ERA 2… A New Hope

Subtle understatement

Sinfest.net nurtures controversy

After the Libertarian Party’s role in drafting Roe v. Wade euchred George Wallace Dixiecrats out of effective participation in the movement to restore the Comstock Laws, The Empire Struck Back.

That seminal 1972 election showing–with fewer than 4000 popular votes and one rational electoral vote– enabled the LP to protect pregnant women and doctors from fanatics by providing the language that framed the Roe v. Wade decision. Just as irritating to girl-bulliers was congressional approval of the 1972 version of the Equal Rights Amendment, to wit:

Section 1. Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.
Section 2. The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
Section 3. This article shall take effect 2 years after the date of ratification.

True, Phyllis Schlafly’s cuckoo-infiltration remake of the Wizened Christian Temperance Union began an outpouring similar in content and shrillness to the original reaction to the Women’s Organization for National Prohibition Repeal 43 years earlier. To them the idea of women making their own reproductive choices was as odious an affront to Allah as the thought of beer NOT being a shoot-first felony. After all, had not the Methodist Board of Temperance and Other People’s Morals determined that proper temperance was the deadly force exerted by dry killers, often led by vigilante Men of God?

But a campaign of murdering doctors coupled with incessant dinning for eight different Constitutional Amendments to compel women into involuntary biological labor was put onto effect by activists of the American Party, Prohibition Party and Republican Party–the latter under prohibitionist control since 1928. The hysteria spread like Nationalsocialism and the ensuing remake of racial purity rallies staged at Klanbakes and Nuremberg outdid southern celebrations exulting in the Kennedy assassination, and even louder Burn-The-Beatles demonstrations put over as outpourings of “Our” Savior’s opinions.

Privatized Border Protection

KAGA hats on sale soon!

Is this privately-funded Wall worth 270 electoral votes?

The city of Sunland Park, New Mexico, is OK with privately-funded border protection moving ahead with a chunk of “KEEP America Great Again” border wall. You’d expect Reason, a soi-disant Libertarian magazine, to cover the event with confetti and fanfare. But nooooo…

Wall of Asgard?

Unmentionable Pakistani-Indian border wall, now with laser sensing added…

Not even a Shikha Damia article tsk-tsking the altitude of privately-funded consciousness has appeared! To Shikha, the Pakistan-India border fence is an Orwellian unmentionable, and any hesitation in letting a locust swarm of superstitious starvelings waltz across OUR line in the sand without inspection borders on racism. No Radley Balko article is yet imported from the looter press, to push uninspected entry as a crime-reduction strategy. Elbowing past the deafeningly silent property and privacy enthusiasts at Reason came none other than the Public Brainwashing System with a sullenly objective account of events.

What gives?

Come to think of it, Irish voters in a 2-to-1 landslide repealed a republican-style constitutional amendment forcing women to reproduce by involuntary labor A YEAR AGO. Americans took 14 years and 7 months to repeal national liquor prohibition with platform help from the Liberal Party and women’s organizations. The Roe v Wade Supreme Court decision was drafted by the Libertarian Platform Committee in mid-1972. We won fewer than 4000 votes (one of them a faithful electoral vote) that November, yet 45 days later our plank showed up (with an extra week of individual rights tacked on) in a Majority Report assuring individual rights for women even if pregnant!

Roe v. Wade was like the Moon landing, a milestone event that put America ahead of Europe and Russia, and paved the way for Canada’s abolition of all abortion laws. Goaded by backlash from Republican conservatives and the Emerald Isle’s own papal pederasts, Irish politicians passed a constitutional birth control prohibition amendment in reaction to the Libertarian victory over Comstock and Dixiecrat jurisprudence.

For 35 years Irish women labored, oppressed by the social pressures of silence and stigma (not to mention policemen, bailiffs and wardens with guns). With repeal finally secured, Republican fascisti weep, Fabian socialists rejoice and claim credit, and Reason magazine–like a True Believer–runs Stephanie Slade hagiographies and teevee panegyrics pushing Catholic dogma as the One True libertarianism. Other than Tuccille, nobody at Reason betrays awareness of the democratic emancipation of Irish women–45 years after the Libertarian Party handed a similar victory to American women and to men who believe even female individuals have rights.

Republicans are doubtless building their Wall–NOT to again (as during our invasion of Mexico, WWI & WW2) stop bandits, spies and undesirables from sneaking across. More likely it is meant to exclude morning-after pills along with all things enjoyable. Nevertheless, Reason’s betrayal of clear jurisdictional boundaries has not yet stopped looter intellectuals from lumping us together with conservative national socialists. Recent LP platforms abetting national socialist coercion of pregnant women under color of fiscal conservatism has resulted in women crossing the street to avoid us!

Still, Reason downplays our 1972 plank, avoids dissecting the antiabortion amendments Dixiecrat Republicans endlessly crank out, elides any reference to Libertarian Party impact on Roe v Wade, and has yet to notice the smiles on women’s faces in Ireland.

The haunting fear that someone might be happy

Read ’em and weep, Lebensborn legislators!

Irish women sure as hell notice. While their eyes are smiling, let’s hope they soon forget libertarian impersonators whose counterfeit platform tried to convince voters that restoring women’s individual rights would be evil, wrong, socially dangerous. If you can find that Irish “libertarian” platform plank, please send me a copy for my Hall of Horrors. I need impostors to bet money no such planks were published, and will use my winnings to pay for the proof.

Patriot Act, 1913

First the Balkans, now U.S.-occupied Afghanistan!

See the original article…

Remember Serbia? It was Servia back when communist youths shot European politicians practically every month before World War One. But war in the Balkans did not begin in 1914. Only when China overthrew its imperial government in 1911 and halted British and German dumping of narcotics did the price glut destabilize prices, then politics, in that opium-farming region. That particular outbreak of European opium wars began in 1911. Newspapers at the time juxtaposed related articles and let readers draw their own correlations and conclusions.

Prohibition linked to War

Decriminalization instead of legalization circumvents government dependence on addictive dope

Here is a sample of an Enabling Act or Patriot Act enacted by the Serbian government. This was over a year before another communist youth shot yet another feather-bedecked Germanic militarist as ratifying signatures slowly accumulated on the Hague anti-opium convention.

Article 1. The police authorities are authorized, in case of a deficiency in the regular organization for securing the liberty and security of persons and property, to ask military commander for the troops necessary for the maintenance of order and tranquillity. The military commander is bound to comply immediately with these demands, and the police is bound to inform the Minister of the Interior of them.

Article 2. Any attempt at rebellion against the public powers is punishable by five years’ penal servitude.

The decision of the police authorities, published in the respective communes, is proof of the commission of crime.

If the rebel refuses to give himself up as prisoner within ten days from such publication, he may be put to death by any public or military officer.

Article 3. Any person accused of rebellion in terms of the police decision and who commits any crime shall be punished with death.
If the accused person himself gives himself up as a prisoner into the hands of authorities, the death penalty shall be commuted to penal servitude for ten or years, always provided that the commutation is approved by the tribunal.

Article 4. Where several cases of rebellion occur in a commune and the rebels do not return to their homes within ten days from the police notice, the authorities have the right of deporting their families whithersoever they may find convenient.
Likewise the inhabitants of the houses in which armed persons or criminals in general are found concealed, shall be deported.
The heads of the police shall transmit to the Prefecture a report on the deportation procedure, which is to be put in force immediately.
The Minister of the Interior shall, if he think desirable, rescind deportation measures.

Article 5. Any person deported by an order of the Prefecture who shall return to original domicile without the authorization of the Minister of the Interior shall be punished by three years’ imprisonment.

Article 6. If in any commune or any canton the maintenance of security demands the sending of troops, the maintenance of the latter shall be charged to the commune or the canton. In such a case the Prefect is to be notified.
If order is restored after a brief interval and the culprits taken, the Minister of the Interior may refund such expenses to the canton or the commune.
The Minister may act in this way as often as he may think desirable.

Article 7. Any person found carrying arms who has not in his possession a from the police or from the Prefect, or who shall hide arms in his house or elsewhere shall be condemned to a penalty varying from three months’ imprisonment to five years’ penal servitude.
Anyone selling arms or ammunition without a police permit shall be liable to the same penalty.

… and so on for another two pages. The lesson here is that economic dislocation–such as resulted from the George Bush Jr. asset-forfeiture crash or the religious terrorism the Bush Dynasty invited by the entangling shelling and bombing former Ottoman territory–results in even grosser initiation of force in a mystically mixed economy.

The initiation of harmful and deadly force sets in motion a feedback loop with forced oscillations. Voting Libertarian is the only effective way to counter these buildups, as the Kleptocracy parties are well aware. Why? Because LP.org candidates and partisans oppose the initiation of force for political or social reasons. No initiation of force means there is no pretext for violent retaliation.

What is liberalism?

Nigel Ashford would have us believe he has literally asked individual registered voters what they understand by liberalism. He did append the modifier which–if applied to music–might have elicited The Beatles and The Mormon Tabernacle Choir as answers from kleptocracy voters asked to explain classical music. But don’t believe me. Check out the original literary fantasy.

Ashford’s whole-cloth analysis reveals only that he has not put the question to a single registered American Republican or Democrat. The word “liberal” underwent classical transubstantiation in the eyes of religious republicans in November of 1932. A month earlier the republican pronunciation of the term had denoted beer-swilling low-tariff perverts disrespectful of the Revealed Word.

Faith and Force

Weaponized fanaticism

That Revealed Word was transcribed as Settled Science into the Prohibition Amendment and the Comstock Laws prohibiting so much as mentioning birth control or French postcards in a letter to a friend or relative. The penalty was a decade on a chain gang and a fine worth enough gold to crush your toes were you to drop it on your foot. Republicans refer to this as “ordered liberty.”

Shooting voters failed

How the Liberal repeal plank came to defeat Republicans in 5 consecutive elections

To Democratic voters organized by Pauline Sabin and the Women’s Organization for the Repeal of Prohibition, “Liberal Party” meant the political organization assembled by educated men in 1930 to bleed off enough spoiler votes to defeat the Democratic Party unless it adopted the Liberal Party plank on alcohol prohibition. This the Liberal Party made clear:

they will make no effort toward the repeal of all this legislation until we can show them that their political extinction is going to be the penalty of their cowardice.

Throughout this showdown, communist, socialist, farmer-labor, socialist labor–indeed, ALL parasitical looter parties waffled like so many fleas and roundworms pondering which of two elderly dogs might make a less sickly host. Rebuffed, deported and jailed by Christian republicans at every turn, carriers of communist ideology had a lot invested in People’s Party Democrats since 1892. But looters can’t be choosers, so Altrurian idealists wavered, said not a word on the subject, then proceeded to infiltrate the Democratic Party as soon as FDR was elected.

This they accomplished this by calling themselves liberals.

Texas: No negro or libertarian voters

The NEW Whites Only

Individual Rights need not apply! See the original newspaper…

The Democratic Party of Texas would not allow blacks to vote in its primaries in 1932. Not, that is, until the Supreme Court slapped its wrists with a ruling that the 14th Amendment and 19th Amendment also applied to the Lone Star State, Klanbakes at the State Fairgrounds to the contrary notwithstanding. The case was Nixon v. Condon:

Executive Committee of the Democratic Party in Texas adopted a resolution that only white Democrats should participate in the primary elections, thereby excluding Negroes.

Here we are, 87 years later, and the Richard Nixon Anti-Libertarian Law still subsidizes those same entrenched political parties. It therefore follows, as night follows day, that their earlier strategy will be repeated–though ballot access–against the only party that seeks to repeal prohibition laws that have been a tool of racial collectivism since coercive prohibitionism first reared its ugly gun.

This is the confession that what antichoice Republicans fear is competition. Here’s hoping I can count on your vote to oppose this repetition of a bad mistake.

Dixiecrats v. Libertarian Party

Collectivist National Socialism

Wallace’s ‘Murrican Party platform carried 5 states and rewrote the GOP Bible

This just in:
A couple of months ago, the Arkansas state legislature, a.k.a. the Sahara of the Bozart, pulled some shenanigans and rapidly pushed through an “emergency bill” to make it nearly three times harder for us to get ballot access there. Why? Because Republicans are scared to compete with us.

Why else would so many Republican sockpuppets sign up as Reason Magazine commentators? Their mantra is the same fixed-pie mentality that is the foundation for communism. A vote for the LP is a vote “for” the same LIBERAL party that in 1930 added repeal of the 18th Amendment to its platform and helped the Dems win with it. That plank alone won the 1932 election plus five more.  Republican prohibitionists turned to Franklin Roosevelt’s enemies for help. The last thing the GOP wants is spoiler voters interested in individual rights costing them their political jobs, power, pelf and boodle.

Franklin Roosevelt’s enemies were German National Socialists. These were politicians of the very party Herbert Hoover had helped take over Germany by giving them a Moratorium on Brains in 1931. The moratorium excused Germany from paying war reparations to its victims and also from repaying loans taken from American suckers.  This so-called “standstill agreement” is right there in Atlas Shrugged, a book which, with the non-aggression principle, was written as nazis were tried and hanged in Nuremberg:

“The economic condition of the country was better the year before last than it was last year, and last year it was better than it is at present. It’s obvious that we would not be able to survive another year of the same progression. Therefore, our sole objective must now be to hold the line. To stand still in order to catch our stride. To achieve total stability. Freedom has been given a chance and has failed…. So we’ve got to stand still. We’ve got to stand still. We’ve got to make those bastards stand still!”

“The country” Wesley Mouch was referring to could easily have been Nazi Germany. In fact, we had come this close:

Republican National Socialism became ingrained after Dixiecrat spoiler votes nearly blocked Nixon’s election. George Wallace in effect rewrote the GOP platform just as Ralph Nader’s econazis rewrote the Democratic party platform after the y2k election. Today’s Republicans shout “liberal” in exactly the same tone as 1930s nationalsocialists shouted “liberal” and “Jew.” Some people have a hard time letting go of hillbilly superstitions.

Libertarian Saure Diethylamid

100 signatures sufficed for ballot access then and there

Another outside party turned up in 1970 opposed to aggression, conscription, prohibitionism, victimless crime laws and Comstock laws and in favor of relegalizing drugs. The obviously Libertarian Buffalo Party’s planks soon turned up in the platform of the Libertarian party. With fewer than 4000 votes the LP blocked Dixiecrat laws forcing women to reproduce against their will. The current wave of plant leaf decriminalization is the result of Libertarian Party spoiler votes over the course of 12 national election campaigns. It took 11 campaigns for the Prohibition Party to make beer a felony. Spoiler votes have finally become a mechanism for increasing freedom by throttling back coercion.

Thirteen to one

Entrenched looter parties are struggling to keep a lid on libertarian vote counts by pigeonholing us in with asset-forfeiture parties (CPUSA, Green, Constitution, Prohibition, Tea…). For instance, at U. of Virginia–of which Thomas Jefferson was once justly proud–readers of opinion poll entrails put up a smirking election results article out of which the word “Libertarian” has been rectified with Inner Party precision.

The Florida LP missed a spoiler vote opportunity when it shied from running a candidate for the Senate. The Asian-style socialist beat the European-style nationalsocialist by a tenth of a percentage point. Gary Johnson got 2.2% of Florida votes two years ago, so this tight a race would have been easy to reverse into a gain for women with pro-choice LP spoiler votes. The GOP winner is rated 0.0 by NARAL on female individual rights to birth control.

With no Libertarian candidate in the running, that race did reveal that the ratio of votes tallied to partisan voters registered was less than one for both the Republicans (0.86) and Democrats (0.90). Florida, with 28% Non-Kleptocracy or Non-Duopoly voters was below the 1/3 cutoff for the chart below. But if the tallies there are at all representative of the nation, Libertarians are at least twice as effective at rounding up upset votes compared to the parties that fought the Civil War over tariffs, embraced Comstock laws, enacted the Prohibition Amendment, imported the Income Tax from the Antebellum Communist Manifesto, napalmed Vietnam and bombed Ottoman dregs until terrorists attacked U.S. buildings.

Kleptocracy sources now group all but The Kleptocracy into unperson categories. Adding together their figures lets us sort states by tenuousness of The Kleptocracy’s grip on their own voters:

Libertarians are in here somewhere...

States with 1/3 or more voters not registered GOP or DEM

Compare the above with states in which Libertarian candidates covered the law-changing spoiler vote gap in 2016:

Libertarian spoiler votes make the worst looter lose.

State leverage is a function of the size of the LP vote that covered the gap and the number of electoral votes involved in that race.

Colorado, New Hampshire and Arizona are definitely interesting places to look for Libertarian successes. Recall that success can mean repealing bad laws, getting our candidate elected, or both. The rest of the states in the top chart merit examination to see if unspoken-for voters there can be persuaded to let go of plant leaf prohibition, high taxes or efforts to make electric power scarce and expensive.

Private Gofundme donations for a border fence and Republican Senate gains this past election are strong evidence that mutilating the Libertarian Platform plank on border security has made it a liability to LP candidates, staff and volunteers. That makes it a current asset to parties eager for wholesale importation of girl-mutiliating terrorists and economic totalitarians. By restoring:

However, we support control over the entry into our country of foreign nationals who pose a credible threat to security, health or property.

to the Migration plank, we could again attract voters who are not interested in mass importation of berserkers or undesirables. The other sane alternative is to finish amputating the bloody stump and say nothing about borders–a subject already covered in the Constitution and federal regulations communist anarchists never read.

The other recently tacked-on plank–asking that someone other than government be entrusted with enforcement via deadly force–is also counterproductive, anti-libertarian, and certain to cause voters to cross busy streets to avoid our candidates. Complete mid-term vote counts are amazingly scarce, thanks to skillful elision, but LP supporters, donors and members have been dropping fast lately. That much is easy to verify.

Think about these planks if you are planning on attending the Libertarian National Convention in Austin.
