Technically, of course, Fernando Jesus Lopez-Garcia had only been convicted of wife-beating, vandalism and a couple of felony counts of re-entry without inspection. Just because he also stabbed a bunch of people in front of witnesses doesn’t make him any more guilty than the Republican Party’s poster boy Robert Lewis Dear, who killed a cop, several civilians, wounded a bunch of people and riddled a Colorado Planned Parenthood clinic with 200 bullets in 2015. Dear has not been convicted of any of that, and for all we know may yet walk with the Army of God Medal of Valor. But Robert Dear never crossed the border illegally to do those things… Fernando Jesus did. So is it wrong for violent criminals to cross the border without inspection? Is it stupid?

Federal law says uninspected entry is illegal for good reason.(link) But the National Libertarian Party platform AFTER 2018 NOW says “we” ought to welcome, aid and abet people like Fernando Jesus. The platform wasn’t like that in 2016, when we won 4 million spoiler votes in the top election and many times more in state and county races, where we had ballot access everywhere.

With the 2016 platform and no anarchists ruining the ticket we should have gotten 13 million presidential votes in 2020.

So the people whose loved ones were knifed, shot, run over or otherwise murdered by foreign nationals who obviously did and do “pose a credible threat to security, health or property” ought to write the Libertarian National Committee a note of thanks for having made such an idiotic change based on so pathetic a fallacious argument. Remember to support your State and local LP rather than the buffoons and anarchists currently making the national LP a clown act in a big-tent circus for suckers. Trump Asset Forfeiture

These are DEA forfeitures alone, no DOJ or State and County forfeitures included (link)

The Democrats won in 2008 because George Waffen Bush wrecked the economy with faith-based asset forfeiture programs. Such confiscatory looting has been going on since the Comstock era, when the postal monopoly in 1873 was converted into a confiscatory agency of puritan altruist uplift.(link) Prohibition Party spoiler votes reinforced by socialist spoiler votes (they were pals before the Bolshvik revolution) brought on prohibitionist legislation and amended the Constitution. (link) This brought the Crash and Great Depression in 1929, and more in 1971, 1987 and 2008.

Democrats quickly worsened matters, using takings to fund bailouts of their large donors. Republicans expanded this asset-forfeiture robbery from behind the badges of First Responder™ qualified immunity. Suddenly, according to current news accounts, Americans have taken to hunting and killing police as randomly as they themselves–their children and their pets–are hunted and killed by police on orders from looter politicians.

Kangaroo court trials justified huge civil penalties and the prohibitionist Pure Food and Drug Act, once it became enforceable in 1907, promptly crashed the banking system.(link) National prohibition again crashed the economy–in 1920-23,  and again in 1929-33.(link) Nixon’s Operation Intercept caused a recession in 1971, and the Graham-Biden-Reagan-Leahy-Kerry drug prohibition, forfeiture, imprisonment and deportation laws generated the Crashes of 1987 and 2008. (link) They do not seem to be as bad as when the Dems were in power, but that is small consolation to politicians deservedly tossed out on their asses.

The Dems never discuss the takings they looted us for after Bush wrecked the economy with way lower forfeiture numbers. Nor do Republicans talk about these figures or the Flash Crashes that coincided with bank raids or suddenly-announced changes in these predatory policies. The Dems understood this (as they understood it in 1932) and erased all men-with-guns planks from the drug policy portions of their platform after being clubbed out of the ring by 2016 Libertarian spoiler votes. Republicans stood pat on a platform dedicated in its preamble to dog-shooting First Responders™ and their SWAT teams.

Dems sure as hell did better than in 2016 against the stand-pat Republican platform dedicated to bullies with guns. Observe: Dems copied some LP policies, Dems won election. Comstock Republicans scare the daylights out of women voters by putting (according to Communist News Network) a faith-addled fanatic on the Court to overturn the Libertarian Roe v. Wade decision, Republicans lose election.

The candidate that liked libertarianism in 2016 won. The party that deleted its anti-libertarian War On Plant Leaves verbiage in 2020 won, and the party that retained its platform demands for coathanger abortions and the robbing and shooting of youth over choice of vegetation may very well have lost. Got that? Libertarian spoiler votes–when the LP platform is not deliberately sabotaged–are a reliable indication of what planks the looters ought to delete on pain of themselves being deleted from office.

Only by voting Libertarian can you express awareness of and opposition to cruel and irrational enactments. You could have invested a law-changing leveraged vote on the permanent record opposing these robberies, the prisons they build, the stresses they impose on the banking system and the economic crises they precipitated in 1907, 1920, 1929, 1971, 1987, 2008 and the Flash Crashes of 2010 and 2015. Why follow the Germans’ belief that fascism and communism are the only possible alternatives? Look at where those policies put Germany in 1947, as Atlas Shrugged was being written.

If you missed your 12th chance to vote Libertarian you sanctioned coercion. Libertarian votes, though thinned down by communist anarchist infiltration of the platform committee and general sabotage nationally, still covered the gap in many county and state elections and elected a mess of candidates. (link)

Burdened by a communist anarchist running mate, Jo Jorgensen got the smallest number of votes of any libertarian near the capital of Texas, and barely edged out None Of The Above in Nevada. The 2016 platform needs to be restored in 2022 to normal constitutional border inspection to detect terrorists and bioweapons.

Communist anarchists on the platform committee can be sent back to their East-German style intellectual leaders, and the Libertarian party, sadder but wiser, can resume increasing its spoiler votes by 80% per year as occurred just before the 2018 changes.

The senile Mises to Pieces caucus had to saddle us with that f*cking nitwit! This is your doing. The State and county LPs are doing great work in spite of your backstabbing. Now the identical communo-fascist factions are fielding decrepit geezers on platforms of prohibitionism and asset forfeiture. And why not? It’s not like they have US to worry about anymore.

September 10: Army of God infiltrators pressured the platform committee to remove the Roe v Wade language that was in the 1972 and 1976 platforms and replace it with the cowardly straddle that drives women voters away. As long as there is drug prohibition vetted by medical profession cartel licensees, women surprised by unwanted pregnancy cannot after taxes afford even the simplest procedures. Restore the plank and worried women will again give a damn whether the LP lives or dies—and express that with donations.
September 17: After Thomas Knapp suckered the platform committee into sabotaging the 2016 platform, every terrified conservative on Youtube and other media hollers “open borders” to prove Jo is an anarchist communist infiltrator. This is unfair when the real anarchist communist infiltrators are Knapp, Vermin and his Boy Wonder Cohen. I do not know how to fix that.

Nixon claims vote fraud! (link)

The recent mud wrestling match between Republican National Socialists and Democratic International Socialists is not really all that unusual. Sixty years ago, for example, Richard Milhous Nixon, a Quaker prohibitionist like Herbert Clark Hoover, ran to the courts in Austin Texas claiming he’d been robbed in the election.(link)

This, incidentally, is the same Austin Texas in which a few days ago 27% of the entire population, men, women, children and babies, voted for at least one Libertarian party candidate. Most of these were down-ballot candidates.(link) Jo Jorgensen’s presidential campaign was burdened with the albatross of a communist anarchist running mate.(link) Consequently, the loser in the presidential election was the Libertarian party, thanks to that particular candidate and vote-repelling changes made to the platform after 2016. Libertarians should have had approximately 9 to 12 million votes this election, based on population growth and past performance. Instead, all of our gains in recent presidential elections went down the toilet.

Republicans, on the other hand, appeared to be doing as well as in 2016 with unchanged platform – until the last week of October. That was when Sen. Lindsey Graham–elected back when Democrats were eagerly signing no-knock warrants over marijuana–described Judge Amy Coney Barrett as “unashamedly pro-life.” What this meant in plain English is that Republicans hoped their new Supreme Court judge would vote to send men with guns to kick in the doors of women’s birth control clinics.(link) Women voters understood this perfectly.

World population is increasing by over 78,000 people a day. Part of this increase is the result of coercion of women and doctors, as in communist Romania during the dictatorship of Nicolae Ceausescu. Lindsey Graham’s statement was greeted by the Democratic and socialist press with whoops of joy, and included in news videos as often as possible.(link) (link) (link) American women began to worry about the prospect of being subjected to Comstockism of the sort Irish women voters recently repealed after 35 years of oppression.(link)

A Republican-style ban on birth control was imposed there back when Ronald Reagan, Pope John Paul and Nicolae Ceausescu were unashamedly opposed to the idea of women having individual rights. They lobbied for Amending the U.S. Constitution the way the Constitution of Ireland was amended in 1983. So who could the women voters turn to? Certainly not the Libertarian party!

True, The Supreme Court in 1973 copied the Libertarian party’s 1972 birth control plank shortly after the Libertarian party’s vice presidential candidate gained the first electoral vote ever cast for a woman in US history.(link) This upended the partnership between the Romanian Communist Party and the American Republican Party for the suppression of individual rights. Clarence Thomas promptly set to work helping Rehnquist overturn that decision won by women lawyers from Austin Texas in 1973.

That LP plank survived the 1974 and 1976 campaigns as “We further support the repeal of all laws restricting voluntary birth control or the right of the woman to make a personal moral choice regarding the termination of pregnancy.” In 1984, however, the following was inserted: “However, we also oppose all tax funding for abortions.”(link) That same platform declared “We also call for the repeal of all medical licensing laws, which have raised medical costs while creating a government-imposed monopoly of doctors and hospitals.” In exchange for lying under oath to legitimize the pseudoscience used to justify prohibition laws, physicians, pharmacists and their lobbyists have, since 1914, legally gained cartel privileges and a license to fix prices making medical services unaffordable for most individuals.(link) 

That same 1984 LP platform declared against requiring identification of persons crossing the border into the United States. Suddenly, the Libertarian party chose to help the tax funded government, pharma and medical cartels to implement the policies of Republican televangelists instead of defending the individual rights of women. The Democratic Party’s response to the cartels was Soviet style nationalization of healthcare, which women voters deemed preferable to Libertarian cowardice in the face of Republican fanaticism. 

Trump was elected in 2016 after promising no criminal charges against women for birth control. Lindsey Graham’s characterization of the Supreme Court nominee as a zealot eager to erase the first three words of the 14th Amendment was the likely cause of the Trump’s defeat. Just as damaging to all recent progress toward increasing the number of law-changing libertarian spoiler votes was the 2018 Libertarian platform promise to import Saracen berserkers and infected herds of cattle across the border uninspected.(link) This did away with our 328% growth on the 2016 platform.

The President was shot a second time, and died at Parkland Hospital as former vice president Richard Nixon boarded a plane leaving Dallas.

The job is easy… no annoying surveillance cameras to provide embarrassing evidence, and there are thousands of instances of similar arson going on right now within cities bristling with cameras. West Coast newspapers are now trying to avoid the subject and whine at how elected officials avoid being looted by the IRS.(link)

Use your Chinese computer to search for “forest arson” and screen after screen fills up with “climate arson nonsense,” “forest arson rumors,” and innuendo branding as loony anyone able to think for a minute that the people who deliberately set fire to stores to send a political message would ever dream of torching a single bough of one of Joyce Kilmer’s trees. The 1988 forest torchings torchings in Israel coincided with a sharp upswing in forest firebuggery in California, Oregon and Washington–States so loaded down with Asians that they insisted on a Chinese Exclusion Law back in 1882–renewed in 1893. The communist system in Europe was collapsing in 1988, with people fleeing by hundreds of thousands to escape totalitarian altruism. It’s a rare communist anarchist zealot who would pass up the chance to make Fearless Leader look good by amplifying terror of Misanthropic Climate Warmunism. But China itself has its own mysterious forest fires blazing, suggesting that two can play.  “Open Borders” rhetoric inviting uninspected entry is one of the chinks in Uncle Sam’s territorial jurisdiction that invite invasion by foreign commandos and facilitate arson by miscreants within.(link)

Passionfruit caterpillars mimic tendrils to escape detection while ruining crop

Pests, predators, parasites and infiltrators are as quick as their hosts and prey to adapt appearance to purposes. The butterfly caterpillars in the photo are adapted to prey on passionfruit, and their dimensions and coloration mimic passion fruit tendrils. This works among humans as well. Spies, undercover agents, con artists, snipers and even journalists resort to cross-dressing and disguises to facilitate their purposes.

Laws against trade and production engender black markets. When the Libertarian Party was first being established, prohibition agents had for years been cross-dressing as acidheads to infiltrate the hippie community for confiscation, arrests and asset forfeiture seizures. These seizures have since 1920 caused liquidity crises, fractional-reserve banking panics, recessions and depressions. Burglars and bank robbers wear masks for the exact same purposes, but with differing voter approval. What better camouflage for men attracted to young boys than a priest’s robe? And how for over a century have fascist and anarcho-communist fifth columnists infiltrated political parties to alter their platforms and influence choice of candidates? Subtly. This is ordinary newspaper material, no exotic imaginings.(link) 

Smuggling Communist Manifesto plank 2 into the 16th Amendment of the Constitution was accomplished through camouflage and misdirection. Instead of a communist party openly declaring its intent, post-Reconstruction Granger movements were infiltrated and exploited by a soi-disant Greenback Party whose 1880 platform demanded the exact same income tax as the communists, and won. They did not get their candidate elected. That was never their goal. With less than 3% of the vote on average they got the enslaving tentacle of collectivist coercion wrapped around the Constitution to protect the illegal capitation tax from the Supreme Court meddling that repealed such a tax during the Depression of 1895. By their lights, THAT was winning.(link)

The Libertarian Party is the only ideological enemy of totalitarian collectivist imperialism. Communist dictators control trillions of dollars, and repressive, mixed-economy autocracies (including our own Kleptocracy-dominated government) control additional trillions. Americans are but 5% of the world population; the other 95% favor even more coercion than our own entrenched looter parties. Only 55% of voting age Americans bother to vote, and The Kleptocracy has for years been losing adherents.

Foreign autocracies and native bureaucracies can afford to back whack-job activists unable to infiltrate competent looter parties, and to groom their own infiltrators, make selective donations, talk their way onto the platform committee or inveigle us into backing dead-end candidates. And they would be fools not to, for it is the cheapest method of obstruction out there.

We should certainly expect no less. The federal government doesn’t. Federal employees piss into sample cups and have their hair clipped over plant leaves. Federal employees too libertarian to submit to such indignities were fired back in 1987. Notices to that effect coincided with a major stock market crash as Biden and Reagan-Bush pushed mandatory minimums and asset forfeiture laws through Congress, amid grandstanding demands for death sentence execution of prohibition violators. The Kleptocracy uses security clearances for all sorts of reasons.

Libertarian candidate and Zippy Pinhead

On May 28 educated Libertarian candidate Jo Jorgensen spoke on Libertarian TV. Here is something her unwanted running mate said: (link)

I actually uh started my uh belief my political belief as somewhat of a neocon. Uh my parents were more kind of libertarian leaning Republicans, but I uh after 9/11 I bought into the whole neocon lie that we had to spread democracy to keep us safe from the terrorists who hated us for our freedoms and so forth and over time, seeing the reality of what happened during the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, it really made me re-examine what I believed, uh and over time I went from being a neocon, to more of a just regular conservative, to a constitutionalist, to a minarchist, to eventually down to a, a, a, libertarian.

[Translation: people who want a democratically elected government to defend their individual rights against aggression through objectively-defined laws against theft, fraud and violence are NOT libertarians but rather, “minarchists,” whereas anarchist communists who want to do away with our government, do away with all laws against murder, rape and violence, and inhabit no-man’s-land between trenches of opposing armies are the real libertarians.] 

Brood Parasite Infiltrators Kill the Hosts that Feed Them

You couldn’t ask for a clearer example of parasitical mimicry or of the fallacy of equivocation. Cuckoos and cowbirds are brood parasites.(link) They lay their eggs in other birds’ nests. Then those hatch, the baby impostor parasite pushes the real baby birds and eggs out of the nest.

This is what communist anarchists are doing to the Libertarian Party. This is what Ayn Rand grasped almost immediately.(link) Exponents of conservative fascism (whom Ayn appreciated as at least opposed to communism) began slipping “anarchist” into their op-ed pieces casually mentioning the LP.(link) The rest is what we saw at the convention and still can see in post-1972 platform planks–and are seeing as mass looting and amok rampagers.

Naturally, the Kleptocracy dirtied its drawers. Uninspected entry anarchism was quickly injected into the platform in 2018, alienating even liberal-minded lay conservatives but thrilling non-voters. This was momentarily reversed, but 2020 platform hacks again invite terrorists, infected herds and communist paupers to invade America with no visa or inspection (plank 1.9).

Even the child-molester language of the late 1980s has been resuscitated as “gender autonomy” vote-repellent.(link) In order to attract more Autozone looters and communist anarchist infiltrators, platform proposals now include abolition of copyrights (plank 2.14), death sentence by lynch mobs, not government (plank 1.8 or 1.10), and to make sure THAT message sinks in, the platform draft spits Jefferson squarely in the eye: 

The only proper purpose of government, should it exist, is the protection of individual rights. 

Traitors now entrenched in the LNC had some trouble slipping that fraud past delegates not entranced with the idea of free ponies. The platform now resembles something defecated upon by professional anarchists. Should anyone wish to send a warning shot across their bow, I have here a modest suggestion: NOT A PENNY!

There are no libertarian socialists

 

Tarl gives a good presentation on how impersonators try to pass themself off as libertarians. Face it, looters with guns sounded cool to have-nots back in the 1850s. Anarchist communists began blowing stuff up and killing people in the 1880s. Finally in the 1920s the world’s first communist socialist dictatorship instantly became a bankrupt police state and resorted to counterfeiting, looting and genocide to nationalize grain and sell it for hard currency. By 1933 Nationalsocialist Germany was pushing the Christian version of the same thing, complete with eugenic death camps to wipe out innate selfishness and make the world safe for blonde altruism. Honest people tend naturally to cross the street to avoid all forms of socialism. Appeals to mysticism and eugenics have weakened since Howell’s “Traveler from Altruria” exploited them as the entering wedge for the looter totalitarianism that briefly dominated pre-nuclear Germany. Even so, the self-deception induced by altruism leads many–even some who can actually read and write–to aid, abet, cover-up for and assist these parasitical political ideologies in the only way that works anymore: hyphenating them onto other kinds of ideas the way lampreys fasten onto a normal fish. Hence such aberrations as “democratic” socialism, liberal-socialists, social-progressives, right-wing socialism, “left” libertarianism and “anarcho-capitalism”.

The only mimesis that is really damaging is the grafting of coercive parasitism–even if in name only–onto the individualist nonaggression that embodies the Libertarian Party. Communist altruist anarchism has failed. It failed when cash voting named the derailed Austin convention TANSTAAFL instead of suicide-vest Ancapistan. But the message our looter adversaries take home from this failure of international Communism is that Christian National Socialism is now winning the battle for looter control of the LP. To them it’s either-or–one form of aggression or the other.

We are about to discover if Jo Jorgensen is a Phyllis Schlafly infiltrated into our party. Now would be a good time to delete all pederasty, secessionist and uninspected entry language from the platform and replace it with endorsement of an Equal Rights Amendment to ensure that women are not targeted for special coercion in another Republican+Dixiecrat eugenicist War on Individual Rights. Gender Autonomy Plank?

So how did the Houston vote go?

Houston, Texas, November 4, 2015 – In a historic win, Houstonians defeated Proposition 1, the Bathroom Ordinance, by a resounding 61 – 39% margin.  Proposition 1, supported by Mayor Annise Parker, would have allowed men, who claimed to be women, to use women’s bathrooms, showers and locker rooms. (Parker left office in 2016).

For comparison, Irish voters were gulled into a Constitutional Amendment extending the jurisdiction for political coercion to within an individual woman, not long after the LP got the US Supreme Court to strike down Dixiecrat laws against birth control. Canada followed the LP lead by repealing ALL laws threatening pregnant women or their doctors.

The anti-rights Irish amendment was repealed by a 2/3 majority over a year ago, to the delight of the physicians and women it coerced for three decades. Naturally the Houston provocateurs, whose efforts sought to impose coercion rather than enforce broad individual rights, stank and whined for another election after the 60-40 landslide defeat. Watch this:

The child molesting lobby lost again, and the Dems alienated voters. “Campaign for Houston” promptly went after use of government libraries for indoctrination of children by drag queens. Clearly this was the same sort of set-up Libertarian Party useful idiots fell for in the 1980s, shaving our vote share from 1% to below 0.25%  percent by simply adding counterproductive planks designed to irritate parents who vote!

Useful idiots? Hostile infiltrators? Practical politicians? You decide. Eight person-units now seek to tarbrush the National Libertarian Party and all our candidates by injecting the following plank:

1.4 Gender Autonomy plank: Individuals have the sole authority to determine and express their own gender identities. No entity has the power to supersede this individual authority.

A quick Google search for political background on “Gender Autonomy” shows the idea is bandied about in communist circles, albeit in vague mumblings about “women.”(link) When practical applications involve minor child mutilation, discussion is in the spirit of snickering social pressure, like frat hazing to get someone else to put the legal proposal in THEIR political platform. Voteless parties in Europe and Iceland do the same. If you can’t beat ’em, infiltrate them and wreck their platforms.

They bicker about persuading a six year old boy to go under the knife and have a surgeon whack his pee-pee. But this sort of drivel is confined to closet ranting and not put on display by any political party with parents, donors and voters to answer to.(link) The exception so far has been… (wait for it…) yes, the California Democratic Party. Those worthies’ 2018 plank rallies woke collectivists to:

Protect the right of all people to use facilities and participate in all aspects of society consistent with their gender identity, regardless of the gender at birth; (link)

Elsewhere in that pathetique platform a 117-word “Climate” sentence straight out of the Marxist Rules of Style follows an assurance of altruistic intentions. It is as revealing a confession of infiltration as any I’d seen–until they got their boy working on the LP.

The result for the Libertarian Party is as good a voter repellent as can be sprayed onto us anywhere outside of California. The 1984 variant of the Child Molester plank COST the LP 3/4 of the vote total earned in the 1980 campaign–and the damage persisted until after the Bush asset-forfeiture Crash and Depression.(link) Our short 2016 platform, with an improved, pro-choice candidate way more than tripled our law-changing presidential vote tally, and raised our total nationwide to unprecedented heights.

To preserve these gains I move that the dupes and knaves who voted to approve this sabotage plank be removed from the platform committee.(link) That’s Gilson, Knapp, McHoes, Meckley, Morris, Perry, Recuero, Taylor, Cole, Longstreth and Wood. This might make reparable the damage already done by bad 2018 planks AND reduce the number of parents eager to spit on our candidates’ coffins.

Every vote we lose through these antics reduces our law-changing spoiler clout by the equivalent of at least 15 wasted kleptocracy votes.
