Mr. BIDEN:… On the supply side, this package provides for stronger new penalties for most drug-related crimes, including mandatory minimum penalties for the kingpins of the drug syndicates and for those who sell their poisons to our children. In addition, this package contains provisions aimed at striking at the financial underpinnings of organized crime and drug trafficking syndicates, through the use of forfeiture of substitute assets provisions and a new crime against money laundering, both of which will assist law enforcement agencies in seizing the proceeds of drug traffickers.

Finally, in regards to domestic law enforcement, $115 million is provided to directly assist State and local law enforcement agencies for drug law enforcement. Most of the fight against drug traffickers is waged, not by the federal government, but by State and local agencies who are all-to-often out manned and out gunned by the drug dealers and smugglers. These moneys will provide desperately needed funds to such agencies to assist in their efforts.

In addition to combating drug trafficking in the streets of our cities and communities, we must also stem the flow of drugs across our borders. This bill increases by one-third the current level of funding for interdiction at the border, including additional personnel and equipment for the Coast Guard and the Customs Service. Moreover, this bill assigns Coast Guard law enforcement teams to Navy ships to bring the Department of Defense more actively into the fight against drug trafficking.

This legislation also provides for supply reduction efforts on the international side of the drug control equation. Almost $75 million is provided for additional crop eradication and substitution programs, including funds for operations like that conducted recently in Bolivia, where the cocaine processing networks have been significantly disrupted.

In addition, this legislation revamps present law governing foreign assistance, favorable U.S. votes and multilateral development banks, and generalized system of preferences tariff benefits to narcotic producing and narcotic transit countries. Under these provisions, benefits will be denied all major illicit drug producing countries, unless the President certifies each year that the country is cooperating fully with the United States in combating narcotics production, trafficking, and narcotics money laundering. This combination of increased assistance and narcotics-related sanctions will provide important new incentives for drug producing countries to cooperate fully with the United States and clearly focus our foreign-policy efforts to decrease the supply and distribution of drugs and the international community. /Biden

This law became effective 90 days (one quarter) after it was passed. Federal financial bureaucracies define a recession as a decline in GNP over the space of two successive quarters. So this prohibitionist drug law passed and was signed by Reagan October 27, 1986 and only after another three quarters, on August 27, 1987, would any federal notice be taken of its prompt economic effect.

The Federal Reserve Board met August 18, 1987 and on August 22 Dow Jones Industrials stood at 2700 (up 40%, with commercial real estate a froth–according to Greenspan). On September 10, 1987, came Reagan’s White House Conference for a Drug-Free America, and the following day all VA employees had to take drug tests or be fired. Less than two weeks later, NYT headlines blared: BIDEN BLAMES FAULTY MEMORY FOR STATEMENTS.

Hearings were held October 27, 1987 on Federal Anti-Drug Abuse Policies featuring Audits and Coast Guard personnel. The previous day the DJIA fell another 8%. These events are similar to what happened in 1929 when beer, not cocaine, was the addictive narcotic. The George Waffen Bush crash in 2008 also occurred in a frenzy of prohibitionist asset forfeiture. Prohibitionism destroys the banking system

Almost everywhere in the world people sip a cold one in biergartens, backyards, sidewalk cafés–but Wizened Christian Temperance Union Amerika, under laws left over from Andrew Volstead’s Minnesota and the Anti-Saloon League–ain’t one of them places. Fortunately Americans have a choice. You can choose not to vote–people in Australia and Brazil have no such option. You can also choose to vote for Libertarian freedom instead of the mangy, sclerotic soft machines that want men with guns to shoot young people over plant leaves and confiscate their property. 

The pro-slavery and protectionist parties that dragged us into a civil war over tariff policies are still in business. Indeed, the Communist Manifesto, written even as they girded for violence, is still a thing to a huge dictatorship that “accidentally” poisons the planet with germ warfare weapons from time to time. The communist party is over 170 years old, and the Dems and GOP even older. 

Communist dictatorships collapsed in the 1990s, but were not replaced by libertarian societies. Instead, there was a reversion to superstitious mercantilist mixed economies featuring less chattel slavery and colonial rule, but otherwise fairly authoritarian. The media and academia are so heavily infiltrated that it is impossible today to find a chart showing how the fraction of humanity under communist rule has varied in recent decades. Go ahead, try it, and get back to me if you do. 

The number of libertarian voters struggling to replace kleptocracy machine candidates over time is easy to find. Ways are found to keep them out of office, but even that is breaking down under the increase in libertarian voter support. Yet before 1972 there was total hopelessness. War enslaved men into involuntary combat, and prohibitionism brought wars and banking collapses.

Money deposited with banks and brokerages is low-hanging fruit to looter governments. When seized on some pretext, owners of unseized money withdraw it from the fractional-reserve banking system. The economy collapses, communism and looting in general increase, and the media are charged with explaining the whole thing as the result of “too much” freedom or “not enough” coercive regulation–which amounts to the same thing. 

After the Nixon Anti-Libertarian Law passed, news media understood that pretending the crashes had nothing to do with hatchet-wielding Treasury, tax and prohibition agents was a lucrative source of cash. And so it is today. Yet every individual can make a huge difference by the simple act of casting a vote for Libertarian freedom and against the senile politicians of the GOP and Dem soft machines.

The Prohibition Kleptocracy, 2020

When Nixon was running for re-election, many young people imagined that Eagleton’s Democratic party had made up its mind to stop sending men with guns to shoot people over marijuana. Almost nobody eligible to have the guns pointed at them read political party platforms. Unlike 1932, newspapers in 1972 made a point of not publishing party planks, thanks to the Nixon Anti-Libertarian Law.(link) The resulting level of ignorance and wishful thinking was summed up by cartoonist Shel Silverstein. 

Joe Biden, who continues to oppose legalizing cannabis, said that more states should “recognize the significant costs to their economy when people with certain non-violent criminal records can’t fully contribute to their full talents and capacity.” However, “even when the states want to give that person a second chance and seal or expunge a certain non-violent criminal record, the record keeping-systems are so outdated, they don’t know how to do it.”(link)

Yet the Dems STILL want the federal government sending unionized looters out to confiscate homes, vehicles and bank accounts while pointing loaded pistols at people. Where in the papers do you see this clearly spelled out? 

Honest reporting helped the Liberal Party repeal Prohibition

In 1972 exactly NO newspapers informed voters of the Libertarian Party’s plank calling for decriminalization of marijuana and entheogens such as mescaline, LSD, psilocybin and mushrooms, DMT and DET, and even bugbear drugs from South american plant leaves and Vietnamese and Afghani poppies. Why?

What caused the 16 Feb Crash?

Type S&P 500 and choose the 6 month index. By running the cursor along the peak of the curve you can tell when the slope of the curve turned negative. That date looks like 19FEB2020. CNN expelled a huge smokescreen on China’s Communo-Virus close to then, but CNN is not of a truthful persuasion. The corporation actually PAYS airports to display its screed on waiting area screens, and nobody had more interest in asset-forfeiture looting than Nixon-law subsidized media looters. So who is next on the list of usual suspects? Whose name appeared on the Flash Crashes of 2008, 2010 and 2015?(link)

Yes, I am talking about the Financial Action Task Force currently tasked with looking into corruption in not-really-communist China. And guess what… see those twin troughs just to the left of February 19? The high point just before the fall-where the slope goes from increasing to decreasing–coincides reasonably with issuance of a Swiss report on how Swiss banks have agreed to FATF-approved Knife Your Customer and similar policies. The report was released, I’d wager, on or about February 17, 2020, judging from the stock prices graph. The FATF is very careful to avoid exact dates unless there are no nearby stock gyrations.(link) 

FATF reports and such are reportedly released in Month, Year, and surrounded with a smokescreen of obfuscating acronyms. The MER on Switzerland was adopted in October 2016 and at the urging of AML/CFT advisors went through R.2 through R.21 with threshold gaps triggering due diligence requirement adjustments and execution of operations in cases of suspicion. Since the same Swiss whose papers debated U.S. newspapers about wholesaling heroin in February of 1929 are today deemed too naíve to write their own laws, the FATF hands elected representatives AMLAs to sign and pass, and scolding CDBs (a looter code of ethical robbery).(link)

FATF does admit that an OBA-FINMA became enforceable with guns on January 1, 2020, and for the ten-thousandth time dins its message that anyone who would rather not be robbed by tax collectors can only be so anti-social if actually practicing or at least abetting the financing of religious terrorists flying hijacked planes into tall buildings in New York.(link) Everywhere you look, logical disjunction is resorted to to deliver this point subliminally. Any declarative statement, even “two plus two makes four” is still true after some dishonest skunk tacks on a disjunction. Two plus two makes four or five is therefore as logically true a statement as it was before tacking on the cognitive mutilation and repeating it a million times–sad, but true.(link)

So a preference for keeping your own money means–in FATFspeak–you are morally the same as 1912 balkan Mohammedans or Christians kidnapping, raping and murdering each other, and selling the survivors to the highest bidder.(link) By their lights, this makes you OAD FCT according to the GBCF.(link) 

You can see how this goo, like the language in the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1987-is contrivedly hard to follow or, once grasped, to explain to the innocent. Then again, if your pet policy is guaranteed to wreck the economy that pursues it, clarity is the enemy.

FEDERAL Prosecutor initiates deadly force against wife, self. (link)

Dry Killers was the term The Chicago Tribune used to describe government agents and their hangers-on who routinely killed unarmed boys and men in the 1920s and 30s. Anyone who thinks this is a prohibition phenomenon that’s over and done with might care to explain today’s news–or news of the past century.

Federal Prohibition and Second Amendment Kristallnacht infringement mouthpiece Timothy Delgado turned up dead just north of Folsom Prison in California, where police say he apparently killed his wife, then himself. Whether the reporting is accurate or not, it is typical of fanatical prohibitionism–which after the complete economic collapse of 1929-1933 shifted from beer, wine and Demon Rum to coercion over plant leaves and their extracts. The other big change is that big shots at the Chicago Tribune had a lot invested in alcohol precursor chemicals during national prohibition. They evidently have no such stake in Post-Nixon avatars of Satan. Fanatics infiltrating federal agencies, on the other hand, most certainly have a serious stake in the initiation of deadly force.(link)

Tribune reporters back then tracked down and reported on every storeowner, housewife and boat operator murdered in cold blood by prohibition agents. Nowadays such events are typically reported only by Reason Magazine writers. Prohibition killings are masked as “resisting arrest” and other such euphemistic camouflage, and a way is in every case found to minimize their impact on public perception. But America was not always so like a Christian National Socialist Democracy.(link)

Chicago was then and is now home to the largest glucose corn sugar plant on planet Earth. Yeast and sugar companies bankrolled bootleggers who installed refinery-grade continuous stills in bankrupt three-story mansions after The Crash. These outfits could afford to repay the political State in its own coin. This actually happened twice. In 1921-22 civilian posse comitatus‘ hunted down killers with badges as the economy collapsed, then a truce was established. The economic effect can be seen in this graph for hops, a precursor plant used to brew Beelzebub’s beer.(link)

The truce broke down when the Klan defected from the Dems in 1928 and helped elect Herbert Clark Hoover. Prohibition related murders–including the killing of federal agents–immediately filled all the papers, and tell-all éxposé books appeared right after the Crash–itself caused by withdrawals of money from fractional-reserve banks to avoid federal asset-forfeiture confiscation. That is a little-appreciated aspect of a fractional-reserve banking system after a looter takeover. Here is an excerpt from Before and After Prohibition, a 1930 compendium by Maryland Senator Millard Tydings:

ONE of the most shocking results of the ten years of effort to enforce national prohibition is the long record of killings by prohibition and other Federal law enforcement agents. Even among some of the strongest advocates of the “noble experiment,” there have been widespread expressions of revolt at this bloody spectacle. Information regarding many of these killings has occupied much space in the public press, and editorial comment upon them has been most denunciatory. Yet they continue—apparently an almost inevitable accompaniment of the enforcement of this law.

Senator Tydings managed to uncover some 1300 suppressed killings committed by prohibition agents that were kept out of the papers and seldom discussed–including cases of federal gangs gunning down each other! Here’s a fratricidal example from Tydings’ collection:

So this pattern of superstition, pseudoscience and political asset-forfeiture looting requires the initiation of force. This in turn requires killing people so that the law is taken seriously. Who advocates these murders? The answer is politicians who, like Germany’s NSDAP, represent Christian altruism–except for the part about how “thou shalt not kill.”(link) 

Thus, mystical collectivist cheapening of gratuitous murder stimulates demand for revenge and counterexamples, and the sort of agents and prosecutors attracted to this line of work do not even value their own lives, much less those of others. Remember this when next you hear one of God’s Own Prohibitionists seeking to pervert the Constitution and coerce women for “the unborn.” Just as Republican and Democrat prohibition fanatics cannot see “thou shalt not kill” in a book that does not condemn enjoyable substances, just so they cannot grasp “All Persons born” in the U.S. Constitution, or the absence, nay, denial of any federal authority for enactment of sumptuary laws.(link)

Incidentally, Millard Tydings was reelected over and over and served 44 years in the Senate.

The tug from below–spoiler votes!

Civilized men flying overhead were trying to kill George Orwell as he composed some wartime essays, especially The Lion and The Unicorn (link) Every nation in Europe was run by men who deeply believed altruism–as formulated by the mythical Jesus and by Auguste Compte–to be a good thing, not at all causally connected with witch-sniffing, the rack, the guillotine, burning at the stake or book-burning.(link) These things did in fact invariably coincide, the way Crashes and Depressions coincided with making beer a federal felony to justify asset-forfeiture looting.

Bombs fell out of the sky as materialist altruists fought mystical altruists in deadly earnest, each convinced no non-altruist alternative could possibly exist–much like the United States and Brazil today. Orwell, a collectivist, trusted the judgment of the “common man,” from whom the blimps, toffs, dividend-drawers and plutocrats could learn plenty:

At any normal time the ruling class will rob, mismanage, sabotage, lead us into the muck; but let popular opinion really make itself heard, let them get a tug from below that they cannot avoid feeling, and it is difficult for them not to respond. So what is this tug from below that unavoidably makes itself felt? It is not violent demonstrations, or the Kremlin would be in DC. It is also not lobbying by “non-partisan” single-issue groups. Not only are they castrated by laws ordering them not to influence elections, they have a financial stake in the continued existence of the hobgoblin they pretend to battle against. One clue is in the tug from above: political party platform planks.

Looter politicians avoid mentioning planks. Planks are what people read before donating money.(link) God’s Own Prohibitionist parties–yes there are two–promise to seek a Constitutional Amendment to prohibit birth control and all 3 or 4 communist parties promise to do the same to throttle off access to energy and take-home pay. Fascist partisans vehemently deny ties to religious nationalsocialism just as anti-energy parties cover acres of newsprint convincing voters they are “not really” communist.

Yet the 16th and 18th Amendments that wrecked the economy came from ku-klux and socialist platform planks, just as all current shibboleths against economic freedom and individual rights come from the exact same places. Parties that seek to divide rights take their cues from religious or materialist totalitarianism. The only party that regards freedom and rights as indivisible is the Libertarian Party. 1922 Dry Law Enforcement

SAYS BEER AND WINE IS SHUNNED–blared the headlines under the banner of the Gettysburg Times on a hot summer day in 1922. Backing the blaring was Wayne B Wheeler, the Harry Anslinger of the 1920s whose Anti Saloon League drummed up votes against any politician who sided with Satan against the Godly initiation of force rallied to crush the narcotic evils of the Demon Rum, Warlock Wine and Beelzebub Beer.

By mid-1922, the U.S. economy was a shambles not to be seen again until after the Jones Five and Ten Law of March 1929 again put the fear of the Lord into the myrmidons of Mammon. Federal wartime and Constitutional Prohibition had wrecked the economy despite the influx of money as war loans arrearage was dragged out of Europe. America’s reaction was to ignore the dry laws, buy off the fanatics with bribes, and churn out beer and bootleg gin from corn sugar glucose and Fleischmann’s yeast from Portland to Portland. It was a standoff between politicians & lobbyists versus red-blooded Americans, with freedom or coercion in the balance.

Politicians of the Methodist White Terror, drawn from Republican, Prohibition and Democratic parties were convinced that lax enforcement was weakening the economy, and that with enough guns, padlocks, prison time, lynchings, murder and confiscations, the economy would be up and running again in no time. Two theories of prosperity competed toe-to-toe. Religious fanatics shouted from the rooftops that coercion by deadly force was the key to a healthy economy. James A Reed, the wet senior Senator from the Anheuser-Busch State of Missouri, argued for freedom of trade and production and repeal of cruel dry legislation grounded in superstitious myths.

This was the very same wet Senator who, three years later, would send young Robert Anson Heinlein to the Annapolis Naval Academy. (link) Heinlein’s TANSTAAFL is the banner for the 2020 Libertarian Party Convention in Austin, Texas. (link)

The same page recounts some symptoms of that relatively brief economic collapse. A photo of a morgue containing the bodies of 18 of 22 mostly immigrant workers executed by union goons at a Herrin, Illinois coal mine, showed things were not as rosy as the Anti-Saloon League lobbyist preached. Wheeler assured the Sunday School meeting that: “Over $2,500,000,000 wasted for drink has been turned into useful channels. Bank deposits and savings have increased, and the net increased wealth of the country last year was $8 billion.” In fact, bank suspensions way more than doubled in the liquidity crisis from 1920 to 1921, and stood at twice the 1920 figure in 1922. Asset forfeiture was a blunt instrument for enforcing prohibition even back then. So the search was on for something else to blame for Prohibition’s economic damage. Exploiting the Herrin massacre, labor unrest was blamed and a business “revival” invented–same newspaper. (link)

Below this cartoon, the US Shipping Board was forbidden to serve wine even off the coast of France. This because August Busch of Missouri had denounced the government’s floating bars as hypocrisy after Anheuser Busch beer was banned. But what about Congressman Kelly–the Pennsylvania Dry Hope Wheeler bragged about?

Fast forward to June 23, 1930: PENNSYLVANIAN IS SOUGHT FOR TARIFF BOARD… Congressman Kelly was shoved forward to represent his state on the federal Tariff Board even as those opposed to the increase in the tariff on sugar were blamed for the Crash and Depression! (link)

By then only repeal could end the Depression, and 4 months earlier a new political party was being formed. The news story ran:

This was another Wesley Livsey Jones 5&10 law of 90 years ago, adding Gestapo tactics and looting to existing prohibition laws. These repeat events occurred 33 years ago.

Senator Biden insisted on S.AMDT.3092 tweaking Dole’s meddling. A year later the Omnibus Drug Enforcement, Education, and Control Act of 1986 hit the political arena, the market crashed and Biden on October 21, 1987 put the Federal Criminal Fines and Sentencing Act on the calendar, which eventually mutated and passed as the entire economy collapsed. Why not look at that law? Mandatory minimums, asset forfeiture, the whole recipe for a Great Depression, papered over with paper money, is in there.

Now that the same geriatric asset-forfeiture prohibitionist is gearing up for another run at the White House, what happens when you search for the text of his economy-wrecking piece of weaponized legislation?

The causes of the Flash Crashes of 2010 and 2015 are in there too, as “financial investigative programs that target the identification of money laundering operations and assets obtained through illegal drug trafficking…” Both the Democratic and Republican parties created this mess, as on the night of January 16th, 1920, and the crashes of 1920, 1929, 1987, 2010 and 2015 were the direct result, along with all the financial losses, impairment of retirement savings and pension funds, unemployment, currency inflation, terrorism brought on by deadly meddling overseas.

The resulting dilapidation of U.S. infrastructure and erosion of our foreign goodwill and image abroad is the result of these cruel and superstitious laws created at the behest of mystical bigotry backed by pseudoscientific perjury and data-tampering. Sullum’s Drug Debate

Killing is the whole point of sending men with guns to kick down doors, fire on vessels and riddle automobiles with bullet-holes!

Watching Nick Sarwark get bushwhacked by the debating tactics of a libertarian-impersonating anarchist made for a sense of foreboding over Jacob Sullum debating a prohibitionist. The opening argument–that violent narcs murder and maim people–could have been copied from the 46-year-old news clipping above. (link) Sullum recited almost identical stories of brutal mayhem against bystanders and even brought up the deliberate mass-poisoning of populations by adding wood alcohol to ethanol–of which practice God’s Own Prohibitionist (a novelist and pseudoscience hack) feigned ignorance, even surprise.
