Smart money fled banks and brokerages, the money supply contracted sharply and American soldiers were sent to Panama to kidnap their president, raid their banks, and meddle in regional gang wars between black market factions created by prohibition laws! Your retirement fund evaporated and jobs became scarce. This was repeated in 2008, again wrecking the economy and evicting Republicans from office. Soon after, with Bill Clinton’s wife Hillary at State and Biden as VP, the Dems revealed themselves nearly as dangerous.

The Bush asset-forfeiture Crash was followed by the Obama-Biden prohibition-related Flash Crashes of May 8, 2010 (Colombian bank accounts confiscated) and March 18, 2015 (release of State Dept. International Narcotics Control Strategy Report Vol. II, Money Laundering and Financial Crimes). The State Department keeps changing the name and moving the links. Investigators regularly make large cash seizures of Canadian and U.S. currency and seize assets purchased with cash, such as real property, vehicles, personal property (jewelry, furniture, and appliances), collectibles (antiques, coins, stamps), and other assets. Bulk cash smuggling is widespread.

Throughout the documendacity, robbing folks guilty of violating nobody’s rights is fobbed off as necessary to combat terrorism. But the most flagrant acts of terrorism, such as the 9/11 attacks, were orchestrated by mohammedans involved jointly with the U.S. in Cold War Afghanistan. This business of sending narcs and goons outside our borders to foment superstitious aggression has gone bad enough already. Imagine for a moment the sort of modern weapons you and I would unhesitatingly use against foreign aggressors sent to These States from abroad to impose pseudoscience-backed coercion and robbery.

As FDR remarked in a tariff speech on the campaign trail in 1932:  “The villainy we taught them they practiced on us.” Meanwhile the dwindling Prohibition Party cried out it was the salvation of the 18th Amendment. In Germany, revived thanks to Hoover’s Moratorium on Brains,(link) Hitler shrieked against the death sentence given five National Socialists for the murder of a Communist. Legalize freedom with spoiler votes

 

The Jo Jorgensen campaign has put together a really good ad. It tragically omits the fact that in a fractional-reserve banking system, prohibitionist asset forfeiture wrecks the economy with bank failures, market crashes, monetary contraction, liquidity crises, bankruptcy and loss of your retirement savings. Prohibition enforcement kills people, yes, but it also WRECKS THE ECONOMY!

Opium prohibition in China caused the Crash of 1837 when the Quing Dynasty emperor suddenly ordered British and American opium traders deported. Britain liquidated all investment in American improvement bonds and a Depression ensued–and a series of wars that killed 25 MILLION people.

The Panic of 1893 included a prohibition element in that lame duck Harrison cracked down on smuggling of high-tariff opium right before Cleveland was inaugurated. The panic of 1907, like the Silent Panic of 1903, was also largely a result of prohibition of patent medicines, blended whiskey, and ignorant uprisings against ice houses in a flurry of State prohibition laws.

The 1920 and 1929 crashes were absolutely caused by prohibition and use of the communist income tax amendment forfeitures and fines as an enforcement crutch. The banking panics began when Al Capone’s cronies were railroaded on tax evasion charges, and glucose, yeast and malt factories were indicted for liquor conspiracies. Banks closed because it was withdraw it or lose it. Even Friedman and Schwartz missed this causal connection, but it’s all in Prohibition and The Crash–Cause and Effect in 1929!

Nixon’s Operation Intercept and Quaker prohibitionism emulating Herbert Hoover also directly triggered a recession officially recorded two months after his orders to point the loaded guns at peaceful people. 

Biden, Bush and Reagan’s congresses signed off on the Anti Drug Abuse Act of 1987, and my October of 1987 mandatory drug testing, mandatory minimums and asset forfeiture had the economy in a Crash, collapse and recession. 

Bush Junior’s faith-based asset-forfeiture Executive Order directly caused the Crash and Recession of 2008, ushering in 2 terms of Democratic Party kleptocracy. Believing in the Nixon media’s either/or wasted vote mendacities is a lose-lose proposition.

The Forgotten Man, 2020

Forgotten man in Opposition to Legalization and Public Awareness–The Drug Czar

William Graham Sumner wrote the original Forgotten Man essay back in 1883, and produced several versions. He explained that whenever altruists A and B get together to decide what C (Citizen) shall be forced at gunpoint to do for D (Destitute). C is the Forgotten Man in the equation, the man coerced into footing the bill.(link) This Citizen was in 1883 the Forgotten Man whose interests and happiness were entirely overlooked and ignored. Franklin Roosevelt tried to recast the scenario with Destitute–the victim of prohibition-induced economic collapse–as the Forgotten Man, but the ploy never did replace Sumner’s original–namely you, dear Reader. 

Just recently we’ve had to acknowledge a spate of murders committed by lazy, out-of-shape, union-collectivized policemen. Typically the victims are brown people. Eric Garner was suspected of letting people buy single cigarettes to allay cravings instead of loading up with sealed packs of habit-forming, Polonium-transmitting excise-generating drugs. He was gang-lynched by First Responders™. Philando Castile was murdered in his car with child and ladyfriend because Minesota First Responder™ Jeronimo Yanez imagined he smelled hemp–the stuff upon which the Bill of Rights is printed.

Atlanta cops woke a man up and shot him in the back. A black policewoman was no-knocked and riddled with bullets in her bed because Louisville politicians signed prohibitionist zealot orders to raid her apartment. The same happened to an elderly couple in Houston on orders no less fraudulent. And just the other day a brave First Responder™ shot an unarmed man in the back seven times for no good reason. Another 1009 people were snuffed out this year, always on orders from Democratic and Republican Party zealots imagining plant leaves to be avatars of Satan. Like Newton’s Second Law–the one with the equal but opposite reaction force–persons terrorized by politicians using arbitrary police as hired killers have taken to attacking police no less arbitrarily and just as violently in places like Los Angeles and Phoenix, Maryland, Washington and Oregon prompting a political officeholder to remark: 

“Thus far this year, 74 law enforcement officers have been killed in the line of duty in the United States of America,” he added. “Unfortunately, I don’t hear a lot of people speak to that.”

Well listen up. In 2020 America, entirely controlled by the East German Democratic and God’s Own Prohibitionist soft machines, altruists A and B issue orders for C (Cops) to murder D (Drug suspect), mostly brown and youthful. As inevitably as night follows day, fake news media hold microphones into which red-faced police union goons fume and sputter over the “senseless and cowardly” treatment of maimed and murdered officers–protected, of course from civil and criminal liability by the sort of “qualified immunity” that did not save Christian National Socialists from the gibbet at the Nuremberg trials. Their victims need not even be charged under Reagan-Bush-Biden Civil Asset Forfeiture, and may be shot like dogs with perfect impunity on any fanciful pretext thanks to the Asset Forfeitures Amendment Act of 1986 as amended in 1988.(link)

The big difference today is that the Forgotten Man is no longer C, the angry Citizen or remorseless Cop on the beat. The perpetrators unnamed, unmentioned and unquestioned are the Politician, the Preacher, The Bureaucrat, the Prosecutor and the Judge who in the roles of A and B got together to have people murdered as “no-nonsense” examples. They are murdered to please “shall not be questioned” Legislators and Lobbyists whose pseudoscientific votes declare War on plant leaves feared as avatars of Satan. Voters aid and abet this connivance out of fear of social pressure.(link)

Plant leaves are incapable of surrendering, but the War proposition still makes sense to looters granted immunity from even being mentioned in connection with the results of their weaponized acquisitive altruism.  Today’s Forgotten Man is the Politician and Bureaucrat of the mixed-economy Political State soft machine. The communivirus release walks and quacks like a biological weapons attack on the relatively free world. As the State of Missouri sues the Chinese Communist party(link), a real Chinese scientist has finally stepped up to the plate and is revealing what she knows about the deliberate tailoring and release of this modified virus weapon. The same sort of corporate cowardice that abetted the crippling of the U.S. nuclear energy industry now seeks to shut her up. I fully expect–and will bet money–that EVERY climate “science” impersonator, including Jane Fonda (link)–will absolutely deny the virologist’s report and call the lady a liar while struggling to keep a straight face. Since 1977 I have followed the documendacities and lies spread by scientist impersonators denying that nuclear electricity plants produce more Gigawatt-hours of electrical current per injury, death or disability than ANY other electrical energy production method.(link) This means that every time superstitious fears are invoked to block a reactor, that act creates a health hazard by forcing folks to use some more hazardous plant or freeze in the dark.(link) Many people are injured by this dishonest maneuvering, whereas life expectancy is increased whenever nuclear engineers are free to do their work unmolested.

Libertarians against Crash and Depressions

 

Since 1998 I have shown that Prohibition enforcement–telling people at gunpoint what they may consume–caused the Crash and Great Depression. It is also the cause of most organized crime and cowardly ambushes of citizens by police and vice-versa. Voting Libertarian is your chance to save the economy from prohibition related depressions as in 1907, 1920, 1929, 1969, 1987 and 2008–not to mention the Flash Crashes. It is also the best way to keep your kids from being shot by men with guns acting on behalf of dangerous zealots inflamed with pseudoscientific beliefs. 

Republicans crash the economy by sending goons to confiscate homes, autos, bank accounts, brokerage accounts, life savings, aircraft and equipment. This causes money to disappear from the fractional-reserve banking system, and brings liquidity crunches, bankruptcies, stock crashes, recessions and unemployment. It also undermines the value of private retirement accounts. 

Democrats help Republicans do all of the above harm to the economy, and also to casually murder young people–especially young brown people–while importing the failed communist and national socialist policies that impoverish and kill people wherever they gain a foothold. Democrat-controlled cities resemble Venezuela and Cuba, Angola, Bangladesh, Mozambique, Syria and Togo. Democrat efforts to make demonize electric power and man industry are no less superstitious than Republican coercive exorcism of plant leaves as avatars of Satan. Helping either gang of looters is self-destructive and wrong. Setting them an example, and letting them lose by ignoring it is a teaching experience. 

The 2020 Republican and Democrat platforms STILL call for men with guns to rob, jail and shoot kids over plant leaves. 

Here are the Libertarian vote share percentages for the 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2016 elections now increasing at a slope of 1.2 or 50 degrees. This logistic replacement curve indicates we are on track to secure eleven million votes this presidential election. This will also upset many down-ballot races by upending the more violent candidates in favor of less cruel, better-educated and less fanatical replacement officeholders.

Nixon’s Moral Majority televangelism deftly purchased the cooperation of the looter media via the Nixon Anti-Libertarian Law, then co-opted George Wallace’s Ku-Klux Kollectivist demands and parlayed them into the Republican Gentlemen’s Agreement to break up the Solid South.(link)

Democratic party communists promptly adopted the “War on X” concept in more garbled terms. “No Justice, No Peace” is another demand to surrender to communism no different from the “Freeze” movement disemboweled by the Second Amendment. “Just say No” (or be arrested) was a Biden favorite. “Black Lives Matter” is the same appeal to racial collectivism as “Saving American Lives” is an exploit of nationalism used to mask the identities of government-backed killers.

Republican asset-forfeiture as exorcism of Satan will ruin the economy even faster than the creeping communism favored by the Dems.(link) After that it guarantees they will win the post-Crash elections just as Dems won from 1932 to 1948.

Listen to what they say about each other and it hasn’t changed. For the last eleven campaigns both looter parties have struggled to ignore the Libertarian party and sworn the other would destroy America.(link) Suckers and cowards repeat this endlessly–even fake libertarians.(link) Vote for the superstitious initiation of force to save us from the communist atheist initiation of force was what Von Mises, among others, intimated to help elect Hitler.(link) A looter vote says only that another cowardly 0.00000007% of Americans wants to be coerced toward fascism or communism. A Libertarian spoiler vote says 20 times louder: sever that hand from the till! Let the chips fall where they may–I will settle for nothing less than freedom from coercion and full individual rights!(link)

Why be a coward or a sucker when by having some integrity you make twenty times the difference for yourself and your loved ones? Winning is improving your lot. Losing is surrendering to the machine! Make a real choice.

Prohibition and spoiler votes

US v Sullivan, 1927, income tax looting causes slow, steady withdrawals

Prohibition–the constitutional product of the shotgun wedding of fanatical mysticism, socialist controls and eugenics theories–became reality and a nightmare all at once on the night of January 16th, 1920. Socialist candidate Eugene Debs got nearly a million votes in the showdown between the Dems (who got us into WW1) and God’s Own Prohibitionists (who insisted we stay in the War on Beer). Why? Because in 1916 Debs had said “There is too much prohibition.”

When the economy collapsed after 6 months of wartime prohibition plus 1 month of Constitutional prohibition, membership in communist organizations promptly doubled. But the Kleptocracy ignored reality in 1920-1923. Prosecutor Willebrandt didn’t, and got the Supreme Court to squelch the 4th and 5th Amendments and declare evidence from tax returns admissible for prohibition and evasion liability in mid-May of 1927. German stocks immediately went sour. Neither entrenched party published a repeal or modification plank, and in 1928, Dry Hope Hoover beat Whiskey Al Smith 5 to 1. The small looter parties were obviously no help to freedom–their platforms called for coercion. 

The Increased Penalties Act foisted onto Hoover destroyed the economy when ex-prosecutor Willebrandt (yes, the same lady) explained in over 20 nationally syndicated papers how income tax asset forfeiture would be used to enforce Prohibition laws. Federal Reserve bank balances also began dropping as soon as Willebrandt got the Supreme Court to scrap the Bill of Rights and use the income tax–copied from Karl’s Manifesto of 1848–to enforce prohibition. 

No surprise here. The addition of that same communist manifesto plank to a tariff bill in 1894–in violation of the Constitutional prohibition of capitation taxes–so completely destroyed the economy that the Supreme Court had to strike it down the following year in order to have banks at which to cash their own paychecks. When was the last time you saw or hear tell of this partially concealed newspaper story?

Druggan, Lake Indicted by U.S. as Tax Dodgers 14MAR1928–Markets panic

Moreover, the income-tax-as-bludgeon decision in US v Sullivan immediately coincided with a German bourse crash, while French stock exchanges also began falling for years to come. Markets went haywire when Druggan and Lake were grabbed by Internal Revenuers mid-March, 1928. The Liberal Party formed in 1930, drew up a wet plank which the Dems accepted with tears of gratitude, then won five consecutive elections while battling the National Socialist government Hoover’s 1931 Moratorium foisted onto Germany.

The outcome of that election was FDR beat Dry Hope Hoover 11 to 1, but the collapsing economy–officially unexplained–had opened the floodgates increasing communist party growth in These United States by a factor of ten by the time Ayn Rand formulated the Non-Aggression Agreement. 

Only by keeping the American people confused about Prohibition and The Crash have the subsidized media managed to keep voters mesmerized by subsidized Republicans who deny being fascist and subsidized Democrats who deny being communist. Then again, that’s what the Nixon law of 1971 pays them to do. Understanding how these looters wreck your retirement savings, then voting Libertarian to let them know the jig is up; that’s the road to recovery. Doing the right thing–using your leveraged LP spoiler vote to change bad laws–is winning. It’s your decision.

Passionfruit caterpillars mimic tendrils to escape detection while ruining crop

Pests, predators, parasites and infiltrators are as quick as their hosts and prey to adapt appearance to purposes. The butterfly caterpillars in the photo are adapted to prey on passionfruit, and their dimensions and coloration mimic passion fruit tendrils. This works among humans as well. Spies, undercover agents, con artists, snipers and even journalists resort to cross-dressing and disguises to facilitate their purposes.

Laws against trade and production engender black markets. When the Libertarian Party was first being established, prohibition agents had for years been cross-dressing as acidheads to infiltrate the hippie community for confiscation, arrests and asset forfeiture seizures. These seizures have since 1920 caused liquidity crises, fractional-reserve banking panics, recessions and depressions. Burglars and bank robbers wear masks for the exact same purposes, but with differing voter approval. What better camouflage for men attracted to young boys than a priest’s robe? And how for over a century have fascist and anarcho-communist fifth columnists infiltrated political parties to alter their platforms and influence choice of candidates? Subtly. Smuggling Communist Manifesto plank 2 into the 16th Amendment of the Constitution was accomplished through camouflage and misdirection. Instead of a communist party openly declaring its intent, post-Reconstruction Granger movements were infiltrated and exploited by a soi-disant Greenback Party whose 1880 platform demanded the exact same income tax as the communists, and won. They did not get their candidate elected. That was never their goal. With less than 3% of the vote on average they got the enslaving tentacle of collectivist coercion wrapped around the Constitution to protect the illegal capitation tax from the Supreme Court meddling that repealed such a tax during the Depression of 1895. By their lights, THAT was winning.(link)

The Libertarian Party is the only ideological enemy of totalitarian collectivist imperialism. Communist dictators control trillions of dollars, and repressive, mixed-economy autocracies (including our own Kleptocracy-dominated government) control additional trillions. Americans are but 5% of the world population; the other 95% favor even more coercion than our own entrenched looter parties. Only 55% of voting age Americans bother to vote, and The Kleptocracy has for years been losing adherents.

Foreign autocracies and native bureaucracies can afford to back whack-job activists unable to infiltrate competent looter parties, and to groom their own infiltrators, make selective donations, talk their way onto the platform committee or inveigle us into backing dead-end candidates. And they would be fools not to, for it is the cheapest method of obstruction out there.

We should certainly expect no less. The federal government doesn’t. Federal employees piss into sample cups and have their hair clipped over plant leaves. Federal employees too libertarian to submit to such indignities were fired back in 1987. Notices to that effect coincided with a major stock market crash as Biden and Reagan-Bush pushed mandatory minimums and asset forfeiture laws through Congress, amid grandstanding demands for death sentence execution of prohibition violators. The Kleptocracy uses security clearances for all sorts of reasons.

Germ warfare and China

Socialist lecturer 1907

The current viral pandemic looks a little like the bacteriological war designed by an American communist. The story dates back to the battered, bowed and bloodied Quing Dynasty, a few years before the 1911 revolution.(link) It was written before the Celestials were invaded by Japan, then later degenerated into a socialist dictatorship. The American communist was Jack London, author of Alaskan Wolf and Dog stories of the gold rush days, stories our parents were pleased to see us devour in childhood. London was an admirer of all variants of “the German philosophy” and bore bitter hatred for merciless, remorseless laissez faire. Nothing less than the initiation of deadly force made any sense to that socialist orator and author.

Comrade Jack London revealed to a surprised America that “The Japanese is not an individualist.” This in The Yellow Peril, written back when racial collectivism was completely fashionable–at least among the pukka sahib.(link) Our eugenicist Republican President had opined that American women were duty-bound to reproduce. To think otherwise, according to Theodore Roosevelt, was “race suicide.” (link)  

The Unparalleled Invasion was written shortly after The Yellow Peril. In it “all countries” attack a relatively peaceful China with germ warfare agents. The story was written as sci-fi predicting the distant future year 1976. Jack London was one with the prohibitionist communists urging passage of the income tax, prohibition and proletarian Senate election Amendments. Objectivists may feel a sense of schadenfreude to learn that the author of “Love of Life,” supposedly committed suicide in 1916; his half-brother Louis London was said by police to have shot himself in suicide in January of 1965. Fascist socialism versus less religious socialism

Here we have a perfect example of history rhyming. The article could pass for something published in today’s fake news press in the State of Washington or Oregon. The story is in the future tense. One gang of violent altruists promises to “ferret out” agitators no less altruistic and violent. Details are not explicit, but interwar papers were full of violent confrontations between these two camps of socialist thought, both of which agree on the desirability and effectiveness of the initiation of force.(link) 

So what progress have we made since 1923? Eugenic prohibitionism no longer shoots people over beer unless they are behind the wheel. Many plant leaves could, if again left alone, offer an alternative to alcohol now relied on as a source of excise tax money that buys votes for political parties. Roving bands of communists (relabeled as anarchists) today seek smaller bands of more pious socialists to bat and bully, as in 1923.(link) 

The only real difference is that since 1972 voters have at times been able to cast ballots for the Libertarian Party. Because the LP platform calls for reducing reliance on aggression, emphasizing individual rights instead, those votes pressure kleptocracy parties into making their platform planks less coercive. The net result is repeated defeat of the more violent of two looter candidates. This causes predatory politicians to repeal cruel laws and water down violent platform planks in hopes of poaching away enough libertarian spoiler votes to again point a gun at your head.(link)

The chart below shows communist party membership in the wake of two prohibition-related depressions. Prohibition crashed the economy in 1920, was nullified by buying off and shooting agents (hence the recovery), then returned with flaming fanaticism after the Klan defected and helped elect the Republican party in 1928.(link)

Communist membership rose after Republican prohibitionism causes a recession. Now it’s LP membership that rises whenever looter fanaticism wrecks the economy.

In a larger context, the same policy changes should reduce the reliance by subsidized parties on asset-forfeiture prohibitionism and economy-wrecking confiscation policies. This is because voters are now running to the Libertarian Party. Back in 1923 their only alternative to the entrenched kleptocracy was some sort of communo-socialist party.(link)
