Why voting Libertarian works

Why would anyone bother to drum up votes for the Libertarian party?

Read' em and weep, looters!

Libertarian share of votes earned in national elections.

Why ask for libertarian votes? Simple. Every such vote benefits ME, not the Kleptocracy candidate, by getting rid of violent laws.  Every time Ram Johnston loses an election by 3% when the Libertarian Candidate got 2% of the vote, that–like a smack upside the head–is a learning experience. For a Texas State Legislator, the loss of pay comes to $43,000 (not counting bribes and kickbacks).  Women voters who want to keep birth control safe and legal need not help the Democrats make electricity scarce and unaffordable. The Libertarian Party platform of 1972 wrote the Roe v. Wade decision into law with fewer than 4000 votes nationwide. Comstock Law Republican and Prohibition Party organizers are painfully aware of this fact, though they struggle to evade it. Your vote can count if it replaces a bad 19th-Century party with a good 20th-Century party that values freedom and individual rights.

Here is what a logistical substitution curve looks like. This is how the Whigs replaced the Federalists, and Red Republicans replaced the Whig Party.

Freedom replacing Left=Right coercive collectivism

The Libertarian vote share curve starts at 0 but never reaches 100% in a democracy.

Technically competent individuals who understand that electrical power generation drastically reduces the death rate are free to vote Libertarian. You need not help Republican-funded militarized police crowd prisons, shoot foreigners and confiscate property because mystical pseudoscience says to ban plant leaves. Conscientious voters change bad laws by keeping their integrity. Simple arithmetic makes voting for candidates that support the Libertarian Party Platform the most effective use of the franchise.  The only wasted vote is one that tells violent looters to keep trying to ban electricity, prohibit plants and repeal the Bill of Rights.

Energy enables eudaimonia

Interfering with energy increases the death rate

I am asking naturalized citizens to vote Libertarian and resident aliens to contribute to Libertarian campaigns.  The hardest part is helping voters understand that your vote should benefit YOU, not some force-initiating politician. I prove this with algebra showing 1.4% of the vote in 11 campaigns brought the 18th Amendment which caused the Great Depression. Earlier, 9% of the 1892 vote brought an income tax law, so if 9% has the law-changing clout of 51%, then each People’s Party vote counted for six Republican or Democrat votes in terms of its effectiveness in forcing at least one of the soft machine factions to change its platform. These are examples of spoiler vote leverage.

Solving the 1892 equation for x yields 6. This shows us that every populist vote had six times the law-changing power of a vote wasted on a machine politician. In the Prohibition case, 1.4% of the vote made beer a felony as if it were the same as 51%. So set 1.4x=51, x=36 means every such vote packed 36 times more law-changing clout. This is the mechanism whereby the entire Socialist platform of 1920 became law by 1980, even with the candidates all losing.

The libertarian party is simply reversing that process. Hitler, Stalin, Franco, Lenin, Mussolini, Ceaușescu and Pol Pot have demonstrated the legal and economic results of socialism via historical events not on record in 1913. That was the year American voters believed the Communist Manifesto income tax was a good idea.

Do you have a good idea that needs translation for a larger audience?

Dallas Hippies Vote Libertarian

RETALIATE!

Resistance is utile!

Yep, it’s a nightmare for Nixon National Socialists, but voting Libertarian gets results. Your vote for a Libertarian Party candidate forces incumbent politicians to repeal bad laws. Otherwise they lose to each other. Any way you look at it, you win!

Here in this issue of an old Dallas underground newspaper is the Lee Park Massacre Saga in five-part harmony, with the names of the quarter-thousand Texas teenagers arrested and charged with Plant Leaves! The massacre occurred April 12, 1970, when the Moral Majority, eager to get those George Wallace spoiler votes away from ku-klux Dixiecrats and into the Republican column, sent the cops to beat and arrest long-haired Grateful Dead fans for daring to breathe air alongside the leafy Avatars of Satan. These are the people George Holy War Bush and Donald Trump want put to death, when not even the Republican Party platform calls for such cruel and superstitious violence.

If you find the name of anyone you know on the list of those arrested, why not ask them to register and vote for the party that wants to repeal all those violent laws and expunge everyone’s record? Remember, we don’t have to actually elect any candidates in order to change the laws. But there are dozens of dozens of elected libertarians holding office–enough to scare the daylights out of rabid republicans and dictatorial democrats. Honest elected officials are switching to the libertarian party.

The fanatical Prohibition Party never elected anyone. They barely averaged 1,4% of the vote in 11 election campaigns. But they did put the Prohibition Amendment into the Constitution and sent cops to break down doors, jail and shoot men, women, children and dogs–and confiscate their property. The Crash and Depression were the work of the entrenched parties doing their bidding.

This works in reverse now that there is a Libertarian Party earning 5% and 10% of the vote all over the map, and 3.25% according to the federal vote-counting kleptocracy. If that doesn’t sound like much to you, it is a hell of a lot to some pulpit-thumping Republican who just lost by 2%.

Want proof? In 1972 many states were trying to bring back the Comstock laws, ban diaphragms, The Pill, anything having to do with birth control. The Libertarian party platform said to leave the ladies alone. Let women and their doctors decide things like abortion. The Supreme Court copied the Libertarian Plank into the Roe v. Wade decision, striking down Dixiecrat coathanger abortion laws. The Prohibitionists and Republicans have since 1976 been trying to put a Coathanger Abortion amendment into the Constitution.

Nothing irritates these initiators of force more than this increasing vote count going to the Libertarian Party. It is your best defense against their violent usurpations against individual rights. Ours is the only party that is growing hockey-stick fashion. Our platform seeks to decriminalize hemp leaves, LSD, cactus, mushroom and other plant products known to be safer than cigarettes, alcohol, pharma meds or addictive painkillers. Portugal has a Libertarian Party and decriminalized ALL “drugs” 17 years ago. Portugal is today the most civilized country in Europe.

Kick them where it hurts

Vote libertarian. It’s the ONLY way to repeal bad laws!

Need translations to understand the bad laws US politicians export to ruin the economies of other countries?

The word comprehensive

The guy the Republicans hired to win the election likes two things: libertarianism and the word “comprehensive.”

The libertarian part is easy to understand. It was Trumps way of telling God’s Own Prohibitionists that he could hand them government jobs or hand them another beating–the same way Ross Perot got George Holy War Bush fired.

But my favorite Soviet website (we will Doonesbury you), recently took issue with the word comprehensive. After JFK negotiated the Limited Test Ban to keep strontium 90 out of children’s milk, communist intellectuals sought to puff comprehensive up into the entering wedge for unilaterally disarming the USA. That ran aground on the Second Amendment. So after the Soviet bloc collapsed like a Berlin Wall or US Embassy in Saigon, “comprehensive” went out of fashion. This graph shows the decline and fall of the word “comprehensive” before Trump.

Look into my eyes...

Go ahead, try it yourself

This we know from Wolfram Alpha, a collection of programmers who appreciate math AND language. The graph shows a falloff in stock (quotes, usage) for comprehensive dating from about the time the looters started mothballing their tens of thousands of fusion bombs after the failure of The Altrurian Experiment in the crumbling Soviet Empire. So, why is this important?

The current president got the nomination ten months after saying something nice about a burgeoning minor party. Four months later he was President and Libertarian Party stock (in votes) was up 328%. If comprehensive is welcomed back into the vernacular, its reformation glittering over its faults, that would suggest there is some truth to “master of hypnosis” theories for Trump being elected.

If it doesn’t, the fact would lend weight to the theory that infiltrators in the Democratic party platform committee threw the election by injecting the platform with pseudoscience depicting reliable electric power plants as a life-threatening plague. This was the way all US power generation facilities were depicted during the Brezhnev, Andropov, Chernenko, Gorbachev and Yanayev dictatorships. The 2016 Republican platform also broke ranks with Prohibition Party’s ecological nationalsocialism planks of 2016:

We advocate… subsidies for consumers wishing to change from fossil fuels to renewable domestic sources of energy.
We believe that climatic change is an existential threat to civilization.

The Gee Oh Pee urinalysis platform trashed carbon taxes, promised to toss the Paris Capitulation into the same dustbin as the Kyoto Proctocol. The platform protects power plants and fuel from fanatical fearmongers, and even improves transmission line infrastructure.

The Libertarian party platform is also in favor of access to energy. Here is the LP energy plank in its clear and unambiguous entirety:

While energy is needed to fuel a modern society, government should not be subsidizing any particular form of energy. We oppose all government control of energy pricing, allocation, and production.

Can you say Hockey Stick?

WANTED: Fisher-Pry least-squares curve fit for these burgeoning vote counts

But what of that hockey-stick growth in Libertarian spoiler votes? Did the LP suddenly become popular because a real-estate mesmerist admitted to liking libertarianism? Perhaps it was because the recycled Republican candidate the LP resorted to abandoned his 2012 promise to try to bring back the coathanger abortion laws struck down by the reincarnation of the 1972 LP birth control plank as the lead paragraph in the Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade decision. Is there a third hypothesis? Perhaps the American voter is discovering that the less you try to coerce others, the less others will respond in that particular kind.

Do you ever need simultaneous interpretation of a speech, or sight translation of a legal document?

God, Government Guns & Graft

Prohibition Party bigotry still writes the platform of the Republican Party, as it has since the 1870s, to the detriment of individual rights in the State of Texas.

Satan's Burning Bush!

Kid, we don’t like your kind

America’s political equivalent of the Mohammedan Islamic State, The Prohibition Party, recognizing God as the source of all governmental authority, even today makes totalitarian declarations of principles and policies:

1. We would deploy sufficient resources to stop all illegal traffic in people and drugs across America’s land and sea borders.
2. We deplore the recent decision of the U.S. Supreme Court on same-sex marriage as an abomination to God.
3. We consider abortion to be morally repugnant.
4. We advocate… subsidies for consumers wishing to change from fossil fuels to renewable domestic sources of energy.
5. We believe that climatic change is an existential threat to civilization.
6. Beverage alcohol is America’s #1 narcotic drug problem.
7. Prohibitionists oppose the traffic in… Cannabis and so-called “hard drugs”…

Observe the disconnect between hallucinatory coercive obeisance to invisible masters and the facts of reality. When the Republicans were running Sarah Palin on a platform to use armed government agents to coerce Planned Parenthood physicians, the Prohibition party platform read: “We recognize that, according to the Constitution, ‘no person’ (including those unborn) ‘shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.’”

The Fourteenth Amendment of 1868 begins with: Section 1. All persons born… The Amendment was passed under a Republican Administration elected when many Democratic states were under military occupation, and the Republican party claimed 63% of the electoral votes. Prohibitionists contradict their own puppet régime out of zeal to coerce women.

Yet when Palin was candidate in 2008–seven years after Saudi religious fanatics attacked civilian skyscrapers and retaliated against the military-industrial complex on U.S. soil–the God’s authority party also declared: We favor continued prohibition of such harmful drugs as heroin, LSD, cocaine, and marijuana. The Stockholm Syndrome has never been more glaringly evident than in this dedication to violent, faith-based policies.

Now compare the Libertarian Party platform. Our 1972 abortion plank became Roe v. Wade and sparked the lighting of crosses by enraged prohibitionists. On immigration, Libertarians are not keen to import dangerous mystical fanatics nor prop up fanatical dictatorships whose prohibitionist coercion cause violence, collapse and fleeing refugees.

Libertarians have no interest in coercing or alienating gays, or countenancing superstitious opprobrium directed at women who practice birth control on a crowded planet. Nor do most Libertarians, many with training in science and math, perceive clear evidence for the existence of Global Warming. We advocate no fuel subsidies from producers to non-producers. Nor do we ascribe to that particular pseudoscience, or to the more ancient pseudoscientific assertions of prohibitionism, grounds for emergency police powers disruptive of the economy of a free society.

True, Prohibitionists have toned down their demands in step with Prohibition spoiler vote increases, and keep a low profile nowadays. But so does the CPUSA. Nobody who reads today’s Democratic party dogma can fail to spot its source of inspiration at CPUSA.org and European-style Green parties any more than Republican watchers can overlook the ominous parallels most boastfully set forth at Prohibitionists.org and in the National Socialist platform and in other socialist and theocratic requests for the coercion of citizens.

Six million pro-choice votes in 2016

The Libertarian Party had to choose in 2016 between a recycled Republican convert to some individual rights, an Anti-choice, Pro-coathanger infiltrator and a wealthy roué noob who had evidently only heard of the LP six months earlier. The party recycled Gary Johnson–stripped of his pandering promise to try to overturn the Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade decision enforcing individual rights for everyone–even pregnant women. Recognizing that women have individual rights (instead of trying to coerce them) multiplied this mediocre candidate’s vote total by 328% compared to 2012.

Point of inflection survives mystical pushback

LP, pill, save the planet from population disaster

Any attempt to inject anti-choice fanatics onto Libertarian Party candidate offerings can safely be interpreted as sabotage intended to cost the LP 2/3 of the votes we earned. Expect the Republican party to invest a lot of cash and effort in that. Such pandering reverses huge gains from the 1972 election in which the LP plank literally put a stop to coercing pregnant women and doctors in These States and Canada. By making the Libertarian plank on birth control the lead paragraph in its Roe v. Wade decision the Supreme Court recognized the importance of individual rights, helped avert global Malthusian disaster and made the LP a change agent that cannot be ignored.

The Democratic Party, painfully aware that the LP beat them to the repeal plank just as the Liberal party did in 1931, has tried to exploit women’s rights as transfer payments from producers to women as a way of grafting Soviet or Chinese socialism onto the issue. But suppose there are women out there who want to be free, NOT kept, bought or bribed? NARAL is betting there aren’t any, and doesn’t want women to know how Libertarian Candidate Toni Nathan smacked nine old men upside the head with the repeal plank and helped make Canada a Sanctuary Country for ladies. So, how many women want to sacrifice their rights in order to ban electric power?

Only China can have energy

Communist Party USA = Dems on energy

NARAL has become a totalitarian socialist lobby with an agenda indistinguishable from CPUSA. The Democratic party is in the coils of the same anaconda. A self-respecting independent woman has nowhere to turn but the Libertarian Party if she wants individual rights enforced. Suicidal Dems, Greens and Socialists are the ones that helped God’s Own Prohibitionists win political offices.

Christianofascism kills

See original anti-life criminals

Just as the Dems copy communist planks, the Gee-Oh-Pee copies Comstock Law and Prohibition Party planks to again strip women of rights (including physicians’ right to life). Remember the Amendment to make Pregnancy Termination Illegal? The one the Prohibition party published in its 1976 plank after Roe v. Wade? The GOP has quietly copied that into every platform up to and including the 2016 campaign. Libertarians are meanwhile promising to follow Canada’s example of no government guns pointed at pregnant women or their physicians. Are rights worth giving up to save Chinese communism? I’m voting libertarian and I’m not even female!

Warship Philadelphia burning at Tripoli

Alongside the religious fanatics who swear that German Lutherans and Catholics never built 66 death camps in which to exterminate “selfish” juden in the 1940s, a new variant of end-times Millerites has emerged–possibly in counterreaction to the Islamic reaction to the George Holy War Bush dynasty invasions of Ottoman territory beginning in 1990.

Faced with the literal text of an international treaty declaring that These United States are NOT a mystical theocracy, American National Socialists vehemently insist that the Treaty of Peace and Friendship of 1796 between Tripoli and These United States is a lie, fiction, a clumsy fabrication with no basis in reality. Richard Dawkins, the scientist and author of The Selfish Gene, is somehow dragged into accountability. Here is some text excerpted from my own 1909 collection of treaties:

Article XI. As the government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian religion; as it has in itself no character of enmity against the laws, religion, or tranquility of Musselmen; and as the said States never have entered into any war or act of hostility against any Mehometan nation, it is declared by the parties that no pretext arising from religious opinions shall ever produce an interruption of the harmony existing between the two countries. (page 1786)
I, Joel Barlow, agent and consul general of the United States of America, for the city and kingdom of Algiers, certify and attest that the foregoing is a true copy of the Treaty, concluded between the said United States and the Bey and subjects of Tripoli of Barbary, of which the original is to be transmitted by me to the Minister of the said United States, in Lisbon. In testimony whereof, I signed these presence with my hand and a fix there to the seal of the consulate of the United States, and Algiers, this fourth day of January, 1797. Joel Barlow. (…) Know ye, that I, David Humphreys, Commissioner plenipotentiary aforesaid, do approve and conclude the said treaty, and every article and clause therein contained, reserving the same nevertheless for final ratification of the president of the United States of America, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate of the said United States. In testimony whereof, I have signed the same with my name and seal, at the city of Lisbon, this 10th of February, 1797. David Humphreys.

That was the hotly denied Treaty of 1796, but the superseding 1805 Treaty of Peace and Amity with the Mehomitan Musselmen of Tripoli soon followed. Its Article XIV is toned down compared to its Freethinking precursor. For one thing, French Napoleonic communism in its post-Terror period had spread to Italy, and looking north from Africa, the myrmidons of Mohammed probably preferred watching secular socialists to having so many crusader-types busily gunning for them. But Americans–at the time caught up in the apoplectic fits of the Second Great Awakening–doubtless looked aghast at the very idea of abandoning Jesus in the confrontation with the Barbary Coast Saracen blackamoor.

The toned-down 1805 Tripoli Treaty disclaimer of fanaticism began:

Article XIV: As the Government of the United States of America has in itself no character of enmity towards the laws, religion or tranquility of Musselmen; and as the said States have never entered into any voluntary war or any act of hostility against any Mahometan nation, except in the defense of their jus rights to freely navigate the high seas, it is declared by the contracting parties, that no pretext arising from religious opinions shall ever produce an interruption of the harmony existing between the two countries. (…)

Since the offending “America is not in any sense founded on the Christian Religion;” has been neatly elided, National Socialists of all denominations will doubtless endorse this version as real, genuine, legitimate and not a clerical error based on mistranslation of an alien language they themselves couldn’t read if they had to. The balance of the Article consists mainly of As-samalu-alaykums reminiscent of a Cecil B. de Mille production on how Crusaders and Salazar agree that Allah is God–or perhaps the cover of a Charlie Hebdo comic.

Looter Vote Counts

Here are reported 2016 election returns for Boulder County, Colorado, from the Longmont Times-Call. The last column was simply left blank on the assumption that most voters do not know how to add or subtract.

Voters who rely on looter press vote counts are simply kept unaware of the existence of libertarian spoiler votes. How then are they to figure out that those spoiler votes pack at least six times the law-changing clout of a vote wasted on the looter kleptocracy that newspaper serves?

Countywide Clinton Trump Libertarian?
Longmont 55.3% 33.1% 11.6%
Boulder 80.8% 10.9% 8.3%
Erie 56.8% 32% 11.2%
Lafayette 68.6% 21.2% 10.2%
Louisville 78.1% 20.7% 1.2%

It is possible that Green econazis or ku-klux Tea-partiers may have gotten some of those unreported votes. But the Libertarian Party is on the ballot in all 50 states. And it is definitely true that looter parties–the ones that rob you at gunpoint–are perfectly willing to lie, cheat and steal the vote count. The Longmont Times-Call newspaper, through its staff Writer Karen Antonacci, clearly lied about the election outcome.  Looter kleptocracy parties do it to each other all the time.

Al Franken lost the Minnesota Senate race by a couple of hundred votes, then won on recount by over twice that many. The initial and final count of those decisive votes differed by 245%. What better proof that looters lie, cheat and steal to get access to the initiation of force? I personally want verifiable voting. Mark Twain voted by bawling out his choice in the public square, but I would settle for a QR code (like a secret but verifiable ATM receipt) to let me check online how MY vote was tallied. Until then, we are groping in the dark–as Lysander Spooner described during Reconstruction–under a secret band of robbers and murderers.

Looter parties set up fake Mexican standoffs so that even honest and well-informed voters are gulled away from supporting freedom. Just now Boulder politicians offered an either-or “choice.” The fake choice was not between freedom and coercion, but between a monopoly on a natural gas power plant and another monopoly on worthless, self-destructing windmills. Boulder is home to chinook winds nearly as powerful as the hurricane that just destroyed the windmills and solar panels Puerto Rican taxpayers were duped into installing.

Fourteen candidates were presented, and any libertarians among them were barred by law from identifying themselves on the ballot as against the initiation of force. Their vote counts would doubtless be misreported. Single digits you say?

We got same kind of digits in 2016 as the 9% spoiler vote commie populists in 1892 used as a springboard for getting Congress to enact a federal income tax by 1894. A single digit is the same as the Prohibition Party 1.4% vote average for the 11 campaigns leading up to the 16th Amendment. For 14 years beer, wine and sauerkraut were felony narcotics, with gunfights everywhere until the economy completely collapsed in February 1933.

Our 0.01% of the electoral vote in 1972 was arguably less than a single digit, but in 45 days it pressured the Republican Suprema Corte into enforcing the individual rights of women and their physicians in Roe v. Wade. We got no electoral vote in 2016, but libertarian votes spanned the gap between the looter parties in 11 states casting 90 electoral votes. Casting spoiler votes that increase freedom is winning. Letting the looter kleptocracy destroy our freedom is losing. This is binary, either-or, simple, true and inescapable.

The Libertarian parties in Texas need candidates to help improve the laws there. Canada’s Libertarian Party now has a woman president and is accepting donations from Canadian residents. Is you want to understand something written in Spanish by libertarians, or have a libertarian message to divulge in Portuguese, get in touch.
