Looter historians explain away financial panics, crashes, collapses and depressions the way their government sponsors expect them to. After all, who who pays the piper, calls the tune. Governments also pay for the public notices sections in the newspapers, and it pays a pauper paper to please petty politicians. Continue reading
Before the Libertarian party we had military conscription to bomb civilians in French Cochin-China, race riots, racial collectivism carrying five Southern states and 22 electoral votes, the Human Rights Party (impostors alert), the Buffalo Party and Reason Magazine… even candidates like George “Coyote” Chalfa ran ads next to the lemons-into-porcupines instructions.
Robert Heinlein wrote about curing a sick society, Robert Rimmer chimed in on free love and Timothy Leary and Ayn Rand both made the case for non-aggression and doing your own thing without bothering others. Leary thought the enemy was the Republican Party. Rand meanwhile struggled to believe that throwing Goldwater under the steamroller of Lyndon’s Soft Machine meant that God’s Own Prohibitionists had abandoned religious fascism for laissez-faire. What really mattered were the 9,906,473 message-sending spoiler votes saying “coloreds” weren’t welcome. Those 46 electoral votes gave the American Independent Klan control of the GOP for the first time since 1928, and the Solid South seceded.
The Jefferson Airplane’s Volunteers of America, Doors fans and citizens of Woodstock Nation recoiled in horror as the military-industrial complex Ike warned against rolled into power on tank treads. Small hepcat parties sprouted peace and legalization planks, only to be crushed, voter-suppressed and gerrymandered out of existence. The Buffalo party felt the poniard…
And the Human Rights Party went like lambs to the slaughter…
Only the Libertarian Party had a clue as to the definition, function and machinery of government. This non-aggressing, legalizing rights-enforcer straight out of an Eric Frank Russel novel blindsided the gerontocracy nearly as thoroughly as Wallace’s Dixiecrats and Wallace was taken out less thoroughly than JFK or Bobby, but as decisively. Women got Roe v. Wade from the LP but were gulled into an Equal Rights Amendment with too short a fuse.
Forty-six years later nobody is drafted, fewer kleptocracy bombs are dropped, communist/anarchist looters are history and Legalized Psilocybin is finally a thing! How bright is the future? Can you say hockey stick?

I was led to the South Carolina Libertarian Party website by an irate mystical conservative. Everything that angered the conservative delighted me. Especially impressive are their platform planks.
The headers drop down into terse, yet clearly-worded summaries of the type of Libertarian Party principles on which John Hospers and Toni Nathan ran, beginning with 1 – Our Constitutional Republic:
Our Constitutional Republic was established to protect our rights to life, liberty, and property. The only legitimate purpose of Government is to preserve and protect our individual rights.
See the entire platform (here).
Up at the top-right of every page is a bright yellow DONATE link that accepts Paypal. This allows you to donate to the party even while vacationing in the Bahamas. Other state LPs use “services” that simply turn down credit card contributions over ISP providers outside These Sovereign States and Possessions, and do not allow Paypal accountholders to donate at all…
The Texas LP platform by comparison is as ragged a patchwork quilt as the State Constitution. Someone injected “LPTexas” into every available paragraph, much like a teenager with a can of spray paint. Readers are expected to puzzle out a jumbled maze of nitpicking pettifoggery over obscure regulations. Paypal contributors like myself are invited to drop dead or go look for a U.S. government post office. The future prospects of an LP taken over by folks who turn away supporters with money to donate is about the same as for those who spit on registered voters.
Speaking of economic disasters, Prohibition and The Crash shows what happens when mystical prohibitionists infiltrate a government. It’s available in Kindle format from Amazon for about the price of a pint of legal beer. If your LP has a publication, I’m looking to advertise!
Scott Adams is trained in hypnotism–the techniques teevee stations and newspapers use to gain Nixon tax subsidy payouts for pushing coercive candidates. In the bonus chapter of Win Bigly, Scott observes that:
Liars also use predictable patterns of language that you can pick up once you know what to look for.
For example, if someone accuses an innocent person of a crime, the accused generally responds by immediately denying the accusation and asking what is wrong with you for even asking. But the first reaction of guilty people, usually, is to ask what evidence you have. They need to know what you know so they can either double-down on the lie or confess. Liars only confess if the evidence against them is airtight.
There is airtight evidence that human contributions to an Ozone Hole over Antarctica were a fabrication. Only 1/9 of humanity lives in the Southern Hemisphere, in large part because it is mostly ocean: H2O loaded with sodium chloride. Ozone varies over a volcano that has been erupting constantly for about a million years, spewing chlorine gas into all levels of the atmosphere. Ozone is produced by sunlight which is nearly absent from the South Pole during the winter months of June, July and August. The only thing that has changed since pseudoscientists panicked politicians into banning safe, low pressure freon is that air conditioners break a lot more than they used to.
I would not want to be blamed for this if I had sent men with guns to ban normal AC coolant. The looter media says it’s all your fault and adds some blame for Global Warming (temperatures have decreased steadily since 1930–according to unvarnished temperature readings). Jimmy Carter’s Department of Energy also blames people who buy the mandatory high-pressure ACs, but has recently dropped the Global Warming pretense. Data massagynist politician Al Gore, of course, will say anything to keep you from looking at raw data. If global warming were real, you would expect to lose $4000 replacing your air conditioning system, right? It would seem normal.
Democratic candidate Al Gore lost his home state AND Florida in the Y2k election, when econazi spoiler votes helped perfect the debacle (and worsen all future Democratic party platforms). His party’s plank demanded: “…a strong international treaty to begin combating global warming“; “guarding our children from the summer smog that is made worse by global warming“. That platform swore that “Eight of the ten hottest years ever recorded have occurred during the past ten years. Scientists predict a daunting range of likely effects from global warming.” Puerto Rico showed what happens when clueless voters duped by Climate Fraud rely on subsidized solar panels and windmills for electricity.
Once Realclimatescience.com began publishing graphs of raw, untampered thermometer readings, the prophesying completely fell apart. One gang of data-altering warmunists was ordered out on a Kristallnacht character-assassination denier hunt. The rest got busy with reality control. Reality control in this case is a search-and-replace that finds “
global warming” and replaces it with “climate change,” an expression as chimerical and meaningless as “climate science.” But even that failed, for the 2016 Democratic platform still shrieked of imminent doom from “global warming.”
Okay, but what about the prohibitionist Republicans urging cops to shoot youngsters and dogs, lock up the survivors and confiscate their property through economy-destabilizing asset-forfeiture looting on account of plant leaves? Good point. Here is some of the the Al Gore campaign prohibition plank language for some drugs. This explains why non-libertarians who favor electricity had nothing to lose by backing the Waffen Bush party instead:
DEMOCRAT Platform of 2000: …more police on the streets to thicken the thin blue line between order and disorder, tougher punishments – including the death penalty…
We should send a strong message to every American child: drugs are wrong, and drugs can kill you. We need to dry up drug demand, hold up drugs at the border, and break up the drug rings that are spreading poison on our streets. We should open more drug courts, to speed justice for drug-related crimes; double the number of drug hot-spots where we aggressively target our enforcement efforts; expand drug treatment for at-risk youth; and make sure that all of our school zones are drug-free zones – by stiffening the penalties to those who would use children to peddle drugs, and those who would sell drugs anywhere near our schools. We know that to dry up drug demand, we must provide drug treatment upon demand. To empower communities protect themselves from organized criminal conduct... We should be tough on drugs ….
Drug producing nations like Colombia have seen their societies torn apart by the intersection of criminal activity, political discord, and terrorism. And our nation is also afflicted with the violence and hopelessness of drugs. We must continue to combat narco-traffickers, increasing our budget to do so. We must continue to have a strong Drug Czar who can bring together the considerable resources of the U.S. Government in this effort. We must continue to fight those who make the financing of this effort possible such as the money launderers who facilitate the drug trade. We must continue to work with our friends and allies and international organizations to fight the blood money of the drug trade by getting a handle on those nations who turn a blind eye to the financial end of this problem.
Seen enough? The Democratic party still wants police kicking in doors, shooting innocents, dogs, children and witnesses to echo God’s Own Prohibitionist party’s hatred and fear of plant leaves. This shows how entrenched senile parties will do or say anything in exchange for votes handed over by dupes. The only rational response is to cast a libertarian spoiler vote.
For translations of Latin American caudillo political party prohibitionism planks and laws, look me up. Don’t miss my translated book on the Stock Market Crash of 1929 and resulting depression. It’s live on Amazon Kindle in Portuguese and English.
Conservatives are good at pointing to Friedman’s Free to Choose and arguing that Their Dark Side is the only way to vote. But that same book shows the Socialist Party platform and flatly asserts that every plank has become as legally binding as a hangman’s noose. So… how dat happen?
And how did beer get to be a felony worth 5 years on a chain gang and a fine worth 30 pounds of gold in 1929? All the Prohibitionists, Populists and Socialists ever did was lose every important election. Could it be that their average 1.5% of the vote ushered in the income tax, prohibition amendment 5 & 10 Law, Crash and Depression?
Ask any antichoice prohibitionist Republican and the answer is a mixture of feigned incomprehension and blustering evasion. But the Republican party became what it is by absorbing George Wallace’s race-baiting National Socialist Dixiecrat platform just as the Dems absorbed first the People’s Party (1892) then the Green Party (2000) looter platform planks. Compare the GOP with these American Independent Party planks:
- God-given gifts
“The American Independent Party gratefully acknowledges God as the Creator of all and appeals to Him for help in protecting all He has graciously given us.” (See Prohibition Party platforms)
- Right of association
“The right to associate includes the right to choose one’s associates, but does not include the right to force others to associate.” (No black people need apply)
- Freedom from liberal government
“Freed from the lawless oppression of Liberal rule, we may then compassionately and justly use our energy and ingenuity to provide for ourselves and our families.” (Liberal Party of 1930 wrote Prohibition repeal plank)
- Life and family
“We believe in protecting all human life however weak, defenseless, or disheartened; we endorse the family as the essential bulwark of liberty, compassion, responsibility, and industry; and declare the family’s right and responsibility to nurture, discipline, and educate its children.” (Arrest birth control doctors)
“We insist that marriage is between a man and a woman and assert the role of the law in establishing and reinforcing the mutual rights and obligations of that God-ordained contract.” (George Bush)
- Illegal immigration
“We oppose all illegal immigration. We support secure borders and immigration policies, inviting the best of the world to join us in freedom.” (Grenzbefestigungssystem)
- Pro-life Constitution
“The Republic established by our Constitution is the greatest of all pro-life institutions.” (barefoot and pregnant)
- Public service
“We believe that all those who govern are the servants of God for the good of citizens.” (Gemeinnutz vor Eigennutz, Gott Mit Uns)
These planks turned the low-tariff Democratic Solid South into a racial-collectivist appendage of God’s Own Prohibitionists. The process began in 1928, to defeat wet Democratic candidate Al Smith, who wanted beer to be safe and legal. Burning crosses were lit wherever “Whiskey Al” campaigned that year.

Milton Friedman made it impossible ignore that there are two ways of dealing with people: voluntarily, or by force.
Tax collectors and the parties that send them out to collect more and higher taxes invariably choose the second option. Of course they paper it over with sanctimonious doublespeak. At every turn they liken their men with guns to acceptors of voluntary contributions. Media outlets are all tax-subsidized since 1971 (thanks to Nixon). This anti-libertarian subsidy doles out influence to entrenched gerontocracy election campaigns and helps sell an image of eleemosynary voluntarism through the initiation of force.
But what of the people at whom their guns are pointed? Thanks to the Nixon anti-libertarian law, many voters are completely unaware of the existence of a political party whose members seek to gradually replace coercion with voluntary cooperation wherever possible. Here’s what happens when media subsidies–designed to favor entrenched parties–interfere to produce uninformed voters.
Is taxing people at gunpoint worth it? As a Libertarian voter I just say “no” every time I cast a ballot. No, I do not expect all taxation to disappear by the time I unchain my bicycle to return home after voting. But I know for a fact that my LP vote will pack the clout of at least six votes in favor of reversing the trend toward increased taxation. In the case of individual rights for women, fewer than 4000 libertarian votes handed the Supreme Court the language they used in the Roe v. Wade decision, a relative vote clout of 10,000 for 1 if you believe it takes 50% of the total to get anything done. That’s winning!
Forcible expropriation leads to situations like the Bay District standoff. People follow good or bad examples, depending on what they can see. This guy observed the use of force and imagined two could play.
Richard Nixon and Congress changed the tax code in 1971 to keep you from finding out about the no-guns alternative. Like the snake tossed into baby Hercules’ crib, it was an attempt to kill off the Libertarian Party.
But here it is, 46 years later, and we’re still here. What’s more, four million voters–as many as voted in the entire State of Virginia–stood with us this last presidential election. Our vote share is up 328%, and we got way more of the popular vote than the difference between the two looter parties dedicated to the initiation of deadly force. Here’s the sigmoid political party substitution curve, the hockey stick Republican Dixiecrat fascists and Democrat communists do not want you to see:
So, which will it be? If you like what you see, by all means listen to what the Republicans and Democrats say about each other. If you would rather take a positive step to increase freedom by reversing the growth of coercion, read the Libertarian Party platform and vote with us.

Try my Amazon Kindle explanation of Prohibition and The Crash and see how a small party wrote the plank that brought repeal.
1931 was the year the Liberal Party published its platform rejecting socialism, welfare and the dole and calling for repeal of the Eighteenth Amendment and all Blue Laws. This pre-libertarian party’s platform provided the framework for the repeal plank that got Democrats elected five times running.
The cartoon was published
86 make that 88 years ago, but only 41 years before the libertarian party formed. Because they themselves lacked the courage to stand up to the Klan and other empires of murderous mysticsm, Republicans in 1932 began pronouncing “liberal” the way German National Socialists pronounced it–expectorated with a hiss, the way they pronounced “Jew.” Conservatives do this today. Democrats were beset by the pro-choice, antiwar Human Rights Party and Buffalo Party, and treacherously crushed both before the Libertarian Party was organized in 1971.
It’s a pity the Democratic Party platform committee has been entirely taken over by ecological national socialists. Those worthies are far more preoccupied with an Aryan model of purity; not Aryan purity, mind you, but environmental purity with transfer payments from producers to non-producers. The Liberal Party was not collectivist and eschewed coercive solutions. They also helped lead America out of the Republican-induced Depression.
