The Anarchy Fallacy

division by zero is wrong

Approaching 0 is different from putting 0 in the denominator.

A theory popular among folks who never cracked a logic or math book was that anarchism is “the logical end-product” of communism. That changed in 1972 when under 4000 Libertarian votes for John Hospers and Toni Nathan generated one consistent and uncorrupted electoral vote and changed important laws. Nowadays, intellectuals of the looter persuasion din everyone within earshot with the amended revealed truth that anarchism is “the logical end-product” of liberalism or libertarianism. Orwell commented on this sort of flip-flop when he explained how English socialists abhorred nationalsocialism until the Hitler-Stalin pact–AFTER which they promptly granted that fascism was, after all, a form of socialism, hence not all that bad.

Before trying to axiomatize a thing, it pays to examine what the thing does and doesn’t mean to begin with. There were communist anarchists all over the map, firing shots and exploding bombs in crowded places, when Max Weber spun off an objective and useful definition of government as “a human community that (successfully) claims the monopoly of the legitimate use of physical force within a given territory”.

The typically Germanic purpose Weber attributed to this “community,” however, was “the use of physical force as a means of domination”–the opposite of what libertarians want. To be legitimate, our use of force ought to be retaliatory–the response to aggression, to menacing–rather than initiated. The idea is to defend the rights of individuals, their moral claims to freedom of action, and nothing else. Weber also took pains to remind his students: “Note that ‘territory’ is one of the characteristics of the state.” Looters are apt to grasp this precisely because they are the ones bent on domination by force. Weber also makes clear that “expropriation” is part and parcel of the domination by force he described in 1919.

The Libertarian Party was founded by admirers of Ayn Rand’s ideas, in particular, her ethical approach to the use of force within the context of limited constitutional democracy. In April of 1942 she wrote the non-aggression principle, which in 1971 was distilled into a pledge required for membership in the Libertarian Party. Every libertarian partisan has signed this Non-Aggression Pledge:

I certify that I oppose the initiation of force to achieve political or social goals.

The objective definition of government, including its territoriality feature, survived, but the purpose Weber wrote down–which Hitler exploited to form the NSDAP a year later–is today discarded. After all, most German voters were convinced National Socialism was successful after 18 years, but that theory did not survive past 25 years of age.

America’s lasting success comes from the word “free.” In the First and Second Amendments, free means free from aggressive coercion in a literal sense. This also symbolizes right (as opposed to wrong) in an ethical sense. In These States, an individual life worth living is the objective standard of value. Hence, the forcible defense (enforcement) of individual rights–thwarting their forcible violation–is the sole purpose of legitimate government. The LP’s growing success stems from this demonstrably desirable standard of ethical value.

You cannot divide by zero instead of using the definition of a limit to find a derivative for the slope of a curve. On these sigmoid curves the derivative exists and changes sign at the halfway mark. Nor can you reduce to zero the territorial jurisdiction or definition of government and still enforce the rights of individuals. Rand said to ask yourself what competition in the forcible restraint of men has to mean. The answer, the monstrous answer which all communist infiltrators pretending to advocate for freedom struggle to evade, is war. War and death are what every anarchist seeks. So why else, other than hostile mimesis, would they infiltrate the LP?

If sabotage weren’t the motive, anarchists could be expected to organize the Anarchist Party of America, offer to legalize murder, robbery extortion, rape, slavery and disfigurement. Members could be encouraged to burn their voter registration cards. The party could field candidates who declare themselves opposed to the Constitution of the United States and eager to overthrow it by force rather than uphold it per an oath of office. I seriously wish more anarchists would clearly state their purpose. Their comrades could no longer infiltrate gullible parties, point to their own 5th-column provocateurs embedded within the the LP, and hiss “anarchists!”

When not infiltrating the LP, looter intellectuals wriggle to infiltrate pacifist movements. These are populated by folks who promise not to forcibly resist “domination”, nor to capture, try and punish those who aggress against them. In theory this leads to Aldous Huxley’s Island of Pala being invaded and dominated. In practice you observe it in the streets of India, Pakistan and Portland.

Our spoiler vote method of bringing pressure to bear paid off when the LP platform stopped Dixiecrats from restoring laws banning all birth control. Still, the momentum behind the population curve, though decelerating since that time, was huge. Hence the delay in reversing population growth, even though the derivative of the population curve has been negative since the late sixties.

Since 1972, socialism–especially in its communo-fascist variants–is reversing in these States because of Libertarian candidates supporting our platform and offering to support (but repair) the Constitution. Spoiler votes entrusted to these candidates cause entrenched “vocational” politicians of the kleptocracy to repeal brutal laws and lower parasitic taxes–that or be unseated by other looters quicker on the uptake. Our candidates don’t even need to be elected in order to change the laws. The Nixon law bribing the media to ignore us has slowed the process, but the replacement is going on with mathematical inexorability as the libertarian vote share increases.

See how the Liberal Party of 1930 gained enough spoiler votes to sell the Democrats on its repeal plank–after Republican fanaticism wrecked the economy. Prohibition and The Crash is live on Amazon Kindle for the cost of a pint of craft beer.

Wonder Warthog’s Snout

Americans grow up with superheroes ‘n such. Sgt. Rock, Superman, Spiderman, Mr. A, Dr. Atomic and best of all, The Hog of Steel! Wonder Warthog turned up in mid-60s Drag Cartoons as technologist of scattershields and mechanical engineering, then resurfaced in the refined and sophisticated literature bristling up and down Haight Street all the way down to Market and to the Fillmore at Van Ness. Comics were the market currency with which kids learned to bargain, haggle and barter back in the day–skills that settled the Cold War on the side of Do Your Own Thing.

Skepticism struggled against the suspension of disbelief as Sgt. Rock’s deltoid looked the same after being shot dozens of times. How did Superman’s X-ray vision simultaneously project and receive? And howcum Wonder Warthog’s snout looked unlike those of pigs in the wilds of Texas and Mato Grosso? What was his other secret (besides identity)?

Research on the Opium Wars, Panic of 1907 and Balkan Wars required research in mail order catalogs of the sort Pearl S. Buck’s missionary father ordered stuff sent to China from at right about the time of the Boxer Rebellion, and lo! The secret of that most prurient of snouts was laid bare. As anarchist Leon Frank Czolgosz fired a bullet into President McKinley, patent lawyers sweated over the:

No wonder he was pissed off!

Extry, extry! Wonder Warthog victim of cruelty!

Thumbscrews! Is it any wonder Wonder Warthog became THE libertarian champion of freedom alongside Mr. A and Spidey? This Austintatious champion of laissez-faire was not only mutilated, but was also (SPOILER ALERT) Continue reading

Selfishness before Ayn Rand

Egoism does not aggress or rob

See 1940 original

In 1940 France and Britain were having expensive regrets about welshing on the loans they’d begged from the United States during WWI.

These United States were again selling them victuals and materiel they could not obtain from National Socialist Europe or Soviet Socialist Asia. But enslaving American youth to again intercede in bloody squabbles among European opiate peddlers was asking a bit much. To European socialists of both national and international persuasions, this refusal to sacrifice was the height of egotistical selfishness.  But is that the same as greed?

Selfishness is not predatory

Tatsuya Ishida’s SINFEST–The webcomic to end all webcomics

Ayn Rand had published Anthem in an England that was rapidly being transformed into the exact setting in which the novella had unfolded. Yet British intellectual-impersonators still echoed Hitler’s calls for “The Common Good Before the Individual Good.” Fifth-column agitators meanwhile harkened back to to the very Jesus der Fuehrer so often quoted, exhorting Parliament to surrender:

“Do not resist the one who is evil. But if anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also.” –Matthew 5:39

But Americans were learning by watching the “peace” coercive altruism had forged in Europe since the Molotov-Ribbentrop Agreement divvying Poland. Slavery, starvation, war and pestilence sprouted wherever predatory altruism lifted its outstretched arm in salute. The purpose of applied altruistic socialism (whether Christian fascism or lay communism) is to seize by force and threat of violence that which someone else has labored to produce. Ask yourself if this does not sound just a bit like greed, like coveting–then seizing–your neighbor’s goods?

Is this not Christian Socialism?

FAITH, OBEDIENCE, FIGHTING SPIRIT–The Catechisms of Fascism

Karl Marx did not use the wordcapitalism” in his Altrurian Bible.  But his disciples wasted no time in re-coining the term to describe the Christian monarchic mercantilism built upon coercive monopoly, slave labor and opium wars viewed as sublimely utopian by Adam Smith. Yet here we are in the 21st Century, while superstitious fanatics raid households and vehicles while looting bank and brokerage accounts under the aegis of “asset forfeiture.” If you rob a judge at gunpoint, that is your act of robbery. If the judge sends goons to rob you, that is your forfeiture of assets in the language of looter kleptocracy. Make sense? Libertarian, on the other hand, makes it clear that robbery and extortion are double-plus ungood.

If getting the exact meaning is important in your original work, isn’t it just as important in translation?

Libertarian Victory in Ireland

Women before LP.org got 4000 votes

17JUN1972: We further support the repeal of all laws restricting voluntary birth control or voluntary termination of pregnancies during their first hundred days.

Comstock laws of Panic year 1873 banning shipment of ALL contraceptives still existed alongside Dark Ages “blue laws” in These Sovereign States and Dominions in 1972. George Wallace Dixiecrats were busy passing new orders for men with guns to use censorship, fines, imprisonment and deadly force to press women into unconstitutional unwanted labor.

Repeal 13th, 14th Amendments!

LP.org message legalized abortion–nullifying Wallace!

We’ve already seen how the Libertarian Party’s Population plank became the Roe v Wade decision nullifying all anti abortion laws for 100 days plus a week. Women voters in Canada leapt into action and soon ALL such laws were repealed. There are no abortion laws in Canada today. Women even have rights in Ireland!

While Canada moved to secure freedom, huge mobs in Ireland were embarked on frenzied campaigns of bombing, arson, murder–everything you’d expect of “pro-life” mystical fanatics. Once the realization set in that women had enforceable individual rights in the US and Canada, Irish politicians reacted as the U.S. Prohibition and Republican parties had in 1976. They scribbled up Amendments to the Constitution to overrule courts and send men with guns to coerce physicians and force women into involuntary labor by threat of harmful, coercive and deadly force.

Catholic Ireland’s 1983 Amendment inserted a new sub-section after section 3 of Article 40. The resulting Article 40.3.3 read:

The State acknowledges the right to life of the unborn and, with due regard to the equal right to life of the mother, guarantees in its laws to respect, and, as far as practicable, by its laws to defend and vindicate that right.

Such was the influence of the Papal Pederasty that the thing sailed though, passing with 67% of the vote. For comparison, Germany’s Enabling Act drafted by a child of Catholic parents required at least 66% of the Reichstag vote. It handily surpassed that figure to ban all manner of individual rights for the next 12 years–nearly as long as the Prohibition Amendment that had destroyed the U.S. economy.

Ireland’s peculiar institution of involuntary labor coerced women for 35 years before it was repealed. Having felt on their hides the pity of civilized society, and the passionate endorsement of suicide-vest and passenger-jet hijacking ideologues, Irish politicians unblocked opposition to democratic suffrage and the Force Amendment was repealed by a margin of 67%. Like the communist dictatorship of Nicolae Ceausescu that applauded its passage, Ireland’s coercive experiment in mystical eugenics will not be missed.

Anyone interested in following the decline and fall of papally-ordered coercion of women in South America might be interested in my translation services.

Brexit or Anschluss?

Crowds are 97% catholic and protestant

Crowds cheer as Austria is annexed by engraved invitation into Reich

Anschluss was the eagerly consummated annexation of Austria by National Socialist Germany into the Third Reich. The Reich replaced the League of Nations, whose purpose was price fixing of “chemical drugs” (mostly heroin and morphine) confiscated from Germany by way of war reparations–and the collection of cash war reparations payments. This is in Article 23 of both the Treaty of Versailles and the Covenant of the League of Nations.

(cwill entrust the League with the general supervision over the execution of agreements with regard to the traffic in women and children, and the traffic in opium and other dangerous drugs;

http://ddees.com/

Fool me twice, shame on me!

Brexit was a voted election whereby Britain decided to reclaim its sovereignty and extract itself from the Fourth Reich dominated by ecological National Socialism and taxes, fines and suffocating regulation of the very energy conversion required for the survival of an industrial society. Booty snatchers shriek “we wuz robbed” and seek to overturn the vote–just as their U.S comrades sought in December to convince State electors to vote against electric power and for carbon taxes instead. This is a repeat of 1990s propaganda urging bomber crews to surrender instead of retaliating against a Soviet nuclear attack.

In the USA, when voters rejected Democratic planks promising to make electricity generation as illegal as possible–complete with carbon taxes on everyone except the Communist Chinese dictatorship, ecological national socialists ran expensive advertisements pressuring electors. Electors were urged to vote against the pro-energy candidates–especially the party that actually won the greatest number of counties, hence states, in electoral college votes.

True, the Republicans LOST in the popular vote, because the pro-energy Libertarian Party earned 4 million votes. This is a vote total equal to the votes cast by the entire State of Virginia, and WAY more than the difference between the Democratic and Republican popular vote count totals. When was the last time you heard THAT on corporate teevee or radio?

Nobody in the Kleptocracy is eager to mention this because 1) the Democratic candidate’s husband also lost the popular vote but was elected President by the electoral college, and 2) the Libertarian Party influenced the casting of 90 electoral votes in 13 states. Last month, 27 Libertarians were elected to public office, for a total of 52 for the year. That’s a 53 percent increase over 2016! It wouldn’t do for The Great Unwashed to discover the sort of law-changing clout those spoiler votes wield. Here is the sinusoidal replacement curve fit that shows our hockey stick growth in law-changing votes. Ladies, looking for the party that values your rights more than carbon taxes? Here it is!

A fluke perhaps? The Libertarian Party fielded 827 candidates, 47 of whom were elected. That’s a 5.6% success rate at our secondary task, but still twice the candidates we elected in 2016. We are not in the business of converting people into politicians. Our main purpose is causing entrenched, subsidized looter politicians to change their votes and platforms by deleting planks that call for violation of individual rights by the initiation of force. Every time a duopoly politician loses to another, that loser will wish their platform committee had not alienated the 4% or so of voters that rallied to the Libertarian standard. We are closely tracking the Fisher-Pry logistical replacement curve, an instrument which–unlike GISS tampered-data temperature projections–has enormous predictive power, predictive power such as would do Hari Seldon proud in an Isaac Asimov trilogy.

False Flag Infiltration 2

Twoscore and six years ago our Libertarian party WROTE the Roe v Wade decision prying Republican, Dixiecrat and Prohibitionist claws off of women’s bodies. But observe how carefully former Republican corrections officer and male politician Brandon Phinney of NH, skirts those individual rights. Planned Parenthood and the Center for Disease Control alike are agencies of public health, yet the candidate views only germ and virus epidemics as a bad enough neighborhood effect (or weapon of war) to merit government protection of the individual rights involved.  The Malthusuan disaster narrowly averted by pharmaceutical advances and the legalization of birth control speech and action Phinney professes to view as someone else’s problem.

First NAMBLA/Schwartz, now this!

Republican convert to the Libertarian Party? Wes Benedict wants my money for THIS?

Turncoat spies and infiltrators have always been a staple in the politics of looter parasitism. We would be naïve to expect any less today than mystics opposed to birth control yet willing to put up with funding of vaccinations to fend off epidemics no less Malthusian cross-dressing as Libertarians. Now the cross-dressers are anti-mystical collectivists–in a desperate effort to drag us down.

It is true that your blogger here was one of seven or so students at the University of Texas who voted to add the atomic symbol to the American Atheist magazine logo. Impressed by Kubrick’s Dr Strangelove and Pat Frank’s Alas Babylon–I concluded that modern weapons were too dangerous to depend on decisionmaking rooted in primitive superstition. They were, after all, developed to rid the planet of Christian National Socialism and godly Japanese Imperialism.

Yet primitive superstition, though diminishing, still has enough momentum to enact rights-destroying laws. By the same token, the population curve still has enough momentum to test humanity’s ability to provide for an additional 160 people per minute–this even though the slope of that curve tilted from positive to negative half a century ago, when there were but three billion of us.

That same month Madalyn O’Hair’s son Jon visited the UT campus atheist group spouting Marxist rhetoric no less fallacious than the ravings of competing organized mysticisms.

Jon and his mom were evidently murdered by their colleagues a couple of decades later, and her other son now leads the Jesus Crusade Against Planned Parenthood. Judging by results, collectivized counter-mysticism, Soviet or American, does not exhibit a consistent record of shining success when it comes minimizing the initiation of force and protecting the rights of individuals.

Though the Libertarian Party had been in existence for nearly five years, the fact was never mentioned within earshot of unmystical college students. Many libertarians today are simply non-superstitious individuals. The vast majority do not want to be enlisted or coerced by fanatics standing at Armageddon and Fighting for the Lord–nor by “atheists” fighting at that same Armageddon for Karl Marx. Advocates of coercion handily manipulate Mohammedans, Christians, Buddhists (as in Aum) and Socialist Man in their war against rights. Circumspection around these tribe-members is a good idea.

This message was brought to you by all of us here at Translators Without Borders (and his dog).

All anarchists are communists

When one first discovers the Libertarian Party, the biggest surprise is the swarm of anarchists buzzing about the organization. These worthies rarely join and pay dues, to say nothing of making campaign contributions. The overall impression they produce is much the same as that of a swarm of flies–which is precisely the intended effect!

Not that there is anything new about anarchism. One quickly gets a sense of just how flyblown the theory is by searching the Google News Archive for specimens. Here’s one from 1894–the year a small communist party got 9% of the U.S. vote and cowed Congress into tacking Manifesto Plank 2 onto a tariff bill. An aggressor fired a pistol at Italian Premier Crispi, missed twice and was overpowered by his intended victim. A few days later another anarchist social revolutionary shot and killed French president Carnot.

Observe that neither anarchist raised a pistol on the field of honor; both instead ambushed unarmed victims. Crispi’s wannabee assassin, captured by his intended victim, begged for the death sentence. Hanging was deemed too good for him. Carnot’s murderer was decapitated–not without irony–using a good, old-fashioned, Red Terror guillotine. Garfield was shot in the back by a similar political parasite and McKinley’s anarchist murderer carried with him a dog-eared copy of Edward Bellamy’s “Looking Backward” translated into Polish.

The general rule in these cases is that a sort of Transubstantiation occurs as the bullet leaves the barrel, such that the communist aggressor suddenly always was an anarchist. George Orwell illustrated the phenomenon, describing the way communists and nationalsocialists began French-kissing before the ink was dry on the Hitler-Stalin pact. In his novel Nineteen Eighty-four he again stressed how the faithful believed that “Oceania was at war with Eurasia: therefore Oceania had always been at war with Eurasia.” This is the method of inference that concludes that anarchists “are really” libertarians.

Americans educated in the free market system weren’t susceptible to doublethink. Garfield and McKinley’s assassins were promptly tried and hanged on the tried-and-true theory that dead anarchist madmen did little additional harm. Congress showed showed how little sympathy there was for the anarchist push to decriminalize murder when it passed the Anarchist Exclusion Act in 1903. The Libertarian platform of 2016 contained equivalent language against importing “foreign nationals who pose a credible threat” until hostile (Republican? Anarchist?) infiltrators struck it out.

The idea that an ideology of murdering madmen is compatible with the Libertarian Party is a 2+2=5 equivocation. Membership requires signing the Non-Aggression Principle penned by Ayn Rand in 1947, while hangmen were still busy cutting down murdering altruist National Socialist madmen at Nuremberg and other venues. In 1947 everyone recalled clearly that competition in the forcible restraint of men is War.  The Libertarian Party is concerned with freedom and peace. Any argument that our platform is compatible with murder-legalizing anarchism is a division-by-zero error. Yet in Peru and Chile today there are anarchist communists blatantly posing as “libertarian” parties.

Libertarian candidates seek a constitutional government empowered to enforce laws protecting individual rights from theft, fraud and aggression. This is what anarchists are AGAINST or there would be nothing for them to criticize in the LP platform.  What we regard as the rule of law they see as obstructions interfering in the labor of murderers and highwaymen. The fact that most parties corrupt government power to put into practice the ethics of parasitism is all the more reason to distance ourselves from the anarchist branch of that same philosophy.

With friends like anarchists, freedom needs no enemies.
