FEDERAL Prosecutor initiates deadly force against wife, self. (link)

Dry Killers was the term The Chicago Tribune used to describe government agents and their hangers-on who routinely killed unarmed boys and men in the 1920s and 30s. Anyone who thinks this is a prohibition phenomenon that’s over and done with might care to explain today’s news–or news of the past century.

Federal Prohibition and Second Amendment Kristallnacht infringement mouthpiece Timothy Delgado turned up dead just north of Folsom Prison in California, where police say he apparently killed his wife, then himself. Whether the reporting is accurate or not, it is typical of fanatical prohibitionism–which after the complete economic collapse of 1929-1933 shifted from beer, wine and Demon Rum to coercion over plant leaves and their extracts. The other big change is that big shots at the Chicago Tribune had a lot invested in alcohol precursor chemicals during national prohibition. They evidently have no such stake in Post-Nixon avatars of Satan. Fanatics infiltrating federal agencies, on the other hand, most certainly have a serious stake in the initiation of deadly force.(link)

Tribune reporters back then tracked down and reported on every storeowner, housewife and boat operator murdered in cold blood by prohibition agents. Nowadays such events are typically reported only by Reason Magazine writers. Prohibition killings are masked as “resisting arrest” and other such euphemistic camouflage, and a way is in every case found to minimize their impact on public perception. But America was not always so like a Christian National Socialist Democracy.(link)

Chicago was then and is now home to the largest glucose corn sugar plant on planet Earth. Yeast and sugar companies bankrolled bootleggers who installed refinery-grade continuous stills in bankrupt three-story mansions after The Crash. These outfits could afford to repay the political State in its own coin. This actually happened twice. In 1921-22 civilian posse comitatus‘ hunted down killers with badges as the economy collapsed, then a truce was established. The truce broke down when the Klan defected from the Dems in 1928 and helped elect Herbert Clark Hoover. Prohibition related murders–including the killing of federal agents–immediately filled all the papers, and tell-all éxposé books appeared right after the Crash–itself caused by withdrawals of money from fractional-reserve banks to avoid federal asset-forfeiture confiscation. That is a little-appreciated aspect of a fractional-reserve banking system after a looter takeover. Here is an excerpt from Before and After Prohibition, a 1930 compendium by Maryland Senator Millard Tydings:

ONE of the most shocking results of the ten years of effort to enforce national prohibition is the long record of killings by prohibition and other Federal law enforcement agents. Even among some of the strongest advocates of the “noble experiment,” there have been widespread expressions of revolt at this bloody spectacle. Information regarding many of these killings has occupied much space in the public press, and editorial comment upon them has been most denunciatory. Yet they continue—apparently an almost inevitable accompaniment of the enforcement of this law.

Senator Tydings managed to uncover some 1300 suppressed killings committed by prohibition agents that were kept out of the papers and seldom discussed–including cases of federal gangs gunning down each other! Here’s a fratricidal example from Tydings’ collection:

So this pattern of superstition, pseudoscience and political asset-forfeiture looting requires the initiation of force. This in turn requires killing people so that the law is taken seriously. Who advocates these murders? The answer is politicians who, like Germany’s NSDAP, represent Christian altruism–except for the part about how “thou shalt not kill.”(link) 

Thus, mystical collectivist cheapening of gratuitous murder stimulates demand for revenge and counterexamples, and the sort of agents and prosecutors attracted to this line of work do not even value their own lives, much less those of others. Remember this when next you hear one of God’s Own Prohibitionists seeking to pervert the Constitution and coerce women for “the unborn.” Just as Republican and Democrat prohibition fanatics cannot see “thou shalt not kill” in a book that does not condemn enjoyable substances, just so they cannot grasp “All Persons born” in the U.S. Constitution, or the absence, nay, denial of any federal authority for enactment of sumptuary laws.(link)

Incidentally, Millard Tydings was reelected over and over and served 44 years in the Senate.

LP Platform Committee felony endorsement

The clipping is from when HUAC was praised as a good thing because it investigated baaad Christian National Socialists rather than goood communist socialists. I personally am all in favor of destructive Antifa saboteurs spitting in the faces of armed border guards. I expect to be delighted as a spectator to the outcome–provided only that the infiltrating saboteur does not claim to represent the Libertarian Party.

But alas, such is not the case.(link) The same infatuated public-mind-reader who attacks the reasonably good migration plank we had in 2008 and 2016–when LP vote share ROSE by a factor of 3.28–is doubling down. The LP Platform Committee’s version of Josef Belohlavek now demands that “we” endorse uninspected entry of malcontents from every brainwashed dictatorship and People’s State, nevermind the corona virus, ebola carriers, wanted murderers, or religious berserkers in suicide vests.

This has to seem like some sort of overstatement or mischaracterization. PLEASE read it in the words of the “libertarian” whose feelings determine what laws we seek–not to repeal so much as to urge others to violate.(link) In the real world I handle stories of poor miserable wretches lured into detention and deportation proceedings after being urged to simply invade without permission and tell a hard luck story. The Migration plank (which in 2016 helped us earn 4 MILLION votes) needs to say:

… Political freedom and escape from tyranny demand that individuals not be unreasonably constrained by government in the crossing of political boundaries. Economic freedom demands the unrestricted movement of human as well as financial capital across national borders. However, we support control over the entry into our country of foreign nationals who pose a credible threat to security, health or property.

The omitted first sentence is counterproductive package-dealing. Terrorism and communicable disease entry, like the dropping of aerial bombs, are NOT free trade.

Thomas Knapp and everyone else on the platform committee who participated in the mutilation and disfigurement of what in 2016 was an attractive Migration plank need to RESIGN and volunteer for something constructive–like running for office and meeting voters. Thanks to them I no longer donate over and above dues to the National LP. Other Libertarians revolted by sabotage planks are deserting the national party to support state and local party organizations instead–or returning to the Kleptocracy in disgust. As in 1982, the National LP has succumbed to the pressure of hostile infiltrators out to see to it that LP spoiler votes shall not compete with the Kleptocracy.(link) The best way to accomplish this is add backstabbing planks to make us look like allies and abettors of parasites and provocateurs.

LSD replaces masturbation

From George Orwell’s reminiscences of boarding school days in 1915 comes this jewel of an aide-memoire:

Forty-five years later both Kinsey reports had been published, Atlas Shrugged and Stranger in a Strange Land were best-sellers, and every boy had surreptitious access to articles debunking superstition and pseudoscience in Satan’s own Playboy Magazine. Christian National Socialist Truths had–like their predecessors asserting that beer and rum led to murder, insanity, suicide–become the object of braying laughter, and nobody believed that touching oneself would result in blindness, insanity or hair growing on the palms of one’s hands. Enter Aldous Huxley and Timothy Leary as the involuntary Saviors of doomed disciplinarian dogma.

Senator John F Kennedy established a dallying liaison with next-door-neighbor and later acidhead artist Mary Pinchot Meyer back when Huxley and Leary were early adopters. A year before the assassination the name Dr Dana Farnsworth began appearing as attribution in fake news “scientific” articles insinuating that LSD and similar drugs “have the power to damage the individual psyche, indeed cripple it for life.” The “scoutmaster’s stern talk” was again resurrected to save youth from leather-winged Satanism.  Here was Satan’s own drug “abuse” as replacement for the disparaged and discredited self-abuse theories of the previous century!

Sure enough, Congress and the Several States deputed bands of armed thugs authorized to arrest, rob, shoot and kill such LSD users as had not already leapt to their deaths out of skyscraper windows. Abusive fathers whose daughters ran away from home now had The Devil’s Own Temptation as an alibi–until medical examiners disproved the hogwash after the furore had died down.(link) Millions upon millions or youths meanwhile met for Grateful Dead, Jefferson Airplane, Hendrix, The Doors, Cream and Mammas and the Papas, etc. concerts to disprove by experiment the rabid disinformation–yet were robbed, jailed and shot just the same for another three decades. Nixon was forced out, the Libertarian party began getting pro-choice votes before there even was such a thing anywhere else, and now earns a thousand times as many votes as in that 1972 election–a share now growing at 80% a year.

So here we are 49 years later. Those pro-choice, anti-war, and pro-rights votes stopped the Prohibition-Dixiecrat-Republican fascist dreikaiserbund from threatening birth control clinics with guns, and have by now removed deadly prohibitions on many plant leaves… Best estimates indicate that Libertarian candidates have drained off over 200 million votes since 1972. Many a fascist kleptocrat has lost to a communist kleptocrat (and vice-versa) after local voters chose instead to cast ballots for THEIR OWN FREEDOM!

Today a new bunch of pseudoscientists assert that “electrical generation has the power to damage the collective environment, indeed cripple it”–unless men with guns are sent out to arrest, rob, shoot and kill such electrical energy providers as have not already been lynched by addled regulators. Since the evident victims of this latest superstitious lynch mob consist predominantly of instigators of the earlier superstitious lynch mobs enacting Comstockism, national prohibition, Blue Laws, military involuntary servitude and additional cruel prohibition laws, it is not at all easy to work up a lot of sympathy while schadenfreude comes quite naturally.

The LP has no prejudice against electrical energy, so elections–to the extent not rigged by Nixon subsidies–now include a sort of Darwinian intelligence test that will determine the survival of the parties most fit to cope with a reality-based environment.

The Tea Party Effect

Third parties have historically been harmful. The exception was the Liberal Party of 1930, which jolted the Democrats into plunking down for repeal of the prohibition laws that destroyed the economy and caused the Great Depression. The principle, however, is the same: a small but single-minded party pressing a platform the entrenched parties in a mixed economy struggle to evade, gets enough spoiler votes to make the difference between winner and loser here and there. This causes one of the two entrenched parties, eager for spoils, to change its platform or otherwise pass laws to steal that small party’s thunder.

The most striking recent examples have been the Green Party’s determination (if we politely ignore Tennessee voting against its Green Goracle) of the Y2k election outcome. Then there was the quasi-Mohammedan Tea Party (same thing as the Prohibition Party, Constitution Party, American Party, Lyndon LaRouche party, John Birch Society and Ku Klux Klan) that affected the campaigns leading up to that same George Bush election. Unlike the DemoGOP Kleptocracy, with its 35,000-word spewings, one Tea Party faction takes fewer than 100 words arranged into a 15 Commandments to expound the triumph of superstition over reason within its ranks. The First Commandment is a tautology. Commandment 2 is obscurantist obfuscation. The rest are exhortations and declarative opinions, the most revealing of which is item 5: Gun ownership is sacred.
Ayn Rand pointed out decades ago that conservatives rely primarily on the argument from faith, and the argument from tradition (superstition is good, old is good) as a basis for determining what kinds of things a government ought to do. Their application of Olde Tyme Religion to the physical restraint of men conflicts with the First and 14th Amendments (the free=uncoerced exercise thereof, All persons born, not ova fertilized).

The most typical proponent of faith-based values has been the Colorado Planned Parenthood shooter, precisely the type of individual George Waffen Bush wanted as a spokesman for the Bill of Rights. After all, he issued two Executive Orders packing the federal government with cross-burning fanatics. Any rational person will defend Second Amendment rights as individual rights that make political and economic sense, not antique voodoo totems. Nobody has to vote for the Libertarian Party, but that choice makes a lot of sense.

The whole point of voting Libertarian is that we can’t possibly LOSE! We are voting to repeal prohibition, get the communist manifesto out of the Constitution and enforce the individual rights of everyone–even pregnant women!
Bookies using actuarial math bet their own money 6 to 1 that The Antichoice will LOSE (not elect its gross candidate) and 5 to 1 that the Pro-choice looters will win (lose non-reproductive rights, and elect a Grrrl). There is a huge surplus of Democrat probability, and no remote danger of hordes of Dems defecting and “letting” the Gee-Oh-Pee keep bullying girls and shooting hippies and blacks. The Gee-Oh-Pee is pushing the same greedy superstitious prohibitionism that caused its morons to lose, and if History is any guide, will continue to defend the 1928 Prohibition Platform and Comstock laws until dissolved and replaced. Bigots have several antiabortion parties, and fiscal conservatives (if there is such a thing), can vote Libertarian. A libertarian vote packs at least six times (and possibly 30 times) the law-changing clout of a vote for the looter Kleptocracy.  The math is simple fractions and proportions.
