America was at war over the same tariff policies that brought her to the brink during the Nullification Crisis. The Morrill tariff enacted after Lincoln’s election was no less abominable and prompted Texas militias to seize federal armories. This second Tariff of Abominations was signed by President Buchanan on March 2, 1861, two days before Lincoln’s Inauguration. Did none of your “educators” mention this detail?

A similar bomb was planted on Herbert Hoover 58 years later. The “Increased Penalties Act” of 1929 demanded five years in prison and a fine equivalent to 14 pounds of gold for Beelzebub’s Beer and The Demon Rum. Its enforcement using the new Manifesto capitation tax wrecked the stock markets and fractional-reserve banking system and put an end to Republican Administrations for 20 years. (see book below)

But politics continued and Civil War Democrats split into Peace Democrats, who wanted to sue for peace, and War Democrats, who believed in fighting it out to enforce “the” laws, but not for the object of abolishing slavery. This faction also voted for McClellan. Both DEM factions supported McClellan, but “the” laws meant the Fugitive Slave law to one faction and the protective tariff to the other. There were two types of oaths, one was administered to voters. The other was the pauper’s oath–a formal declaration by a person that he is destitute and incapable of self-support. This was required in certain states to be eligible for public relief. Such an oath normally operated to deprive someone of the vote.

Today’s government school system harps on slavery, yet primly elides mention of the antebellum sexual abuse to which the women were subjected. Harriet Beecher Stowe dared bring this up–instead of mentioning the protective tariff. Similar strategy prevents today’s Kleptocracy historians from mentioning the causal connections between Prohibition and The Crash, but inducing ignorance in no way changes the facts. Orwell warned that lying about such things eventually backfires when the truth leaks out.(link)

Then, as now, both entrenched parties were soft machines in a kleptocracy dedicated to the initiation of force, rather than the defense of individual rights. Campaigns, as now, featured all the dignity and seemliness of two looters fighting over a bottle of gin snatched from a smashed liquor store window. A hand in the till and another confiscating your assets over plant leaves are high priorities to both doting factions. Both legacy looter parties want to continue “penetrating” weaker neighbors urging shoot-first repression of recreational plant leaf derivative markets. Nevermind that exporting prohibitionist policies PREVENTS those countries from developing functional economies. 

The other priority shared by both entrenched parties is meddlesome invasion and bombing of distant primitive villages in some sort of religious war designed to bring terrorist retaliation. The only leveraged way to clearly say NO to all these dishonest and murderous policies is to vote for libertarian candidates in November–especially State and County LP candidates. 

But let’s be fair. Listen to what our adversaries say about each other before you choose LIBertarian on the ballot.

Prohibitionism destroys the banking system

Almost everywhere in the world people sip a cold one in biergartens, backyards, sidewalk cafés–but Wizened Christian Temperance Union Amerika, under laws left over from Andrew Volstead’s Minnesota and the Anti-Saloon League–ain’t one of them places. Fortunately Americans have a choice. You can choose not to vote–people in Australia and Brazil have no such option. You can also choose to vote for Libertarian freedom instead of the mangy, sclerotic soft machines that want men with guns to shoot young people over plant leaves and confiscate their property. 

The pro-slavery and protectionist parties that dragged us into a civil war over tariff policies are still in business. Indeed, the Communist Manifesto, written even as they girded for violence, is still a thing to a huge dictatorship that “accidentally” poisons the planet with germ warfare weapons from time to time. The communist party is over 170 years old, and the Dems and GOP even older. 

Communist dictatorships collapsed in the 1990s, but were not replaced by libertarian societies. Instead, there was a reversion to superstitious mercantilist mixed economies featuring less chattel slavery and colonial rule, but otherwise fairly authoritarian. The media and academia are so heavily infiltrated that it is impossible today to find a chart showing how the fraction of humanity under communist rule has varied in recent decades. Go ahead, try it, and get back to me if you do. 

The number of libertarian voters struggling to replace kleptocracy machine candidates over time is easy to find. Ways are found to keep them out of office, but even that is breaking down under the increase in libertarian voter support. Yet before 1972 there was total hopelessness. War enslaved men into involuntary combat, and prohibitionism brought wars and banking collapses.

Money deposited with banks and brokerages is low-hanging fruit to looter governments. When seized on some pretext, owners of unseized money withdraw it from the fractional-reserve banking system. The economy collapses, communism and looting in general increase, and the media are charged with explaining the whole thing as the result of “too much” freedom or “not enough” coercive regulation–which amounts to the same thing. 

After the Nixon Anti-Libertarian Law passed, news media understood that pretending the crashes had nothing to do with hatchet-wielding Treasury, tax and prohibition agents was a lucrative source of cash. And so it is today. Yet every individual can make a huge difference by the simple act of casting a vote for Libertarian freedom and against the senile politicians of the GOP and Dem soft machines.

Dividing Private Property

Fascism is socialism cut with christian altruism. All socialists are fascists today in that none seek to nationalize everything

The four squares on the Nolan Chart are the result of grasping the fact that altruist ideologues seek to destroy freedom by attacking individual rights with a meat cleaver.  Two 2-position switches yield four possible combinations or states for two light bulbs. Looters are horrified at the naked way this representation depicts their darling coercion, so their standard reaction is to claim that clarity is oversimplification and there are no either-or choices in real life.

Is this difficult?

Such facile dismissal prompted a rebuttal by replacing the flip switches with dimmer switches. This carries the analogy out to more decimal places without giving up the basic conceptual information either version of the model allows you to visualize. So why four possibilities instead of a flip switch and a single light bulb? or just a horizontal line?

If you start with the premise that life is valuable, therefore aggression is wrong, a bar magnet suffices as illustrative visual aid. Objectivists (link) and libertarians flock like iron filings to the pole labeled Voluntary while altruists (fascists, communists, anarchists, socialists) gather at the end labeled Coercive. Agorists see Voluntary as Right, but altruists regard that pole as Wrong after rejecting the life premise.

Undecided voters with neutralized minds or values are imagined to clump near the center of the horizontal line (hence the centrist label). Christians and Mohammedans view the magnet differently. They flock to the Church pole, and imagine themselves squared off against sinners assembled at the Saloon end.

The Nolan Chart was not designed to delight ethical purists nor attract iron filings, but to illustrate to voters the advantages of consistency. Religious conservatives din voters’ ears with horrible prophesies of Race Suicide (in order to rob pregnant women of individual rights). Contrariwise, socialist orators predict appalling Starvation if a rich speculator is allowed to corner the market on food or energy. So the second axis was added to help voters visualize where inconsistency leads.

Even a concept as simple as Private Property can be attacked by lunatics. Officious mystical conservatives will attach to “Private” evidence of a shameful conspiracy to violate a sex taboo, or to experiment with plant leaves. Their socialist comrades single out “Property” as the baaad word, since it is what likens them to thieves. The truth is that such imbeciles are allowed to vote, so the Nolan Chart accommodates the fact by listing the outcome of unprincipled people armed with the suffrage voting the way altruist zealots urge them to vote.

If there were no coercive zealots urging use of ballots to crush economic freedom, scientific inquiry or consensual adulthood, there would be no need for a Nolan chart. A simple line from Good through Muddled to Bad would suffice. Ignoring muddled fools, however, is the formula for failure in politics. Soviet communism and christian National Socialism are examples of failure in politics–you want more?

Voting against Violence

Pew Research: Crime rates have fallen…

Here’s how violence in America changed as the Libertarian party’s share of the vote more than tripled. Not a single one of these spoiler votes was wasted. Nor were they impotent “protest” votes of the sort bled off by the Tea-talitarian or Communist parties. In fact, the collapse of totalitarian socialism in Europe cut off a major source of inspiration and funding for infiltrating intellectuals of the looter persuasion operating in These United States. Libertarian spoiler votes are the most effective way for individuals to induce Kleptocracy political parties to give up cruel and violent laws. The leverage advantage is enormous for every libertarian vote, especially with a hockey stick substitution curve growth rate.

The shedding of anti-choice infiltrators and provocateurs whose sole occupation was to enrage and alienate voters with asinine shibboleths also wiped away excuses for sabotaging the LP. Republicans clearly see from the decline of superstition, the machine-gunning of antichoice dictator Ceausescu and wife, the recognition of women’s individual rights here, in Canada, The Netherlands, England–even in Italy and Ireland (link)–guarantee that Comstockism will lose them elections, not net them graft, boodle, power and pelf. They and the Dems must choose between copying libertarian planks and joining the Federalist, Whig, Communist and American Independent parties in the dustbin. (link)

Yet many libertarians sit still while communist anarchist infiltrators volunteer to swell the LNC, spit on voters and wreck our platform. EXAME magazine is a leading voice of Brazilian National Socialism. Its publishers and writers sweat and struggle to keep the LP as illegal in Brazil as it is in China and Cuba. Guess whose face they published (in a photo labeled Gary Johnson) as representative of the Libertarian Party in the last election? Coincidence? or was that bad apple hand-picked to make the LP look bad in the largest country in South America. (The magazine was soon afterward restrained by court order, then sold off by the publishers).

These are not novel tactics. The Republican party seduced the ku-klux Klan into its own serried ranks as Tammany’s catholic candidate Al Smith threatened to repeal national prohibition in 1928. After the American Liberal Party handed FDR the key to repeal and presidency for life, God’s Own Prohibitionists found sympathy with the German Christian and National Socialist parties Hoover had strengthened with his Standstill Agreement.(link) The attack on Pearl Harbor made pressing that strategy as suicidal as demanding a régime of Econaziism to stop imaginary global warming, or Comstockism to curry favor with “warriors for the babies.” But joining the war made These States take part in an alliance with the Soviet dictatorship that had divvied Poland with the Nazis. We have been a house divided ever since.

1922 Dry Law Enforcement

SAYS BEER AND WINE IS SHUNNED–blared the headlines under the banner of the Gettysburg Times on a hot summer day in 1922. Backing the blaring was Wayne B Wheeler, the Harry Anslinger of the 1920s whose Anti Saloon League drummed up votes against any politician who sided with Satan against the Godly initiation of force rallied to crush the narcotic evils of the Demon Rum, Warlock Wine and Beelzebub Beer.

By mid-1922, the U.S. economy was a shambles not to be seen again until after the Jones Five and Ten Law of March 1929 again put the fear of the Lord into the myrmidons of Mammon. Federal wartime and Constitutional Prohibition had wrecked the economy despite the influx of money as war loans arrearage was dragged out of Europe. America’s reaction was to ignore the dry laws, buy off the fanatics with bribes, and churn out beer and bootleg gin from corn sugar glucose and Fleischmann’s yeast from Portland to Portland. It was a standoff between politicians & lobbyists versus red-blooded Americans, with freedom or coercion in the balance.

Politicians of the Methodist White Terror, drawn from Republican, Prohibition and Democratic parties were convinced that lax enforcement was weakening the economy, and that with enough guns, padlocks, prison time, lynchings, murder and confiscations, the economy would be up and running again in no time. Two theories of prosperity competed toe-to-toe. Religious fanatics shouted from the rooftops that coercion by deadly force was the key to a healthy economy. James A Reed, the wet senior Senator from the Anheuser-Busch State of Missouri, argued for freedom of trade and production and repeal of cruel dry legislation grounded in superstitious myths.

The same page recounts some symptoms of that relatively brief economic collapse. A photo of a morgue containing the bodies of 18 of 22 mostly immigrant workers executed by union goons at a Herrin, Illinois coal mine, showed things were not as rosy as the Anti-Saloon League lobbyist preached. Wheeler assured the Sunday School meeting that: “Over $2,500,000,000 wasted for drink has been turned into useful channels. Bank deposits and savings have increased, and the net increased wealth of the country last year was $8 billion.” In fact, bank suspensions way more than doubled in the liquidity crisis from 1920 to 1921, and stood at twice the 1920 figure in 1922. Asset forfeiture was a blunt instrument for enforcing prohibition even back then. So the search was on for something else to blame for Prohibition’s economic damage. Exploiting the Herrin massacre, labor unrest was blamed and a business “revival” invented–same newspaper. (link)

This because August Busch of Missouri had denounced the government’s floating bars as hypocrisy after Anheuser Busch beer was banned. But what about Congressman Kelly–the Pennsylvania Dry Hope Wheeler bragged about?

Fast forward to June 23, 1930: PENNSYLVANIAN IS SOUGHT FOR TARIFF BOARD… Congressman Kelly was shoved forward to represent his state on the federal Tariff Board even as those opposed to the increase in the tariff on sugar were blamed for the Crash and Depression! (link)

Dallas Hippies Vote Libertarian

Resistance is utile!

Yep, it’s a nightmare for Nixon National Socialists, but voting Libertarian gets results. Your vote for a Libertarian Party candidate forces incumbent politicians to repeal bad laws. Otherwise they lose to each other. Any way you look at it, you win!

Here in this issue of an old Dallas underground newspaper is the Lee Park Massacre Saga in five-part harmony, with the names of the quarter-thousand Texas teenagers arrested and charged with Plant Leaves! The massacre occurred April 12, 1970, when the Moral Majority, eager to get those George Wallace spoiler votes away from ku-klux Dixiecrats and into the Republican column, sent the cops to beat and arrest long-haired Grateful Dead fans for daring to breathe air alongside the leafy Avatars of Satan. These are the people George Holy War Bush and Donald Trump want put to death, when not even the Republican Party platform calls for such cruel and superstitious violence.

If you find the name of anyone you know on the list of those arrested, why not ask them to register and vote for the party that wants to repeal all those violent laws and expunge everyone’s record? Remember, we don’t have to actually elect any candidates in order to change the laws. But there are dozens of dozens of elected libertarians holding office–enough to scare the daylights out of rabid republicans and dictatorial democrats. Honest elected officials are switching to the libertarian party.

The fanatical Prohibition Party never elected anyone. They barely averaged 1,4% of the vote in 11 election campaigns. But they did put the Prohibition Amendment into the Constitution and sent cops to break down doors, jail and shoot men, women, children and dogs–and confiscate their property. The Crash and Depression were the work of the entrenched parties doing their bidding.

This works in reverse now that there is a Libertarian Party earning 5% and 10% of the vote all over the map, and 3.25% according to the federal vote-counting kleptocracy. If that doesn’t sound like much to you, it is a hell of a lot to some pulpit-thumping Republican who just lost by 2%.

Want proof? In 1972 many states were trying to bring back the Comstock laws, ban diaphragms, The Pill, anything having to do with birth control. The Libertarian party platform said to leave the ladies alone. Let women and their doctors decide things like abortion. The Supreme Court copied the Libertarian Plank into the Roe v. Wade decision, striking down Dixiecrat coathanger abortion laws. The Prohibitionists and Republicans have since 1976 been trying to put a Coathanger Abortion amendment into the Constitution.

Nothing irritates these initiators of force more than this increasing vote count going to the Libertarian Party. It is your best defense against their violent usurpations against individual rights. Ours is the only party that is growing hockey-stick fashion. Our platform seeks to decriminalize hemp leaves, LSD, cactus, mushroom and other plant products known to be safer than cigarettes, alcohol, pharma meds or addictive painkillers. Portugal has a Libertarian Party and decriminalized ALL “drugs” 17 years ago. Portugal is today the most civilized country in Europe.

Vote libertarian. It’s the ONLY way to repeal bad laws!

National Socialism enforced strict gun control laws

Cruz opens fire on a gun-free zone! These phenomena are in every case examples of the initiation of force, precisely what 96.7% of the voting population increasingly favors with its ballots, especially since the 1971 Nixon subsidies transferring tax dollars into electioneering. 

Republicans, drawing on the wisdom of the NSDAP, Prohibition Party and Progressive parties take the Kristallnacht view that “the wrong people” cause gun violence, making it an “education”/eugenics issue. Slaves should never own guns. That was clear to slaveholding plantation owners back in mercantilist times. Toussaint L’Ouverture, Jean-Jacques Dessalines, the Stono Rebellion–those and Lord Dunmore’s Emancipation Proclamation taught many a christianizing altruist the danger of letting “just anyone” get hold of assault flintlocks. National Socialist Germany (the Denmark of socialism in 1933-38) had its own Nat Turners, hence the Commando Order advocated in watered-down form today by the Democratic, Green, Socialist Labor and Communist parties and practiced by many of their First Responders™.  Judges at the Nuremberg War Crimes trials under the Government Of Occupation took a much dimmer view of Germany’s Second Amendment violations–which could have cost us Gregory Peck, David Niven and Anthony Quinn!

Democrats follow a post-Soviet collectivist dogma that makes government guns in the hands of State minions (First Responders™), tax collectors and politician bodyguards invisible. The dogma magnifies all non-authoritarian guns into animated Terminator things that use visible non-government hands for the killing of innocents as explained by the glossolalia of Historical Necessity.

The initiation of force at gun-free schools is the exact thing libertarians predict based on past induction and current deduction. It is also what 97% of the voters demand with their ballots. The platforms and policies of the entrenched Kleptocracy parties require aggression as a modus operandi and preferred approach to all problems.

Fortunately, America’s only growing party eschews the initiation of force. The looter legislation we seek to repeal was enacted with only a tiny number of spoiler votes–less than 3% for the Prohibition Amendment and slightly more to transform Marx Manifesto plank 2 into the 16th Amendment. Each libertarian ballot packs a large multiple of the law-changing clout of lemming votes cast in accordance with teevee commercials.
