Change was what Americans voted for after the Bush Jr asset-forfeiture Crash. They got instead a slightly darker mixed-economy statist coupled to one of the white death-sentence prohibitionist fanatics responsible for the asset-forfeiture Crash and Depression that began in 1987. Armed with pseudoscience, alarmists fanned out to confiscate homes, industries, vehicles, bank accounts here and abroad.

Smart money fled banks and brokerages, the money supply contracted sharply and American soldiers were sent to Panama to kidnap their president, raid their banks, and meddle in regional gang wars between black market factions created by prohibition laws! Your retirement fund evaporated and jobs became scarce. This was repeated in 2008, again wrecking the economy and evicting Republicans from office. Soon after, with Bill Clinton’s wife Hillary at State and Biden as VP, the Dems revealed themselves nearly as dangerous.

Looter media and Congressional “witnesses” never mentioned this overlapping of significant Crash events.

The Bush asset-forfeiture Crash was followed by the Obama-Biden prohibition-related Flash Crashes of May 8, 2010 (Colombian bank accounts confiscated) and March 18, 2015 (release of State Dept. International Narcotics Control Strategy Report Vol. II, Money Laundering and Financial Crimes). The State Department keeps changing the name and moving the links. For an idea of the pungency of the language despite expert massaging with euphemism, minimization, understatement, surgical elision and package-dealing these samples are illustrative: 

12. “System for Identifying and Forfeiting Assets”: The jurisdiction has established a legally authorized system for the tracing, freezing, seizure, and forfeiture of assets identified as relating to or generated by money laundering activities.

13. “Arrangements for Asset Sharing”: By law, regulation, or bilateral agreement, the jurisdiction permits sharing of seized assets with foreign jurisdictions that assisted in the conduct of the underlying investigation. No known legal impediments to sharing assets with other jurisdictions exist in current law.

Investigators regularly make large cash seizures of Canadian and U.S. currency and seize assets purchased with cash, such as real property, vehicles, personal property (jewelry, furniture, and appliances), collectibles (antiques, coins, stamps), and other assets. Bulk cash smuggling is widespread.

Throughout the documendacity, robbing folks guilty of violating nobody’s rights is fobbed off as necessary to combat terrorism. But the most flagrant acts of terrorism, such as the 9/11 attacks, were orchestrated by mohammedans involved jointly with the U.S. in Cold War Afghanistan. This business of sending narcs and goons outside our borders to foment superstitious aggression has gone bad enough already. Imagine for a moment the sort of modern weapons you and I would unhesitatingly use against foreign aggressors sent to These States from abroad to impose pseudoscience-backed coercion and robbery.

As FDR remarked in a tariff speech on the campaign trail in 1932:  “The villainy we taught them they practiced on us.” Meanwhile the dwindling Prohibition Party cried out it was the salvation of the 18th Amendment. In Germany, revived thanks to Hoover’s Moratorium on Brains,(link) Hitler shrieked against the death sentence given five National Socialists for the murder of a Communist. Australians pity Biden

Australians have no skin in the coming American Kleptocracy election. They can witness the farce with libertarian equanimity and aloofness. Even after Communist China’s “accidental” release of a biological weapon to wreck the non-communist economy and save their Democratic puppet partisans, Boss Trump is clearly less incompetent. Joe “Mandatory Minimums” Biden is the Drug Czarist we can thank for the Flash Crashes of the Drug Czarist Obama-Boticcelli prohibition empire.(link) Biden’s own son was outed by a mandatory drug test, but having the cops shoot your offspring is all in a day’s work, and NOT nepotism.(link)

Voting for libertarian candidates as been my policy since Republicans and Democrats demanded the death sentence for plant leaves and such. I voted against Trump’s prohibitionist party just as I have the past 10 elections. Biden’s party also wants men with guns to kick in your door at 5 AM, kill everything that moves and confiscate everything else through asset forfeiture. I totally understand how a party doomed to lose picks it’s own most irritating loser to push in front of the steamroller. Republicans did that to Willkie, Landon, Goldwater, Romney and McCain. As soon as the Libertarian Party used a single electoral vote to secure rights enjoyed by women in England and even Russia, God’s Own Prohibitionists began casting about for ways to counter, offset, weaken, ridicule, infiltrate and sabotage the Party of Principle. At the time the Libertarian party was formed, the English Parliament had already passed the 1967 Abortion Act stating essentially what our 1972 plank contained–at a time when nobody but George Wallace stood in opposition.

But no sooner had the Supreme Court swung that plank like a mace to unhorse the latest Dixiecrat appeal to “race suicide” fears in Roe v Wade than national socialist soft machines went into high gear. The Prohibition Party platform added demands for yet another Prohibition Amendment, this one aimed at influencing Republican Party reproductive policies back to the Comstockism of 1873 via the threat of drawing away spoiler votes.(link) Sure enough, the Republican Party immediately copied that antichoice plank into its 1976 platform, in yet another proof of the law-changing effectiveness of casting spoiler votes.(link) (link)

Religious looters dominating the GOP and Prohibition Party essentially held their breath hoping nobody would mention the 1967 English (much less Russian) laws ensuring the individual rights of women. But after the LP let the cat out of the bag and Canada also jumped on the individual rights bandwagon, faith-based nationalsocialism began a sustained bombardment of amendment proposals to coerce women and doctors.   Ireland–politically a suburb of Vatican City at the time–fell prey to the whipped-up frenzy and joined a witchhunt against women and physicians with Amendment 8 passed in 1983 (then was repealed by 2/3 majority May 26, 2018). Communist Romania’s antichoice dictator Ceausescu was tried and executed on Christmas of 1989.(link)

Yet here we are in the 21st Century and God’s Own Prohibitionists in their platform and policies STILL pressure, bribe, entice, infiltrate and intimidate the Libertarian Platform Committee back toward the halcyon days of the Panic of 1873. That was when sending a packet of condoms through the mail was good for ten years in the penitentiary and a fine equivalent to $300,000 at today’s gold conversion rate. What has changed is that ONLY Americans born before Herbert Hoover was nominated for the Presidency believe mysticism is increasingly important to politics. Those pre-1928 Landover Baptist, Billy Sunday, Father Coughlin, Billy Graham and Bob Jones Republican tools insist on poisoning our platform with planks designed to repel women voters. Their latest tactic is to subsidize LP infiltration by clowns and mentally disturbed exhibitionists.  

The smart way to break the cycle is to vote Libertarian, and let the Republican Party flounder and sink as voters flee the national socialist shipwreck and vote 21st-Century American Libertarian policies instead of 12th-Century Mohammedan attitudes toward women. Don’t worry. Many thinking people are poised to flee the sinking hulk that is the Democratic People’s Party as well. You cannot lose by exchanging 0.00000007% of a wasted vote total for 0.00002% of clout-leveraged spoiler votes guaranteed to put bad laws in the dustbin of history. That’s a leveraged gain of 3 orders of magnitude in the importance of your individual vote.

Back in the 1890s, when communism, anarchism and socialism were the same collectivist thing, with no gulags, death camps, killing fields or cyanide Kool-Aid suicide tests, few hyphens were needed. Bellamy’s strikers, Howells’ Altrurians and Jack London’s proletarians were proud of their altruistic belief in the initiation of force–provided only that the altruistic aggression were dictated by the historical necessity that made the triumph of socialism over monarchic industrial colonial mercantilism inevitable. There was nothing even remotely resembling laissez-faire agorism under Comstock laws and the Society for the Suppression of Vice.

To add palatability, majority rule advocates and expropriation enthusiasts added “social” or “people’s” and “republican” (often meaning Red) as descriptive modifiers considered attractive at the time. Instead of communist parties pushing Karl and Friedrich’s progressive income tax, they were called Greenback, Anti-Monopoly and People’s. Under the big umbrella of racial eugenics, prohibitionists and communists, christians and other collectivists, often made common cause. (link)

But no sooner had Russia’s NKVD and OGPU gone KGB and Germany’s Staatspolizei gone Gestapo, SS and Stasi than people began fleeing and killing themselves rather than submit to those paradises of worker altruism. Jew jokes making fun of selfishness disappeared when National Socialism came to power in February of 1933. The Soviet Socialist noble experiment was by then known to have resorted to genocidal extermination to loot grain crops to sell for hard currency. (link)

With the moral stature of altruism thus revealed as no less deadly than other forms of parasitism, mimesis became more and more important as a stalking-horse for depredation. Mercantilism was renamed capitalism and all communo-fascist variants of socialism mislabeled themselves with hyphenated imitations of “something else.” (link)

Just as ants, mice, fish, birds and mammals are exploited through mimicry by social parasites, so mimesis plays a role in converting government from defender of individual rights to parasitical aggressor by camouflage, imitation, misdirection and impersonation. Shorn of the sheepswool of altruism as a proxy for “good” intentions, looter ideologies have no choice but to resort to hyphenation in order to mask themselves as something less noxious. (link)

Look around you and you see democratic, progressive, liberal, as modifiers masking and disguising socialism the better to take its target hosts unawares. As libertarian political ideology matures into a peace and freedom party increasing its vote share at 80% per annum by dislodging the parties of aggression, it is no surprise that aggressors of the looter persuasion suddenly describe themselves as “pro-life,” “pro-freedom,” “democratic-socialist” and “anarco-capitalist.” (link)

Clear libertarian principles

The 1972 Libertarian Party Statement of Principles is far and away the best such presentation anywhere today. But the clearer we make it the less chance there is for regrettable misinterpretation. The fallacy of equivocation is the assignment of different meanings to a term, usually by accident or oversight. The word in question, however, is the noun form of “right” or “rights” the thing we seek to defend. Here is the correct usage, in which a right is an ethical claim to freedom of action: 

We hold that each individual has the right to exercise sole dominion over his own life, and has the right to live his life in whatever manner he chooses, so long as he does not forcibly interfere with the equal right of others to live their lives in whatever manner they choose.

Compare that with Thomas Jefferson’s phrasing: 

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed

Jefferson makes a clear distinction between rights and powers. Here is an LP rendering Jefferson could improve by editing: 

Governments throughout history have regularly operated on the opposite principle, that the State has the right to dispose of the lives of individuals and the fruits of their labor. Even within the United States, all political parties other than our own grant to government the right to regulate the life of the individual and seize the fruits of his labor without his consent.

Clearly, this version of a “right” is at best a legitimized power or a deontological arrogation of coercive privilege, and conservatives, fascists, socialists and communists delight in misattributing those meanings to “rights,” just as gleefully as they blur the distinctions between freedom and coercion.

A right is a moral claim to freedom of action was drummed into our UTEXAS Ethics classes by tenured Prof Tara Smith, who dared us to refute it. The definition is consistent with most of our criminal code, Constitution and Declaration. If a right is a claim to freedom (absence of coercion) it can hardly be retasked into a political provision for the execution of convicts, belligerent criminals or enemy combatants, all of which mean the exercise of political power. Even in classical terms, political power in social sciences is the capacity to see to the physical restraint of men, hopefully men who have abdicated their claim to freedom by aggressing against others.

By analogy with freshman physics, where force times distance is work, and the rate at which work is done is power, political power is the same, with the caveat that since the exercise of physical restraint typically involves harmful and often deadly force, the rate at which that sort of work can be done is people incapacitated/killed per unit of time. Look at comparisons of military force and they are measured and expressed in those terms. So if we want to keep clear the distinction between the exercise of individual rights and exercise of the physical restraint States are tasked with using to secure those rights, we ought to resist blurring the distinction.

On the practical side, the change ought not to cost us any votes. I expect that the added clarity will better attract the support of anyone we could ever hope to attract. Even if the suggestion undergoes defenestration, I would then turn to attempting to replace the equivocated “right” with “legal standing”, “authorized authority” or some other, more appropriate construction. Even the “right” to kill in self defense is only a sloppy expression of the special, often regrettable, unintended and unfortunate case of the freedom or right to act in self defense in situations so fluid and dangerous that a jury might agree that the fatal outcome could be justified in a court of law or court-martial. Nicholas Sarwark is more qualified to expound on that collocation.

Suppose the original idea was to deliberately misuse “right” as a venomous barb on what amounts to a criticism of (imputed) wrongs we hope to right. Then I beg leave to suggest the barb was way too subtle for the opening statements intended to enlist support for us. As a joke it does not translate well. Right this minute there are 20 other countries looking to us as exemplars for the drafting of platforms for advancement of rights and minimization of coercion—even if less than instantaneous. Examining just a few of the “constitutions” those people have to work under makes one appreciate the advantage of a Constitution smaller than 8000 words.

This language is in the original platform, which I cherish and defend, yet would not hesitate to rescue from error. I have always admired Hospers and Nolan and would argue the same point to them. This is something no later platform committee can be blamed for, yet its importance is so fundamental (especially when you contemplate expressing it in other languages), that I feel obligated to advance this suggestion. I of course welcome the most vigorous attacks on its supporting logic and rhetorical usefulness.

I move that the expression be reexamined and incorrect iterations of the word “right” be replaced with “political power” something more appropriate for the description of even the most salutary government coercion. If that motion fails, I would move that the incorrect specimens be placed in quotes.

Fascist socialism versus less religious socialism

Here we have a perfect example of history rhyming. The article could pass for something published in today’s fake news press in the State of Washington or Oregon. The story is in the future tense. One gang of violent altruists promises to “ferret out” agitators no less altruistic and violent. Details are not explicit, but interwar papers were full of violent confrontations between these two camps of socialist thought, both of which agree on the desirability and effectiveness of the initiation of force.(link) 

So what progress have we made since 1923? Eugenic prohibitionism no longer shoots people over beer unless they are behind the wheel. Many plant leaves could, if again left alone, offer an alternative to alcohol now relied on as a source of excise tax money that buys votes for political parties. Roving bands of communists (relabeled as anarchists) today seek smaller bands of more pious socialists to bat and bully, as in 1923.(link) 

The only real difference is that since 1972 voters have at times been able to cast ballots for the Libertarian Party. Because the LP platform calls for reducing reliance on aggression, emphasizing individual rights instead, those votes pressure kleptocracy parties into making their platform planks less coercive. The net result is repeated defeat of the more violent of two looter candidates. This causes predatory politicians to repeal cruel laws and water down violent platform planks in hopes of poaching away enough libertarian spoiler votes to again point a gun at your head.(link)

The chart below shows communist party membership in the wake of two prohibition-related depressions. Prohibition crashed the economy in 1920, was nullified by buying off and shooting agents (hence the recovery), then returned with flaming fanaticism after the Klan defected and helped elect the Republican party in 1928.(link)

Communist membership rose after Republican prohibitionism causes a recession. Now it’s LP membership that rises whenever looter fanaticism wrecks the economy.

In a larger context, the same policy changes should reduce the reliance by subsidized parties on asset-forfeiture prohibitionism and economy-wrecking confiscation policies. This is because voters are now running to the Libertarian Party. Back in 1923 their only alternative to the entrenched kleptocracy was some sort of communo-socialist party.(link)

Google bias experiment

Try this experiment. We know for a fact that coercion (socialism, fascism) is losing power and freedom (libertarianism) is waxing strong. The same substitution curves that modeled past trends, such as democracy replacing monarchy and digital media replacing vinyl, reveal this with mathematical integrity.

Now… use a search engine to look for “libertarian trend curve”…
And select View Images…

Duck Duck Go returns nothing at all, not even for “libertarian trend” curve–at least not south of the Equator. But fills the screen with images if you search for “honest politician”.

Google pulls up an old graph of LP Twitter links then fills the rest of the screen with “libertarian socialism”… Wobbly geezers in sepia and Daguerrotype peer out from wrinkles and beards. Through the looking-glass of corporate search engines, web-surfers are tube-fed this association of “libertarian” with embalmed brainwashed communists and bomb-tossing, politician-shooting anarchist arsonists. How convenient.

Before 1972, when our platform handed the Supreme Court a Roe v Wade decision on the same platter with the first electoral vote ever earned by a woman, such package-deal tarbrushing was already common. For a historical parallel, in 1932, as economy-wrecking Republican prohibitionists were in the shadow of the 1932 election guillotine, they invented the fiction that Liberal meant anti-american communist jewish drug pornographers. The Liberal Party had the previous year published a platform calling for repeal of the 18th Amendment root and branch.

Understanding anarchism

History is littered with evidence enough to conclude that anarchism is yet another communo-fascist variant of altruistic socialism based on the initiation of force. At least history was what convinced me–that and the way “former” communists came out of the woodwork to infiltrate libertarian activities in 1980. The pattern was the same as in the 1960s and ’70s. Looters in those days infiltrated hippie activities the way they infiltrated labor unions in the teens and twenties and cult religions in the 1880s through the noughts. Bad laws resulted.

Most of the reasons necessitating formation of the Libertarian Party resulted from this infectious penetration-through-mimeses of social movements by predators convinced the world owes them a living. By the method of spoiler votes they added to American jurisprudence the force laws the LP has been successfully repealing by the same method these past 46 years.

The above news article dated 05OCT1905 relates that

…Anthony W. Olseon, age 25 of Youngstown, Ohio… shot and fatally wounded Hugh Hamilton… in front of Merchants Hotel, in Water street. Oleson fired four shots into Hamilton’s body, after which he caused quite a disturbance in the surrounding streets. He was finally placed under arrest. The cause of the shooting is not known. The police found a number of socialist pamphlets and a Washington, DC railroad ticket on Oleson’s person.

Police then speculated

… that Oleson is the same person who tried to reach President Roosevelt Monday afternoon, October 5, 1903. Superintendent Wallace thinks that the Oleson now in the Central Station is a former resident of Minneapolis and that on the date mentioned he entered the lobby of the White House armed with a revolver and knife.
When discovered by secret servicemen the suspect put up a fierce fight, Officer Olstell being wounded. Investigation on October 6, 1903, developed that the man was an anarchist and that he was known as Peter Eliott and Peter Oleson. He was committed to an insane asylum and escaped, being next heard of in Ohio.
The Youngstown, Ohio police wired that they believe Oleson could throw considerable light on the murder of a woman supposed to be Oleson’s wife, which occurred in Youngstown some months ago. Oleson answers the description of the man wanted  by the Ohio officials. He is a machinist.

Ask yourself if Oleson is someone you would vote for in order to reduce the initiation of force. If the answer is no, then why not help the LP purge itself of harmful, voter-alienating impostors? Cross-dressing to infiltrate our party for the specific purpose of bullying women or sanctifying Antifa-style communism had become a major industry. Our purpose is to shift policy, laws and the police away from coercion and toward freedom. Our purpose is to increase freedom by democratic means. Freedom is the absence of the initiation of force, so much so that it in the universe of political discourse it could be represented as 1-f, where f is the initiation of force.

Every libertarian vote decreases the violence of law. This is verifiable. Every vote in favor of Fabian communism in 1892 brought on the economy-destroying income tax. The banking system collapsed, union goons fired on men applying for jobs. A rabble of Altrurian looters marched on Washington to demand money in a scene that would not occur again until “brothers’ keeper” Herbert Hoover again wrecked the economy in Christianity’s War on the Demon Rum.

Violent racial collectivism formed a party behind George Wallace. Uninspected Entry for gentiles at Austria/Germany Border

There was a time when Europeans did not fear people crossing the border to disarm, capture and exterminate populations accused of insufficient altruistic zeal. By May of 1945 that open borders policy was no longer popular and the Austrian Government repealed the Anschluss law.

German politicians have since then adopted a sort of national flagellation movement. Rather than realize that their problems stemmed from mystical altruism, today’s Germans deliberately import racially semitic but culturally anti-Jewish fanatics, perhaps out of a sense of sacrificial atonement.

Some of our nouveau “libertarians” have been persuaded by anarchist infiltrators that “within a particular territory” ought to be removed from the objective definition of government framed by Weber and ratified by Ayn Rand and all other moral philosophers. Political change can be gradual, by vote, or bloody–take your pick. The harsh facts of recorded reality show that the closer one moves toward a state of warfare (that is, anarchy), the higher the rate of rape, murder, robbery and other unpleasant violations of individual rights.

Functionally, these data show that a shift toward anarchism/war has the same outcome as a shift toward socialism, especially in its communo-fascist variants–fewer rights, earlier death. One cannot ask for more objective evidence that anarchism and communism are the identical monstrosities newspapers have proclaimed them to be for the past 150 years. Machine-gunnings in Paris nightclubs, crushing of pedestrians and another refugee Exodus into Israel reinforce the proof with graphic explicitness only willful blindness can evade.

American voters have evidently perceived this. The vote in 2016 shifted overwhelmingly toward Libertarian candidates (up 328% to 4 million Presidential votes). A comparable shift in 1968 Comstockery empowered anti-communist Republicans of the sort that passed the Nixon Anti-Libertarian Law subsidizing entrenched looter parties out of tax revenue. The result of the Nixon law is that the IRS pays the media to ignore, dismiss and smear libertarian candidates. The only remaining way of communicating to Congress which laws we want repealed is through the mechanism of coercion-toppling, law-changing spoiler votes.

George Wallace Dixiecrats, irritated by JFK’s enforcement of judiciary rulings against segregation, netted 46 electoral votes from 5 southern states and shifted the entire Solid South into the Republican camp with 13% of the popular vote. Bryanist communism got the prohibition and income tax amendments into the Constitution after People’s Party candidates got 9% of the vote and 22 electoral votes in 1892. That’s the kind of law changing clout the LP could have with a little less sabotage from within.

Our mission has not changed:

“Even within the United States, all political parties other than our own grant to government the right to regulate the life of the individual and seize the fruits of his labor without his consent.”

We can earn more spoiler votes, hence change more laws, by minding our own business. By levering the fratricidal parasitism of looter parties against each we are gradually but broadly rewarding policies that reduce coercion. With another 6% we can excise the remaining force Amendment out of the Constitution. Shucks, another 10% of the vote would enable us to change the colors on the election map via the same sigmoid-curve process of substitution whereby tapes replaced LPs and were themselves replaced by digital media. Recall that this writer published The Case for Voting Libertarian in February 2007, and the math was aired on Gary Johnson’s “Live and Let Live” public access TV series in Austin, Texas.

Oddly enough, the Libertarian Party’s share of the vote has increased in a consistently steep trend since that time. What you see in these graphs could easily be a causal correlation. I personally was sad and frustrated that our candidate’s weren’t being placed in office. But since the day I realized that Libertarian candidates are the ones causing the looter kleptocracy to back away from shooting kids over plant leaves, frog-marching youngsters into wars, bombing primitive villages–in short, all the things the 1972 LP Platform was against–I’ve been a happy camper.
