A year later the Omnibus Drug Enforcement, Education, and Control Act of 1986 hit the political arena, the market crashed and Biden on October 21, 1987 put the Federal Criminal Fines and Sentencing Act on the calendar, which eventually mutated and passed as the entire economy collapsed. Why not look at that law? Mandatory minimums, asset forfeiture, the whole recipe for a Great Depression, papered over with paper money, is in there.
