Texas LP Alex Jones Platform

Texas LP greets Republican girl-bulliers

There are no abortion laws in Canada, thanks in large part to the American Libertarian Party.(link) In 1968 Dr Henry Morgentaler openly defied religious zealotry by opening an abortion clinic in Montreal. Positive Christianity raiders arrested him, as they had in Germany, to the gushing admiration of the Prohibition Party. But that changed with our Libertarian Party’s key 1972 plank:

We further support the repeal of all laws restricting voluntary birth control or voluntary termination of pregnancies during their first hundred days.

The platform earned us some 4000 popular votes and one electoral vote. A fortnight after those were counted, on 22 Jan 1973, the Republican Supreme Court delivered its blow to Texas laws forcing women into the involuntary labor of reproduction by adopting the Libertarian plank and adding an extra week: (link)

(a) For the stage prior to approximately the end of the first trimester, the abortion decision and its effectuation must be left to the medical judgment of the pregnant woman’s attending physician.

Dr Morgentaler ‘s conviction was reversed on appeal, and charges against American women operating unlicensed clinics were also quashed. Canada erased all laws forcing women into the involuntary servitude of unwanted labor and the American Libertarian Party stuck to its successful law-changing plank in 1976. Horrified, the Prohibition Party, followed like dogs on a leash by the Republicans, demanded another Prohibition Amendment, this time to outlaw Choice when exercised by women.(link) This demand was repeated over and over as mystical fanatics sought to infiltrate the Libertarian Party–alongside a vote-repelling 5th column of anarcho-communists disguised as libertarians.

This is not a joke.(link)

To this day, people like Tokyo Rose, Spikey and Boothead, the Bilyew Twins, Pat Dixon and Alex “Whack” Jones seek to deliver the impression that the Libertarian Party needs to ally with the Prohibition, Dixiecrat, Klan, Q-Anon and Republican organizations of girl-bulliers to push sexual prohibitionism or selectively exclude women from access to medical treatment.(link) This conflicts with the 3940-word platform currently alienating Texans from voting LP. The delightful plank to legalize suicide defines women (pregnant or not) as individuals. So because it says no force of law ought to prosecute anyone in a pregnant woman’s assisted suicide, there is hardly an argument for going out of our way to pick on women voters over pregnancy termination. But consistency never stopped mystical fanatics from trying to concoct  one and glue it into the platform. The plank reads like a George Bush Jr Executive Order granting subsidies and immunity to “faith-based” torchlight mobs:

Recognizing that reproductive rights are a sensitive issue and that people can hold good-faith views on all sides, LPTexas believes that government should be kept out of the matter, leaving the question to each person for their conscientious consideration. LPTexas does not condone that tax dollars be spent for any such medical cost.

TRANSLATION: Subsidies imposed by the regulators that make medical care unaffordable render male treatment more equal than female treatment.  But why not apply this “principle” elsewhere?

Recognizing that the problems of theft, fraud and violence are a sensitive issue, and some may disagree, the Libertarian Party believes that government should be kept out of the matter, Heaven forfend existing subsidies from taxes continue another minute!  (Anarcho-communists push exactly that!)(link)

Conservangelists and other officious altruists recognize in law-changing Libertarian spoiler votes a danger to the political power (capacity to summon forth platoons of killers) they prefer instead of individual rights. Already the Texas plank has alienated fertile women from wanting anything to do with the Libertarian Party. The LP, consequently, is 75% male. The Democratic party, infiltrated by traditional communists and fellow travellers since the SDS and Chicago riots, is benefiting from libertarian gullibility and cowardice–especially in Texas.  There is, be it known, a safety valve to derail this lamentable trend.(link) Act locally. Support pro-choice libertarian candidates, shun the infiltrator and think for yourself.

What Coercion Adds

Reason Magazine is back with another lesson in economics your mixed-economy looter profs would be horrified to know you saw. (link)

Now imagine for a moment someone were to tell you that the Crash, the Banking Panics, The Great Depression, mass unemployment, property repossession and Hoovervilles DO NOT result from violent laws that make a crime of trade and production. How would you test that theory?

What Biden Should have Said

This is what Libertarian spoiler vote clout is gradually teaching politicians.

John Stossel could be at least as good a candidate for the Libertarian Party as Gary Johnson, who more than tripled our law-changing spoiler vote clout. For more input from this brilliant thinker, see reason.com (link)

Court Packing

Anti-National Socialism gadget. Unequal and apposite reprisal force.

Nine old men joined forces with Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, Theodore Roosevelt, Herbert Hoover, Francis Galton, the Rockefeller Foundation, John Harvey Kellogg, William Jennings Bryan, Chief Justice William H. Taft, Associate Justices Oliver W. Holmes Jr., Willis Van Devanter, James C. McReynolds, Louis Brandeis, George Sutherland , Pierce Butler, Edward T. Sanford, Harlan F. Stone and others too numerous to list as they bought into Francis Galton’s eugenics movement. In 1927 the Supreme Court authorized forced sterilization of unwilling subjects and a month later infringed the 4th and 5th Amendments when it held that failure to self-incriminate by reporting income from production and trade deemed criminal by politicians was piled onto the altar of sumptuary laws.

Germans enthralled by Hitler’s idea that mystical altruism was a valuable hereditary trait, to be bred for by exterminating selfish individualism, were thrilled by the court’s April ruling against “race suicide” but horrified by the thought of German pharma companies being held liable for not reporting taxes on “drugs” declared illegal to please China’s Emperor in 1909, and made worse in 1914 and 1925. Americans who refused to believe beer was a youth-killing narcotic were also shocked by the ruling which by 1929 brought the entire U.S. economy crashing down as it had the economies of Europe beginning in 1927.

In 1931 Herbert Hoover surveyed Europe from atop the ruins of the U.S. economy and offered Germany the Moratorium whereby the Hitler party–growing fast since 1927–could rearm Germany instead of paying war reparations for damage done from 1914-1918. Hoover then helped push another “Narcotic” Limitation Convention that wrecked Germany’s banking system the way felony beer laws had done America’s economy. By November of 1935, Franklin Roosevelt was rebuilding the wrecked U.S. economy by legalizing alcohol and sternly taxing the dry eugenics tycoons and Supreme Court justices who had pushed the Tax and Prohibition Amendments and War on Drugs laws. In May 1935 the Supreme Court struck back by knocking down parts of FDR’s domestic program. FDR laid plans for striking back at the eugenics judges.

FDR was reelected by 46 of the 48 States, and Attorney-General Homer Cummings suddenly realized the President’s plan to pack the court with hand-picked liberal-minded judges might actually be legal. FDR is reported to have whooped: “The answer to a maiden’s prayer.”

Congress meanwhile enacted yet another violent “drug traffic” suppression Convention in June of 1936, after drug-producing Germany and Japan had already left the League of Nations. War soon followed among the usual drug-exporting nations, leading physicists at Los Alamos to produce a Golem-like antidote to Christian National Socialism, and to the mania for resorting to the initiation of deadly force to force others to obey pet pseudoscientific fads such as eugenics and prohibitionism.

The message has not yet sunk in in places like Saudi Arabia and Texas. Instead of “the answer to a maiden’s prayer,” women there are hunted conscripts in Lebensborn Armageddons. But, as in Japan, that lesson is sure to sink in sooner or later. When it does, I plan to remind survivors that I voted AGAINST promiscuously resorting to the initiation of dangerous and deadly force to coerce others.

The Valentine’s Day Mendacity

Crooked cops?! In Chicago?!! Gidaddaheah!

On Thursday morning, February 14th, 1929, a police car pulled up in front of a garage on Clark Street in Chicago. Several uniformed cops got out, swaggered in and machine-gunned seven men, then–with a show of arresting each other–got back in the car and drove off. Chicago police promptly circulated a rumor that Al Capone, who was lounging at the former Clarence Busch mansion in Florida, had somehow telephoned in orders to have gangsters impersonate cops and gun down the victims. The most shocking part of the story is that anyone believed it for a minute. Shooting Sally clearly did not. Here is what happened in the intervening week.

Friday: Bad break on the stock market after Congress authorized another $2.5 million for prohibition enforcement. Congress also investigated an Italian bank in New York in connection with financing narcotics, now popular since it was difficult to get beer. Movie star Alma Rubens was outed as an addict and reporters hurried to get that into print, along with lurid massacre artwork.

Officers in Sam Browne belts, uniforms and police car kill seven.

Saturday: Congress expected to vote on the Jones Five and Ten Law, making beer and light wines a federal felony, as the stock market crash worsened. The sheriff and mayor of Herrin, Illinois, and his brother, were indicted for prohibition violations.

Sunday February 17: Chicago alderman Titus Haffa was indicted on multiple liquor charges yielding enough cash to interest the same Internal Revenue investigators then planning indictment of Capone, his brothers and several associates in related ventures. Capone was in fact subpoenaed in Florida that day, and told to travel to Chicago to answer tax questions. Immigration authorities rounded up foreigners to deport in hopes of getting rid of bootleggers. Stock prices continued to plummet.

Monday: Chicago’s 7000 speakeasies, 2500 brothels and 150 casinos were down from their half-million in revenue thanks to a sudden crackdown. The State Department announced plans for 14 countries to form a narcotics enforcement information cartel and Prohibition Commissioner Doran revealed that over 95% of all alcohol in America was made from corn sugar, like that produced at the Argo, Domino and American Maize plants in and around Chicago and Springfield.

Tuesday: Chicago aldermen blame federal prohibition agents for gang violence, and the Federal Reserve system began scolding private brokers for making short term loans more cheaply and efficiently than the banks. Congress meanwhile investigated banks for operating narcotics rings as it debated the Increased Penalties Act to put teeth in the War on Beer.

Wednesday February 20: Canada’s dollar dropped to the lowest value in eight years as stories similar to the news from Chicago rolled in from the 48 States. So Shooting Sally was being realistic, not cynical, when she rendered her terse summary of events up north on the 21st. * * *

Good reading: HELL’S CARTEL, IG Farben and the making of Hitler’s war machine. The author seems unaware that Germany produced more narcotics and stimulants than everyone else combined back then. Still, the book gives valuable background: $12 on Amazon in Kindle format readable on an iPhone.

Libertarian Example-Setting

It is time to appoint a Libertarian Justice to restore individual rights to women.

But there is a problem. In the 1972 election, with the LP running the first lady for VP ever, our platform urged the repeal of girl-bullying, Comstockist state laws that literally forced women into the involuntary labor of reproduction.(link) That plank read:

We support an end to all subsidies for childbearing built into our present laws, including all welfare plans and the provision of tax-supported services for children. We further support the repeal of all laws restricting voluntary birth control or voluntary termination of pregnancies during their first hundred days. We shall oppose all coercive measures to control population growth. The Supreme Court copied the highlighted part.

Hip young women flocked to the banner of a party nobody had heard of, yet which promulgated pro-women planks from the Human Rights Party and Buffalo Party(link). Both of these pioneer parties were strangled in the cradle by frightened supporters of the post-JFK-assassination Johnson, Nixon and George Wallace parties.(link)

Nevertheless the Libertarian party entered the breach to repeal laws against birth control, plant leaves, cacti, mushrooms and to re-legalize the acid in acid rock. How? Using spoiler votes. In this election the LP was on almost no ballots, but did get one electoral vote away from Nixon. That got the Court’s attention, which gave our spoiler votes a 10,000 to one law-changing leverage.(link) Mystical republicans and dejected Wallace voters soon infiltrated the Libertarian National Committee.(link) Then a cowardly straddle was adopted to spare the tender feelings of bullies eager to cut in line for all OTHER government subsidies.(link) Today, three out or four Libertarian Party members are NOT women.

What happened? Women cross the street to avoid the new, cowardly Libertarian party that would help mystical bigots force them into involuntary labor of reproduction in explicit violation of the Thirteenth Amendment. Remember the 13th?:

Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.”

That includes Texas, one of the first States in sedition to attack the Union, partly to “Christianize” the enslaved via whippings, rape and murder. Nice example there for the Libertarian Party to cozy up to. I personally am not donating a penny to any candidate not supportive of repeal of State laws forcing women into involuntary servitude, be it for race suicide theories, invisible demons, condescending altruist aggression or whatever other pretext. Nor will I support any State of County LP that sides with mystical Trumpanzees™ in a jihad against half the individuals in These United States. I am still, however, a dues-paying, card-carrying libertarian and original Libertarian Defense Caucus volunteer.(link)

Sore Loser Backstabbing

Competent questioner and sore loser

Back when Nixon had betrayed the Second Amendment to ingratiate Soviet Dictator Brejnev, the pro-defense crowd jokingly referred to PBS as the Public Brainwashing System. Newspapers censored out all outlier criticism of the political Kleptocracy and National Socialist Radio ran a paganistic slanting campaign cheerfully tolerated by past victims of Republican National Socialism.

Above, you have the culmination of Nixon’s Anti-Libertarian Law subsidizing entrenched looter parties at the expense of science and education. The questioner is uncannily accurate and well-prepared, while the victim of fanatical girl-bulliers who took over the GOP in an ersatz Positive Christian Front reveals himself an incompetent fraud. Women voters now know their strength, and it’s good riddance to the Gee-Oh-Pee!

Disclosure: I voted for Libertarian Candidate Gary Johnson in 2016, and my mail-in Texas ballot was not counted because of some fool deadline you’ve never heard of.

Libertarian Defense Caucus, June 1981

Second Amendment Rights, 1930

American Defense, Letter to the Editor

Letters to the Editor

Hank Phillips Austin, Texas

“I am also in favor of spending more on defense—as much more as we can afford.”
—Ayn Rand, April 26th 1981 (from The Objectivist Forum, June 1981, p. 1)

Ayn Rand is no longer with us, but her ideas and scholarly contributions to philosophy will live forever. The battle for freedom will only be lost if we fail to pick up those tools and forge the future ourselves. If we don’t, it will be a default on our part. The most useless and damaging tactic which can possibly be used is the appropriation of an opponent’s incorrect premises in an attempt to refute an argument which is in fact valid, but wrong because of its faulty premises.

This is the sort of travesty that emerges when libertarians hasten to agree that nuclear explosives are “fiendish” or “evil” weapons, but that they are necessary for a deterrent. The question I pose is: Evil? By what standard?

The so-called “moral” objections to nuclear weapons per se are always based on the Argument from Intimidation, in which the premises are never clearly stated but sort of assumed on an “everybody knows” basis, The trick, is successful when an opponent submits to the pressure and grants the premise without ever examining it closely enough to see what it really is….

The function of a proper government is the protection of individual rights. This is accomplished by means of an objectively defined set of laws prohibiting theft, fraud, violence, and their derivatives such as extortion and slavery. This function includes providing for the common defense as well as the establishment of justice. A capitalist government is not empowered to use force except in retaliation. Our government has moved some distance from this ideal but the potential to set it right back with laissez-faire exists. An amendment prohibiting the government from passing any laws restricting or abridging the freedom of trade and production is all that is needed to guarantee the process.

The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics is a socialist system. The documents on which it was built, and the philosophical framework from which those documents were derived are virtually identical to those upon which both Benito Mussolini’s Fascist Party and Adolf Hitler’s National Socialist Party were founded. Comparing the original documents shows that the terms “right-wing” and “leftwing” serve to connote infinitesimally small differences between what are all totalitarian systems founded in socialism using the philosophical premises of altruism. Each and every one of these statist systems relies totally on the initiation of deadly force in order to achieve its goals. Those same original documents also make very clear the fact that the protection of individual rights is no part of their plan.

We therefore have two entirely different systems to reckon with in planning strategy, one of which is retaliatory and the other of which relies tor its very existence on the initiation of force. The historic record bears this out, as the Soviet state dominates country after country by means of murder and coercion in general. It is this crucial difference which the submissivists seek to obscure when calling for cutbacks in American defenses. Those who remember National Socialism will never be fooled by these evasions,

The fusion bomb originated in the mind of Edward Teller, a Jewish scientist who has had his fill of both the Soviet Socialist and Hitler’s National Socialist governments. It is the tool which enables men of reason to maintain their freedom in the face of totalitarian mobs of whatever size. As such, it can only be regarded as a good thing. Still, Teller is attacked just as Prometheus was and the gift is made to look like something “fiendish and inhumane,” notably by those whose notion of the proper function of government is such that they have good cause to fear it.

Let’s dispense with the “moral” objection first. This was best summed up by Louis Ridenour: “Once it is decided that people are to be killed, the ‘moral’ question is fully settled; the instruments of that killing are not at all affected with any moral or humane questions.”   (“The Hydrogen Bomb”, Scientific American, March 1150, p. 14) Ayn Rand reiterated this point when she stated that “morality ends where the gun begins”. Judging by the glee with which they use deadly gases against primitive tribesmen, we can expect the officials of the Soviet state to have very few qualms about using nuclear weapons as long as they think they can get away with it. Which brings us to the real moral question: the issue of Justice,

Whenever any altruist accuses an individual of being “heartless”, what he really means is that that person is just. In law, the function of justice is to provide restitution where possible and make good and sure that something happens to the criminal such that another will think twice before committing a like misdeed. If an American-launched first strike against the U.S.S.R. constitutes mass-murder, then the reverse is also true. It is the solemn duty of the U.S. government to disarm the aggressor and administer swift and effective justice in such an event. If both of these things happen in one fell swoop, so much the better. Submissivists who dress up in libertarian drag are fond of pointing out that this would affect innocent bystanders. The fact of the matter is that there has never been a war in which all non- combatants escaped all harm, Archimedes of Syracuse faced this issue when, unable to sink enemy ships without drowning the slaves chained to the oars, he sank them nevertheless. To have done otherwise would have constituted sacrifice: the substitution of that which you do not value, or value less, for that which you value.

Finally, there is the allegation that nuclear weapons could wipe out humanity. With a little arithmetic, anyone can verify that there are enough bullets (or hatpins, for that matter) in existence today to kill every man, woman, and child on Earth several times over. When this same exercise in pedantry is applied to nuclear weapons, the result is inevitably followed by a chorus of gasps. Since bullets and hatpins are ineffective defenses against slaver states, nobody seems too worried about them. With nuclear weapons, this spurious result is used as an excuse for claiming that the concept of a deterrent force is invalid and that any attempt to make our forces redundant enough to pose a formidable threat even after they have been hit, and hit hard, constitutes a “race to oblivion”.

In the real world, things are exactly the opposite. While it is true that an exchange of nuclear weapons would produce many casualties, the object of the game, at least from the capitalist standpoint, is to avoid the war in the first place. If we have only a few more weapons than the Soviet state has before they attack us, we stand to find ourselves in a real sorry position after their attack. In response to this, we end up adopting a “fire-on-warning” attitude which actually increases the likelihood of an accidental war. By making certain that there is no way that anyone can disarm the U.S., no matter how well planned the sneak attack, we will do away with the possibility of both intentional and accidental war.

So far, I’ve dealt only with the methods of argumentation which are used to disarm America by default. Neologisms such as the term “superpowers,” which blur the distinction between the different types of government are the most subtle, while bald-faced lies and invalid calculations serve as backups. One aspect which I never see discussed is the problem of secrecy.

In dealing with the threat from a system which is fundamentally irrational, it is in our interest to maintain secrecy, especially where our tactics and weapons are concerned. I once developed a tactic for nuclear weapons strategy and sought out a physicist for evaluation of the feasibility of the plan. He informed me that someone else had already thought of this particular trick and that it was classified information. Naturally, I forgot all about it. The lesson I learned, however, is that things are not as simple as the published information would lead one to believe. If push does come to shove, both sides are in for many surprises. The sad part is that those who know the most about the issue of modern war can contribute very little to the debate without running the risk of giving away secrets.

Because of this, and also because I trust their judgment and integrity, I tend to give the benefit of the doubt to American military strategists in areas fraught with dispute. Still, the best guide is your own rational judgement based on as many of the facts, both historic and technical, as you can integrate. Some of the books which have helped me to understand the situation we face are: Fear, War and the Bomb by P.M.S. Blackett, Modern Arms and Free Men by Vannevar Bush, On Thermonuclear War by Herman Kahn, and Nuclear War Survival Skills by Cresson Kearney, The first three can be found at used book stores for very little (I paid $7 for all three). The last is a civil defense manual which is available by mail from the American Security Council Press, Boston, Virginia 22713 for $9, It may very well save your life in the event that we fail in our efforts to avoid war without giving up our freedom. (The old address was in Colton, California)

Real Global Snowfall Trend

This is Libertariantranslator’s attempt to repost a reproducible scientific measurement by Zoe Phin. The original post is well worth visiting.(link) This is actual science by someone who shows her work, and includes the code needed to verify it is accurate in its derivation.

*** Here’s Zoe:

In a previous post, I tried measuring the global snowfall trend over the last 41 years using a pixel color technique because I couldn’t find the original data behind NASA’s public images. I have now found the higher resolution data needed to find the most accurate global snowfall trend.

The data is from here1. The results are very different, but the direction of the trend remains. It turns out that I had greatly underestimated the positive trend in snowfall by nearly 2.5x.

Here is the real global snowfall trend:

See? Visit the original and voilá! Data show snowfall is increasing despite the subsidized hot air expelled by unnamed scientist impersonators.(link)

Scientist impersonators

Bernard Cohen’s article, The Disposal of Radioactive Wastes from Fission Reactors disabused me of brainwashing and propaganda which at the time were everywhere on and off of campus.(link) By the time a reactor on Three Mile Island acted up with a stuck valve, killing and injuring nobody, the looter media had quietly ignored another 79,000 premature deaths caused by pollution from coal-fired power plants. Much anti-nuclear propaganda was imported and parroted by scientist impersonators such as John Gofman, Jane Fonda, Ralph Nader, Amory Lovins, Paul Ehrlich, Henry Kendall, George Wald, Helen Caldicott, Daniel Ellsberg, Barry Commoner, Richard Hubbard, John Cobb, Hugo Sternglass, John Holdren and perhaps a dozen other scientist impersonators, ex-scientists and weak-minded Quislings converted into enemy agents by The Kleptocracy.(link) Here is a current analysis of similar machinations, albeit by a “conservative” devoutly committed to the initiation of deadly force against freethinkers and libertarians.(link)

I can easily understand how a coercive, mixed-economy Kleptocracy descended but lately from mystical monarchism given to torture, burning of heretics, violent prohibitionism, fascist girl-bullying and Creation Superstition has no trouble conjuring up a host of enemies. But none of that makes the enemies–or their proffered cures–any better than the host suffering from such brood parasitism. Soviet socialism has proven itself the same thing as Hitlerian nationalsocialism. Both sprang from altruistic German collectivism and are distinguishable only when one notices the latter is more deeply steeped in Bellamy and Lutheran hatred of all things Jewish. How different was the American Liberal Party in its 1931 platform:

Heard mention of this party lately?(link)

The Liberal Party aims at the dissolution of the Ku Klux Klan, because that society, suppressing the social and political rights of Jews, Catholics, and Negroes, is a foul vulture that is eating the heart out of the body politic; and when it was in its greatest power it continued to enroll new thousands in its membership through the encouragement which Mr. Ford gave to its propaganda with his senseless campaign of libel against the Jews.
Recent statistics based upon the census reports show that the population of the United States is nearly 125 million, some eighteen million of which are Catholics, ten million Jews, with about twenty-two million in all the Protestant churches, leaving us with the significant conclusion that some seventy-five million of our people are entirely without church affiliations of any kind. This great majority of our citizens, in the main, have no other wish than to live pleasant and useful lives, unshackled from Draconian statutes, yet they are forced to sit still and feel the chains of slavery growing constantly heavier because a small but compact and pitiless minority of ministers, supported by a narrow following, are slowly but surely, a step at a time, enacting their ideas of public morals into the laws of this land.

Church, “The Liberal Party in America, pp. 9, 20

Sure enough, even after The Kleptocracy that helped Hitler rearm Germany lost its grip on the knout of prohibitionism, its policies have dragged America backwards toward another Great Depression and away from individual rights for citizens male and female.
