Altruistic Climate Arson

Open Borders Burn Baby Burn!

Read the original (link)

Would a self-sacrificing woke altruist toss a handful of burning straw into a forest to wake people up and Save The Planet? The job is easy… no annoying surveillance cameras to provide embarrassing evidence, and there are thousands of instances of similar arson going on right now within cities bristling with cameras. West Coast newspapers are now trying to avoid the subject and whine at how elected officials avoid being looted by the IRS.(link)

Use your Chinese computer to search for “forest arson” and screen after screen fills up with “climate arson nonsense,” “forest arson rumors,” and innuendo branding as loony anyone able to think for a minute that the people who deliberately set fire to stores to send a political message would ever dream of torching a single bough of one of Joyce Kilmer’s trees. (link)

The 1988 forest torchings torchings in Israel coincided with a sharp upswing in forest firebuggery in California, Oregon and Washington–States so loaded down with Asians that they insisted on a Chinese Exclusion Law back in 1882–renewed in 1893. The communist system in Europe was collapsing in 1988, with people fleeing by hundreds of thousands to escape totalitarian altruism. It’s a rare communist anarchist zealot who would pass up the chance to make Fearless Leader look good by amplifying terror of Misanthropic Climate Warmunism. But China itself has its own mysterious forest fires blazing, suggesting that two can play.  “Open Borders” rhetoric inviting uninspected entry is one of the chinks in Uncle Sam’s territorial jurisdiction that invite invasion by foreign commandos and facilitate arson by miscreants within.(link

But that’s crazy talk. “Sane” talk is Assistant Drug Czar Joe Biden bawling that Boss Trump is engaging in “climate arson.” Libertarian voters are witnessing the failure of a Kleptocracy so enraged by it’s own Janus-faced other half that it will deliberately burn cities and forests and shoot people in the back in a bid for more political power with which to wield added harmful and deadly coercive force. Voting Libertarian is voting against aggression. (link)

Killers with Badges, 1929

First Responder murderers acquitted

Gunfire-riddled auto in which Henry Virkula was murdered by ICE agents in 1929

Henry Virkula was out for a drive with his wife and kids when customs agents leapt out of the bushes and riddled their flivver with buckshot the night of June 8, 1929. This was during Dry Hope Herbert Hoover’s Administration under the Five and Ten law making beer a chain-gang felony 2 days before his Inauguration. Like today, the Methodist Board of Temperance, Prohibition and Other People’s Morals bellowed that the killing was “justified” under the eugenicist tenets of Positive Christianity. Dry Killers was the exact technical term used by citizens and newspapermen alike.

Army of God, just following orders

Christian National Socialists exulted in dry killer antics

First Responders were, as always, justified in murder, according to the experts on what Jesus would have done:

“The second case was that of the De King killing in Aurora, Illinois.  That seemed perfectly horrible until the facts were ascertained and broadcast.  Now the most intelligent people know what happened and see considerable significance in the fact that the grand jury refused to indict the officer involved.  (…) On the Rouse case, the Board said Officer Rouse “killed a rum-runner in the act of committing two felonies,” adding: “The rum-runner had made an assault upon him by the use of poisonous gases produced by a smoke-screen device.  Officer Rouse was completely exonerated by the grand jury.  (…) (LA Examiner 6/17/1929)

Does this sound like a Minnesota cop union mouthpiece waving an “official” medical examiner’s report?(link

There were no throwdown guns, throwdown beer or throwdown medical examiner documendacities or rumors of active warrants to get overeager ambush murderers off the hook. In fact, the International Falls City Council promptly gave notice to Republican President Herbert Hoover on 18JUN1929:

Dear Mr. President: The International Falls City Council voted and passed upon the following resolution:
                “Whereas at an open meeting of business men and city officials of this border city last June 14 an informal appeal to the President was drawn up, asking him to end the terrorism inflicted upon our citizens and neighbors by Federal customs patrolmen, engaged in prohibition enforcement;
                “and whereas, our appeal has remained unanswered, even though the vicious and unlawful conduct of said government agents have continued unabated‑‑except that there has been no fresh murder of our innocent neighbors;
“Therefore, be it resolved that we, the City Council of the City of International Falls, in regular session assembled, do hereby remind the President that the memorialization of the citizens’ appeal was and is the articulate pleading of the community:
“And be it further resolved that the City Council of the City of International Falls does hereby join its official voice in requesting from our President an urgent response to the pleas for help from our people. (Hoover 1929 1974  195)

Senator Millard Tydings of Maryland was at the time compiling a list of prohibition murders, naming names and giving particulars for publication in “Before and After Prohibition,” so politicians encountered tough sledding trying to ignore over a thousand slaughters.(link)

I thought I smelled beer... BLAM BLAM BLAM!

“Send these murderers to the penitentiary” appeared in Congressional debates.(link)

None of this mattered. It was only late in 1929 that statistician Clark Warburton began pointing out that the black market in banned beverages amounted to 5% of the entire U.S. economy, an amount larger than the entire budget of the federal government tasked by the 18th Amendment with killing, confiscating, libeling, padlocking, jailing and murdering every man woman and child in These States if that’s what it would take to force people to drink what the Prohibition Party ordered them to drink.(link) The Prohibition Party averaged 1.4% of the vote in 11 electoral campaigns. There was no Libertarian Party, but there was a Liberal Party demanding repeal.(link)

Libertarian vote growth

Can you say hockey-stick replacement curve?

By January of 1930, no religious fanatics dared debate the Association Against the Prohibition Amendment, armed with Warburton’s exhaustive reports and calculations on consumption of every possible ingredient used in the production of recreational beverages.(link) Women came out for repeal and financial collapse, unemployment, burgeoning prisons, Hoovervilles, riots, blockades, arson, cop-killings, hunger and economic contraction got the voters’ attention.(link)

The Democrats copied the Liberal Party plank demanding repeal of the Prohibition Amendment.(link)  Hoover promptly became a repeal advocate, but Republican National Socialism was into coercive eugenics and helping Hitler to power, and wouldn’t listen.(link) By March 4, 1933, with every bank in the nation already closed down, Franklin Delano Roosevelt was sworn in and the Dems–who had not yet become communists–ruled the roost for 20 years.

Does any of this sound familiar? like it rhymes? Why not compare the short and simple Libertarian Party Platform?

The Prohibition Kleptocracy, 2020

When Nixon was running for re-election, many young people imagined that Eagleton’s Democratic party had made up its mind to stop sending men with guns to shoot people over marijuana. Almost nobody eligible to have the guns pointed at them read political party platforms. Unlike 1932, newspapers in 1972 made a point of not publishing party planks, thanks to the Nixon Anti-Libertarian Law.(link) The resulting level of ignorance and wishful thinking was summed up by cartoonist Shel Silverstein.

Joe Biden, who continues to oppose legalizing cannabis, said that more states should “recognize the significant costs to their economy when people with certain non-violent criminal records can’t fully contribute to their full talents and capacity.” However, “even when the states want to give that person a second chance and seal or expunge a certain non-violent criminal record, the record keeping-systems are so outdated, they don’t know how to do it.”(link)

Yet the Dems STILL want the federal government sending unionized looters out to confiscate homes, vehicles and bank accounts while pointing loaded pistols at people. Where in the papers do you see this clearly spelled out?

Clear reporting on platform planks

Honest reporting helped the Liberal Party repeal Prohibition

In 1972 exactly NO newspapers informed voters of the Libertarian Party’s plank calling for decriminalization of marijuana and entheogens such as mescaline, LSD, psilocybin and mushrooms, DMT and DET, and even bugbear drugs from South american plant leaves and Vietnamese and Afghani poppies. Why?

Nixon’s Anti-Libertarian Law still pays newspapers tax dollars to ignore the LP.(link)  WaPo, the NYT and Chicago Tribune–in fact, every paper in the country would rather see you shot or rot in prison before giving up the political bribe your money pays them to lie, conceal and dissemble in an effort to reduce the efficacy of law-changing Libertarian spoiler votes.(link

I will never buy another paper from those kleptocracy abettors, and I’ve voted the straight Libertarian Party ticket since the dawn of understanding as to what is going on.(link) But if you want to vote Kleptocracy, go ahead. Just do not expect any sympathy from me when your door comes flying in, your dog and kids are shot on a no-knock warrant and it turns out to be another wrong address.(link)

Dry Violence 1924

Ku-Klux Khristan Love

Violent genocidal dry cops (link)

Martial law was declared shortly after an explosion at a corn sugar plant. Almost all of the alcohol consumed in the USA during prohibition was made from corn sugar. From the same edition:

Corn Sugar produced 95% of all moonshine (link)

The Ku-Klux Klan were fanatical enforcers of prohibition, and were given plenty of leeway when it came to dealing with the subjugated recipients of Christian tough love, thanks o the New York Times portrayal of Blacks on the eve of signing of the Harrison Act. In its 08 FEB 1914 edition. Ten years after, in 1924, it was the Demon Rum that threatened the very foundations of civilization. So an upstream corn sugar plant blows up, and the Klan involves Federal troops in looting operations 82 years before George Waffen Bush funds faith-based looters on asset forfeiture rampages to wreck the economy. Here’s the last of the story…

Faith-based asset forfeiture looting

82 years before Bush Jr faith-based asset-forfeiture Crash

The present situation in Williamson county developed when citizens said to have affiliated with the Ku Klux Klan caused prohibition enforcement officers to come into the county and conduct raids. The officers deputized between 300 and 400 citizens, many of whom were armed when the raids were carried out.
The first raid was staged December 22, when posses, headed by the enforcement officers, swept over the county making wholesale arrests. W.A. Peters, police magistrate and a member of a raiding party at West Frankfort, a small mining town, was wounded by two foreigners, and two foreigners were wounded when they resisted arrest. One hundred and thirty-six arrests were made. The second raid was made on January 5 and 50 arrests were made.

KLAN ACTIVITIES

–A report that the Ku Klux Klan had contributed $3000 for law enforcement in the county was denied, but it inflamed those opposed to the hooded organization. The raids were conducted without the knowledge of Sheriff Galligan. It was intimated he was not told of the movement because the news might “leak out.”
The Klan staged numerous parades in different parts of the county and there quickly sprang up an anti-Klan organization known as the Knights of the Flaming Circle. Clashes between the organizations were narrowly averted on several occasions.
Sheriff Galligan told Adj. General Black today that the raids conducted by the federal officers and citizens had become more than mere law enforcement raids. He charged irresponsible purposes has seized upon them to burn buildings and rob. Only the presence of troops could keep order, he said. (Aurora Daily Star 09JAN1924 1)

Bust Beer Buyers 1929

The folly of fanaticism with guns

Shocking even to fanatics!

Ninety years ago this month Senator Morris Sheppard of fanatically dry Texas designed a law to make buying a beer a felony under the Volstead and Five and Ten laws. This is the politician who wrote the 18th amendment and pushed it with blind disregard for what criminalizing a popular commodity might again do to the U.S. economy. This p 2 Chicago Tribune clipping for October 13, 1929 saw daylight 11 days before Black Thursday.

Dr Arthur J Barton, chairman of the national executive committee of the anti-saloon league of America, tonight said he doubted the constitutionality of Senator Morris Sheppard’s proposed amendment to the prohibition law, which would make the purchaser of intoxicating liquors equally guilty with the seller.
Dr Barton said: “I do not know of any general demand among the dry organizations and leaders for such an amendment. I doubt whether such an amendment would be constitutional, and I fear that the introduction of the amendment at the present time is untimely and unfortunate.”
Dr Barton said it was his opinion that convictions under the proposed amendment would be impossible to obtain.
“A fundamental principle and a specific provision of the constitution of the United States is that no man can be forced to testify when his testimony would incriminate himself,” he said.

Asset forfeiture story same page. The U.S. Treasury gleefully confiscated and sold off automobiles found with any amount of beer or liquor, with no regard for the companies financing the sale of the cars. George Bush Jr’s faith-based fanatics did the same thing with houses in 2006 and 2007, leaving the homebuyer with no place to live and a mortgage bill to pay off. Neither Herbert Hoover nor Waffen Bush had any clue how much money their prohibitionist looting would cause to vanish from the fractional-reserve banks and brokerage firms.

Enforcement murderers protected by law, same page. Senator Millard Tydings accused the feds of covering up 51 murders committed by dry killers during violent prohibition enforcement.  This is the same sort of thing practiced today on account of enjoyable plant leaves, and the amount of money involved is likely to be a neat fraction of the Gross National Product. But just as there was a Liberal Party in 1930, there is a Libertarian Party in 2019. Our repeal plank sends a loud and unmistakable message to Washington

VAT: Vermin-Added Tax

Nixon Adds Vermin

Read the original

Europe’s Ecological National Socialist political parties gorge on what they call a Value-Added Tax. But does coercive parasitism really add value? The diversion of currency to unproductive hands was identified as the cause the ruin of nations observed and documented in 1775. Was Adam Smith wrong about this most subtly camouflaged of visible hands?

A lump of uranium is transformed by application of science and engineering into electricity plus isotopes useful to physicians. The work done by human intelligence added value to the original raw material. The “Business Activities Tax,” popular in today’s Bandana Republics and Junta dictatorships, was repealed in the United States back in the sixties. But European collectivists happily imported the VAT as another “sin tax.” Like every other Comstock penalty or sin tax, VAT is a means of adding the sustenance of increased numbers of unproductive vermin to the burdens borne by any who commit the sins of voluntary production and trade.

But value is something Americans want voluntarily–not something that has to be forced at gunpoint. To Europeans, “former” Soviet citizens, and South Americans forced to vote by compulsion, values apparently mean something politicians want from you, voluntarily or otherwise. Richard Nixon is the prominent American who comes to mind when I think of a Vermin-Added Tax.  By voting for the Libertarian platform and its candidates, I send a clear signal to ALL politicians that my vote will never support a Vermin-Adding Tax. Eliminating subsidies to looter parties by removing Nixon’s anti-libertarian Subtitle H – Financing of Presidential Election Campaigns from the IRS code could increase revenue more than anything I can think of.

Pre-Soviet Democrat

Before looters again took over the Dems

So why is Google appointing itself the assessor-collector to “eat out our substanceperpetrated, again, by foreign autocrats? How is vermin-added taxation different from a sin tax? I would gladly buy added Google Drive storage–just without burdening any foreign population with added vermin…

Government Intelligence Language Program

Mr Dooley, of the U.S. Office of the Director of Government Intelligence (DGI) has awarded a $10.7 million grant to a team of computer scientists at Tammany Hall University (THU) to create an information retrieval and translation system for languages that are not widely used around the world.

Teedy Rosenfeld, a computer science professor in THU’s School of Engineering, is leading the 20 members of the THUGrant research team to develop a system that can respond to inquiries typed in English based on documents written in so-called “low resource” languages, which means there is relatively little written material in these languages.

“The biggest challenge we’re going to have with this setup is that there’s not much data,” Teedy says. He expects the DGI will soon send his team information on a target language for testing the system.

He says that ultimately the intelligence agency is likely to choose languages for the project that may be spoken by millions of poor, dissolute, uncovered wretches but are not prevalent in written material, languages such as Esperanto, Loglan, Pig-Latin, Klingon, Newspeak and Ido.

Several Latin American State Science Institutes, supported by grants from such eleemosynary organizations as the UN, CIA, FATF, AML, TF, CFT, DNFBP, IRS-CID, INL, ICRG, GIABA, GAFISUD, FSRB, FIU, FinCEN, EAG, PIAB, OFBCI, DEA, and NSA, have been commended by the DGI. Together, our neighbors to the South are working on machine translations of Desesperanto in support of US efforts to export the Noble Experiment of Prohibition everywhere. Stay tuned…

1929 Stock Market Crash One

Chapter 46

The First Stock Market Crash

looters-by-law

Chicago Tribune 27MAR1929

On March 26, 1929, Al Capone was still sequestered for the federal grand jury as ordered by Judge Wilkerson, and the U.S. Attorney had sent a federal raiding party to the Lexington and Metropole hotels to seize Capone’s records. Although ostensibly over fallout from the Chicago Heights raids, Assistant United States District Attorney Daniel Anderson nonetheless asked the famous entrepreneur point-blank: “What is your business?”

“I must stand on my constitutional rights and refuse to answer anything particular about that,” was Capone’s answer. Al was charged with contempt and a warrant issued the following day. Health problems as a pretext for avoiding the courtroom had been successfully invoked by Jew-baiting magnate Henry Ford just two years earlier, but the court extended no such privilege to young Al Capone.[1] The market crashed with a record turnover of over 8 million shares on March 26, 1929.[2] Wall Street sources reported that Chicago banks withdrew substantial sums from Wall Street to meet credit exigencies in the “Middle West.” This announcement would be repeated in even stranger circumstances by Herbert Hoover before the year was out.[3]

Wall Street Journal headlines on March 27 glumly described severe declines on the “largest volume of dealings ever known.” Time Magazine chimed right in, announcing “the biggest stock market crash in Coolidge-Hoover history.” Some of the cash movement had to do with income tax payments—which back then were due March 1—and some with quarterly government financing. Indeed, call money bounced back up to 14% at the close of March. News came in of increased opium trade in China precisely coinciding with a new wave of suppression there.[4]

Judge Winslow’s impeachment was gathering steam, with attorney Isidore Kresel scheduled to conduct an investigation beginning Monday. City Trust, Lancia motors and the late F.M. Ferrari were also back in the news over a disputed note, and George McManus—Rothstein murder “suspect”—was released on bail for want of a speedy trial.[5]

Again the Journal reported that there had been a “drastic movement of funds to Chicago to replace funds called in that City by local banks.”[6] This pattern would repeat itself time and time again before 1933, yet remain a mystery to economists and financiers for the next seventy years. Just how much of the March panic was due the various forms of prohibition we may never know. We do know, however, that this record-volume stock market crash occurred well before the tariff debate had even begun and after no interest rate increases by the Fed.

Yet as the crash occurred, vigilantes closed in on Chicago racketeers, Al Capone fidgeted before Judge Wilkerson in a Federal courtroom interested in his income tax records, banks were caught financing bootleggers, League of Nations narcotics statistics reports were falling due, corporate magnates were tried without publicity or fanfare in a Buffalo star chamber and the Chicago-bound trunkful of drugs case slowly expanded into a conspiracy involving failed banks and other corporations. A pattern was taking shape.

The New York World scrupulously ignored the Illinois Alcohol trial, 73 subpoenas and all—yet covered the news of the following day’s “brief but violent tumble in stock prices.”

how credit contracts

Same day Chicago Tribune cartoon

Walter Strong, Publisher of the Chicago Daily News had visited President Hoover on March 19. Strong—together with Judge Frank Loesch of the Chicago Crime Commission—had given “chapter and verse for their statement that Chicago was in the hands of gangsters, that the police and magistrates were completely under their control, that the governor of the state was futile, that the Federal government was the only force by which the city’s ability to govern itself could be restored.” Thus spoke President Hoover, who at once gave orders that “all the Federal agencies at once concentrate upon Mr. Capone and his allies.” This was to be accomplished at once, without publicity and regardless of expense. Having thus ordered such Treasury agents as Eliot Ness and Elmer Irey unleashed upon Chicago’s shadow government, the President again turned his attention to the special session he’d been planning for Congress.[7]

If you had never heard of the March 1929 stock market crash, perhaps you have also never heard of court or financial interpreters for the Portuguese language.
