Before the Libertarian Convention

Before the Libertarian Convention of 2020 planned for Austin, Texas, some sort of Red Chinese bio-weapon release began a global pandemic. Financial Action Task Force looters soon met in Paris under that shadowy outfit’s Chinese president and a financial crash promptly hit securities markets and banking systems. The LP convention in Austin was scrubbed, no big deal, right? Another convention could be planned. (link)

The Libertarian Party had way more than tripled its vote share in the middle of a bare-knuckles fistfight between Grabbers Of Pussy and East German-style Democrats. The GOP priority–ever since that single Libertarian spoiler vote for a woman led the Suprema Corte to protect women’s individual rights against Christian National Socialist efforts to bring back involuntary servitude and forced labor in 1973–was to bring back Comstockism and deprive women of individual rights. Against this was former First Lady Clinton seeking to protect that jurisprudence while still allowing shoot-first prohibitionism against plant leaves, no-knock Stasi searches and asset-forfeiture looting. Only women and a few libertarians noticed a clear distinction between the two Kleptocracy halves in America, or were aware of parallels between the Republican platform and those of Christian National Socialist Germany. Those similarities were noticed–with whoops of joy–by other Christian racial collectivists, notably in Germany. Barely four years old, the Alternative für Deutschland popped up on radar as the AfD, whose regional chair for Nuremberg–of all places–was outed for circulating a photo of Adolf Hitler captioned to beg for his return. This was in February, 2017. By September of that year, the party had metastasized into a nuisance rabble shouting slogans at competing party rallies.

The Wall Street Journal reported that a 2018 poll showed 71% of U.S. voters were happy with the Roe v Wade curb on selective coercion of women by the several states. By then the Germanic version of the “pro-life” movement–financed in part by gold chiseled out of Jewish teeth–had doubled down on its 2017 platform calling for female loss of individual rights the minute fertilization of an ovum occurs. By November the party’s racial collectivism, xenophobia and mystical fascination with the “race-suicide” theories TR had discussed with the Kaiser had replaced all ties with the facts of reality. The AfD meanwhile became a major party in Germany. The AfD was fined several times for campaign finance irregularities and in 2019 added a “Jugend” wing.

German government agencies in war paint began circling the AfD, which sensibly shifted emphasis to the relegalization of energy conversion, exposing warmunist fraud, and maybe looking for an escape route. Libertarian Wes Benedict reacted defensively to AfD criticism of Saracen hordes moving into Germany, preaching toleration. Yet cracks again began to form in the LP. At our convention in Orlando, Florida, anarcho-communist infiltrators put one of their own on the top ticket. That, the uninspected entry plank amendment and the vigilante extrajudicial killings plank sufficed to reverse our 328% gain in votes and kick us off the ballot in half the states. The LP was ripe for a hostile takeover by some hostile foreign ideologues. Already Donald Trump had shown how effective it was to feign appreciation of the love-starved Libertarian Party and get a foot in the political door. Could Nazi-financed foreign ideologues experienced in infiltrating American politics and smuggling their agenda succeed the way Trump had succeeded?

Texas LP Alex Jones Platform

Texas LP greets Republican girl-bulliers

There are no abortion laws in Canada, thanks in large part to the American Libertarian Party.(link) In 1968 Dr Henry Morgentaler openly defied religious zealotry by opening an abortion clinic in Montreal. Positive Christianity raiders arrested him, as they had in Germany, to the gushing admiration of the Prohibition Party. But that changed with our Libertarian Party’s key 1972 plank:

We further support the repeal of all laws restricting voluntary birth control or voluntary termination of pregnancies during their first hundred days.

The platform earned us some 4000 popular votes and one electoral vote. A fortnight after those were counted, on 22 Jan 1973, the Republican Supreme Court delivered its blow to Texas laws forcing women into the involuntary labor of reproduction by adopting the Libertarian plank and adding an extra week: (link)

(a) For the stage prior to approximately the end of the first trimester, the abortion decision and its effectuation must be left to the medical judgment of the pregnant woman’s attending physician.

Dr Morgentaler ‘s conviction was reversed on appeal, and charges against American women operating unlicensed clinics were also quashed. Canada erased all laws forcing women into the involuntary servitude of unwanted labor and the American Libertarian Party stuck to its successful law-changing plank in 1976. Horrified, the Prohibition Party, followed like dogs on a leash by the Republicans, demanded another Prohibition Amendment, this time to outlaw Choice when exercised by women.(link) This demand was repeated over and over as mystical fanatics sought to infiltrate the Libertarian Party–alongside a vote-repelling 5th column of anarcho-communists disguised as libertarians.

To this day, people like Tokyo Rose, Spikey and Boothead, the Bilyew Twins, Pat Dixon and Alex “Whack” Jones seek to deliver the impression that the Libertarian Party needs to ally with the Prohibition, Dixiecrat, Klan, Q-Anon and Republican organizations of girl-bulliers to push sexual prohibitionism or selectively exclude women from access to medical treatment.(link) This conflicts with the 3940-word platform currently alienating Texans from voting LP. The delightful plank to legalize suicide defines women (pregnant or not) as individuals. So because it says no force of law ought to prosecute anyone in a pregnant woman’s assisted suicide, there is hardly an argument for going out of our way to pick on women voters over pregnancy termination. But consistency never stopped mystical fanatics from trying to concoct  one and glue it into the platform. The plank reads like a George Bush Jr Executive Order granting subsidies and immunity to “faith-based” torchlight mobs:

Recognizing that reproductive rights are a sensitive issue and that people can hold good-faith views on all sides, LPTexas believes that government should be kept out of the matter, leaving the question to each person for their conscientious consideration. LPTexas does not condone that tax dollars be spent for any such medical cost.

TRANSLATION: Subsidies imposed by the regulators that make medical care unaffordable render male treatment more equal than female treatment.  But why not apply this “principle” elsewhere?

Recognizing that the problems of theft, fraud and violence are a sensitive issue, and some may disagree, the Libertarian Party believes that government should be kept out of the matter, Heaven forfend existing subsidies from taxes continue another minute!  (Anarcho-communists push exactly that!)(link)

Conservangelists and other officious altruists recognize in law-changing Libertarian spoiler votes a danger to the political power (capacity to summon forth platoons of killers) they prefer instead of individual rights. Already the Texas plank has alienated fertile women from wanting anything to do with the Libertarian Party. The LP, consequently, is 75% male. The Democratic party, infiltrated by traditional communists and fellow travellers since the SDS and Chicago riots, is benefiting from libertarian gullibility and cowardice–especially in Texas.  There is, be it known, a safety valve to derail this lamentable trend.(link) Act locally. Though the regulations and taxes are enough to discourage anyone to the point of giving up, the effects have been especially harmful to racial minorities, such as black people. Many Blacks have had to leave farms in the South because of government intervention: the government paid large subsidies to the big farmers, but the small ones were put out of business by the thousands. They left home in droves for the large industrial cities, only to find that they had been priced out of the labor market by minimum-wage laws and government-created unemployment. For some of them, there was still another possibility: start your own business. But the taxes and regulations described above were enough to prevent that possibility in most cases, or to bring them to financial ruin if they did start. (… link)

And so there was no way out but the government dole, year after year, and life in a ghetto which would have been no ghetto if enterprising building constructors had not been shackled by government regulations and taxes. Political System Logistics

U.S. Transport Infrastructure, The growth in length of each infrastructure is expressed as a percentage of its final ceiling. The absolute levels of these ceilings in miles are different. The Libertarian Party is 49. These sorts of changes often take 55 years.

First they ignore you, then they call you anarchist child molesting baby-killer traffickers, then they copy and infiltrate to subvert your platform and history, and then you win! 

Change was what Americans voted for after the Bush Jr asset-forfeiture Crash. They got instead a slightly darker mixed-economy statist coupled to one of the white death-sentence prohibitionist fanatics responsible for the asset-forfeiture Crash and Depression that began in 1987. Armed with pseudoscience, alarmists fanned out to confiscate homes, industries, vehicles, bank accounts here and abroad.

Smart money fled banks and brokerages, the money supply contracted sharply and American soldiers were sent to Panama to kidnap their president, raid their banks, and meddle in regional gang wars between black market factions created by prohibition laws! Your retirement fund evaporated and jobs became scarce. This was repeated in 2008, again wrecking the economy and evicting Republicans from office. Soon after, with Bill Clinton’s wife Hillary at State and Biden as VP, the Dems revealed themselves nearly as dangerous.

Looter media and Congressional “witnesses” never mentioned this overlapping of significant Crash events.

The Bush asset-forfeiture Crash was followed by the Obama-Biden prohibition-related Flash Crashes of May 8, 2010 (Colombian bank accounts confiscated) and March 18, 2015 (release of State Dept. International Narcotics Control Strategy Report Vol. II, Money Laundering and Financial Crimes). The State Department keeps changing the name and moving the links. Investigators regularly make large cash seizures of Canadian and U.S. currency and seize assets purchased with cash, such as real property, vehicles, personal property (jewelry, furniture, and appliances), collectibles (antiques, coins, stamps), and other assets. Bulk cash smuggling is widespread.

Throughout the documendacity, robbing folks guilty of violating nobody’s rights is fobbed off as necessary to combat terrorism. But the most flagrant acts of terrorism, such as the 9/11 attacks, were orchestrated by mohammedans involved jointly with the U.S. in Cold War Afghanistan. This business of sending narcs and goons outside our borders to foment superstitious aggression has gone bad enough already. Imagine for a moment the sort of modern weapons you and I would unhesitatingly use against foreign aggressors sent to These States from abroad to impose pseudoscience-backed coercion and robbery.

As FDR remarked in a tariff speech on the campaign trail in 1932:  “The villainy we taught them they practiced on us.” Meanwhile the dwindling Prohibition Party cried out it was the salvation of the 18th Amendment. In Germany, revived thanks to Hoover’s Moratorium on Brains,(link) Hitler shrieked against the death sentence given five National Socialists for the murder of a Communist. Does this remind you of anywhere? Do YOURSELF a favor for a change. Vote for Jo Jorgensen in November, and be the winner when your spoiler vote plus 12 million others messes up the election outcome for the tax-happy prohibitionist Kleptocracy. This is your 12th opportunity

What (not who) will you vote for?

 In 1840 your male vote for Northern Democrats said “rob me;” for Whigs said “raise import tariffs,” and for Southern Dems said “rape black women and beat the men to death.” Your vote said one or the other. 

In 1860 there were no more Federalists or Whigs, only high-tariff spenders on improvement and primitive rapists and bulliers of slaves.  Your male vote said either “protective tariff” or “secede from the monopolistic high-tariff Customs Union.”

In 1880 your male vote could say “arrest, tax and rob people over whiskey and beer” and “bully them for Jesus,” or “bring back White Supremacy,” or “tax and rob people for communism.” That was the third-party alternative. 

In 1900 your male vote could say “make war, raise tariffs and ban liquor and drugs,” or “White Supremacy but no sumptuary laws,” or “tax and rob people for communism.” All three alternatives required coercion.

In 1920 your vote could say “White Supremacy and sumptuary laws” or “sumptuary taxes, confiscation and imprisonment,” or “tax and rob people for communism.” All three alternatives required the initiation of force.

FINALLY in 1972 your vote could say “White Supremacy and sumptuary laws” or  “conscription, bombing, fascism and Comstockism,” or “replace the initiation of force with freedom and individual rights for women!” For the first time ever, spoiler clout leverage worked in favor of freedom and against coercion at gunpoint. The LP got under 4000 presidential votes then, and over 4.5 million in 2016. That’s an increase of a factor of 1100 over the course of 44 years in which the world population doubled.

Now that we still have such a clean cut alternative, in 2020 you may for the 12th time choose one of 3 alternatives on the ballot in every state: You may vote to “endorse Nixon fascism,” or “endorse Eurasian communism” or “increase freedom by reducing coercion!” Two of these choices are the same as asking to be whipped, paddled and humiliated. Only one tells politicians that you have enough dignity to recognize and enforce your own individual rights and the rights of others. 

This is your 12th chance to vote Libertarian or sanction coercion. Which will it be?

Hanoi Jane cannot let go of straws grasped in Soviet efforts to make energy illegal and disarm the USA into surrender to the nearest communist dictatorship. Every single professional liar and scientist impersonator I have tracked since 1977 has shifted from predicting nuclear winter, to non-communist reactor doomsday, to misanthropic global warmunism–without a single exception. 

But here you have a dizzy actress entirely incapable of differentiating a constant, fatuously reporting scientific credentials and capacity as fabricated as the hysteria she has fanned. Maybe in another 40 years we’ll see videos of Titanic Boy and the Bourne Impersonation actor claiming their place among scientists who never finished high school.

Economic Power v Political

Remember in physics how force x distance is Work? And the rate at which the work is done is Power?

John Hospers, the first Libertarian Party candidate for President, then an organizer of the Libertarian Defense Caucus gave a definition of economic power in his book Libertarianism (link)

Economic power is simply the right under freedom to refuse to make an exchange.

Ayn Rand defined it thus: 

It is the power to produce and to trade what one has produced.

She went on to explain that: 

Political power is exercised by means of a negative, by the threat of punishment, injury, imprisonment, destruction. 

In a free society, economic power is like the generation of electricity. It therefore follows, as night follows day, that the generation of electric power draws the boiling wrath of all sensitive, concerned and aware totalitarians, who imagine it will exterminate mankind, cause Misanthropic Global Warming Climate Change Sharknados as predicted by 1961 Soviet propaganda.

To politicians and weapons designers, political power is the rate at which disobedient citizens or foreign aggressors (or both) can be transformed into cadavers. It is the line integral of harmful and deadly force over whatever distance is needed within a timeframe important to them.

So next time you cast a vote, look at the ballot and notice that of the three options you have, only Libertarian Party candidate Jo Jorgensen offers you the opportunity to vote AGAINST the initiation of deadly force required by the increase of political power. That same option enables you to vote FOR the increase in freedom that means the same thing as the reduction of coercive force. It also means an economy less threatened by prohibitionist asset-forfeiture crashes, collapses and Depressions.

THIS is the either-or. The Republicans and Democrats BOTH want your sanction to beat the other looter so they can rob and coerce you with less interference. Only by voting Libertarian can you go on the historical record and figure in important statistical curve plots as being FOR the increase of freedom and AGAINST coercion.

This is the ethical decision, the choice between right and wrong, now placed before you. Germans made the wrong choice in 1933 by voting for a politician. The Japanese, Russians and Italians made similar mistakes in their choice of men while ignoring the laws of physics and ethical distinctions popular candidates urged them to ignore.

Legalize freedom with spoiler votes

 

The Jo Jorgensen campaign has put together a really good ad. It tragically omits the fact that in a fractional-reserve banking system, prohibitionist asset forfeiture wrecks the economy with bank failures, market crashes, monetary contraction, liquidity crises, bankruptcy and loss of your retirement savings. Prohibition enforcement kills people, yes, but it also WRECKS THE ECONOMY!

Opium prohibition in China caused the Crash of 1837 when the Quing Dynasty emperor suddenly ordered British and American opium traders deported. Britain liquidated all investment in American improvement bonds and a Depression ensued–and a series of wars that killed 25 MILLION people.

The Panic of 1893 included a prohibition element in that lame duck Harrison cracked down on smuggling of high-tariff opium right before Cleveland was inaugurated. The panic of 1907, like the Silent Panic of 1903, was also largely a result of prohibition of patent medicines, blended whiskey, and ignorant uprisings against ice houses in a flurry of State prohibition laws.

The 1920 and 1929 crashes were absolutely caused by prohibition and use of the communist income tax amendment forfeitures and fines as an enforcement crutch. The banking panics began when Al Capone’s cronies were railroaded on tax evasion charges, and glucose, yeast and malt factories were indicted for liquor conspiracies. Banks closed because it was withdraw it or lose it. Even Friedman and Schwartz missed this causal connection, but it’s all in Prohibition and The Crash–Cause and Effect in 1929!

Nixon’s Operation Intercept and Quaker prohibitionism emulating Herbert Hoover also directly triggered a recession officially recorded two months after his orders to point the loaded guns at peaceful people. 

Biden, Bush and Reagan’s congresses signed off on the Anti Drug Abuse Act of 1987, and my October of 1987 mandatory drug testing, mandatory minimums and asset forfeiture had the economy in a Crash, collapse and recession. 

Bush Junior’s faith-based asset-forfeiture Executive Order directly caused the Crash and Recession of 2008, ushering in 2 terms of Democratic Party kleptocracy. Believing in the Nixon media’s either/or wasted vote mendacities is a lose-lose proposition.

Many of the things communists agitate for in mixed-economy States would get them shot in their own dictatorships. The current fad in democracies is to infiltrate nascent libertarian organizations and persuade any suckers present that inspected jurisdictional boundaries are baaad. The obvious reductio argument for this is that wholesale importation of foreign terrorists and infected herds of cattle is goood–but this is never the preferred approach. Even birds are smart enough to know there is something wrong with a snake climbing the tree to approach their nest.

Imagine a burglar infiltrating a homeowners’ association and persuading the members to remove their front doors, leaving only the openings. Though difficult to imagine anyone liable to go along with the plan so baldly stated, social pressure can make it happen. Several infiltrators join the association in cahoots, then issue comments like “I sure saved on electricity since removing the front door.” This is reinforced with “me too” rejoinders and appeals to the virtue of gregariousness over “isolationism.” Soon homes can be burgled without so much as a by-your-leave. That is what has happened to the National Libertarian Party more than once.(link) Back then it was Republican infiltrators wrecking the LP in retribution for the 1972 platform having handed the Supreme Court the language that became the 1973 Roe v Wade decision.

By the late 1970s Libertarian publications contained ads offering “Anarchist Pamphlets,” while unemployable cognoscenti poured forth assertions that closing the gate or inspecting border crossings is an act of aggression and a breach of ideological consistency. Shills are swapped in to replace actual libertarians loath to remain in the company of suckers and cretins.(link)

Voters find themselves confronted with platforms that demand “children’s rights” to be used as catamites and uninspected open borders entry of religious terrorists in suicide vests showing no identification. The resulting fake Libertarian party is promptly tarred and feathered, the Kleptocracy lustily resumes its asset-forfeiture looting with both hands in the till, two snouts in the trough and First Responders™ shooting kids with qualified immunity. It has happened here and is happening again now, thanks mainly to communist anarchist infiltrators passing themselves of as “libertarians”.
