoint.
You can correct this injustice by setting an example: vote Libertarian. Fewer than 4000 LP votes toppled Dixiecrat coercion of women. Four million such votes just ended much discrimination left over from the Comstock and Jim Crow eras. If our fellow Americans are prevented from voting Libertarian by the puppets our parents and grandparents propped up, the least we can do is cast law-changing spoiler votes to stop this wholesale exportation of prohibitionist fascism and predatory socialism.

Nixon’s Republican Party changed the tax code to pay the media to ignore the Libertarian Party in 1971, the year we were founded. Yet with its first published platform the LP parlayed fewer than 4000 votes into a win for women in the US and Canada.
The LP platform language:
“We further support the repeal of all laws restricting voluntary birth control or voluntary termination of pregnancies during their first hundred days.”
was translated by Austin attorney Libby Linebarger into the Roe v. Wade decision
“(a) For the stage prior to approximately the end of the first trimester, the abortion decision and its effectuation must be left to the medical judgment of the pregnant woman’s attending physician. …”
The next election, 1972, both the Republican Party and its spoiler vote controllers demanded a Constitutional Amendment to overturn that Libertarian Party platform plank copied by the Supreme Court. The Prohibitionists have finally given up and are pushing the Global Warming Apocalypso. But Republican partisans are still in a rut as of their 2016 platform:
We support a human life amendment to the Constitution and legislation to make clear that the Fourteenth Amendment’s protections apply to children before birth.
The 14th Amendment, by the way, starts by protecting “All persons born”, not all ova fertilized.
God’s Own Prohibitionists have since 2013 had mystical shills penning tear-jerker insinuations at Forbes. After carpetbiting for an Amendment to undo the Libertarian Party’s 1972 plank for 46 years, Republicans now understand that the collectivism of race suicide paranoia is the anvil that is drowning their party. Global Warmunism is the even bigger anvil drowning the Democratic and Econazi parties. Good riddance!
Yet in our battleground states, where Libertarian vote counts are larger than the difference between the Nationalsocialist warriors-for-the-babies and the Soviet socialist energy slave abolitionists, we handed the election to the least coercive candidate, and the looter parties lost those about evenly. Our pro-choice candidate may win the NM senate race, and not just in the usual sense of WINNING by forcing the looters to repeal bad laws (or getting the Supreme Court to strike them down).

Remember the Ozone Hole over Antarctica where only 1000 people live? This is in the Southern Hemisphere where only 1/9 of all humanity resides. Of 7.6 billion human inhabitants, some 844,444,444 (way less than a billion) live in the Southern Hemisphere, the surface of which is mostly salt water, that is, water and sodium and chlorine.
An Antarctic volcano, Mount Erebus, has been in continuous eruption for thousands of years also spews chlorine into the atmosphere. What does this have to do with melting ice cream and expensive repairs to your failing home and auto air conditioners? You may recall the “consensus” of nameless ex-scientists that claimed (with no comparisons) that nuclear energy was “dangerous.” The tiny number of very shrill voices claiming to represent a huge crowd also had it in for Allied nuclear weapons. Surrender to Soviet communism was, by their lights, preferable to risking the possibility of another military action with nuclear weapons against socialism or its fellow travelers. Voters responded by electing Ronald Reagan and the Altrurian Empire collapsed within a dozen years–but not before a ban on freon coincided with a major stock market collapse in 1987.

A search on the surviving scientist-impersonators invariably reveals continued currish fawning in the lap of a Soviet altruist dictatorship now relegated to the dustbin of history. Only senile idiots vote for the communist party in Russia, and their numbers decrease as actuaries expect them to.
A search on the real scientists reveals only that Nixon’s bought looter media still struggles to ignore them, the awkward questions they raise and the inconvenient facts to which they call attention. But voters in 2017 understood perfectly that the Democrats and Ecological Nationalsocialists still peddle the same Climate Change agitprop Soviet propagandists subsidized in 1960! The Dems lost because they promised to invent carbon taxes and treat electric power stations like Republicans treat LSD labs.
Is it any wonder air conditioners, chillers and freezers are failing? Real freon is the engineering optimum refrigerant. It therefore follows, as night follows day, that ecological nationalsocialists and their illiterate minions seek to ban it whatever the cost in lives, health or freedom. When the ban results in broken equipment, the global warming fantasy explains away the consequence of superstition replacing science.
