Every Libertarian Vote Counts

In 1968, every single presidential vote was wasted, in the sense that it furthered increased coercion. Voting Republican or George Wallace’s “American” Party meant to enslave and shoot kids here (over plant leaves) and bomb slave kids elsewhere. The communists (socialists, socialist labor, etc parties) wanted higher taxes and more government coercion than even the Entrenched Kleptocracy. The Prohibition party wanted men with guns to ban all enjoyable substances, burn books and enslave young women. There was a Peace and Freedom party on the ballot in a couple of places. Those were mostly looters impersonating hepcats and demanding coercive economic laws. The word “repeal” is generally avoided among such parties the same way “enforce” is parroted.(link)

Reason was circulated as mimeographed sheets, Stranger in a Strange Land had just turned seven and The Moon is a Harsh Mistress was as distressing to Christian National Socialism as it was to East German Communism. Nobody got addicted to and nobody died of overdoses from the non-toxic psychedelics available everywhere. We all argued about Atlas Shrugged, not The Constitution. Suddenly George Wallace got the Democratic Solid South’s electoral votes, and Richard Nixon–the guy who sued Texas after losing to JFK–was declared President. That was what losing felt like.

Timothy Leary had an idea. “THE ONLY ALTERNATIVE to violent authoritarianism is to start a New Party, a fresh celebratory reunion based on a positive psychology of affectionate reward; to develop a rational good-humored social system which rewards healthy, honest, harmoniously individualistic behavior…”(link) Next thing you know, the Libertarian Party organized to repeal prohibition laws, extend individual rights protection to women, abolish conscription and foreign meddling and run candidates on that platform to wield leveraged, law-changing spoiler votes and compete with the entrenched Kleptocracy.(link)

Spoiler vote leverage made that repeal happen time and again.(link) Looter parties eager to send men with guns to kick in doors and coerce women feared our spoiler votes because their platform was written by Rockefeller-funded Prohibition Party spoiler votes. Some Democrats wanted to reenact racial collectivism and others dreamt of someone else’s money. The Libertarian party was the only way–and still is the only way–to vote against deadly coercion. Every time sorehead Republican or Democrat losers delete a freedom-crushing plank from their party’s platform, every time our spoiler votes get them to repeal a coercive law–THAT’S A LIBERTARIAN VICTORY! Libertarian votes in Congressional Elections

The whole point of the Libertarian Party is to put practical pressure on both Kleptocracy parties to change their platforms and repeal dishonest laws.(link) Both entrenched factions value votes and define victory as their politicians elected–especially to Congress, but Libertarians define victory differently.(link) By offering a short, sensible plank designed to repeal cruel and violent laws, Libertarian party candidates draw votes away from BOTH factions.(link) Libertarian voters are thereby empowered make looter candidates lose at a leveraged rate far in excess of their numbers precisely by exploiting the greed, power-lust and hatred these factions nurse against each other.(link) THAT gets their attention way better than bought opinion polls and gives them an incentive to repeal bad laws–an incentive that cannot be ignored.(link)

So libertarians GET that the deck is stacked, and agree that the purported counts are crooked (as the losing looters invariably assert). Claiming that we will win ourselves a seat in Congress would at this time affront ordinary intelligence.(link) But explaining that we offer voters the most effective way to get results in the form of lower taxes, less conscription, fewer doors kicked in and fewer people robbed and shot drums up votes AND gives back something worthwhile in return.(link)

I stumbled upon these connections back in February 2007, and the basic explanation of how small parties in the past altered the Constitution with 2% of the votes case was aired by the Travis County Libertarian program Live and Let Live.(link with audio file) The problem is that the whole thing requires a terse and effective platform such as we had in 1972.(link)

The looter parties understand perfectly how our spoiler votes force them to abandon cruel and dishonest laws, so those parties infiltrate competitors. They got an anarchist to amend the migration plank to invite uninspected entry by terrorists.(link) A different communist anarchist was added to the 2020 ticket and rejected by all sane voters.(link) Finally, a large gang of Christian National Socialist infiltrators backed by the Alternative fur Deutschland-funded von Mises Foundation in Alabama took over the LP in a Nazi-style Anschluss, deleted our rejection of bigotry and scrapped what planks remained in defense of individual rights for women.(link) The result of all these professionally-orchestrated post-Trumpian machinations is clearly visible in the trendline showing our votes dropping at a 25-degree angle over the past four Congressional elections.

Good reading: The Secret Agent is an exceptionally good book by Joseph Conrad available in Kindle and audiobook formats. (link) The main anarchist in The Secret Agent is “The Professor” as in Assault from the Ivory Tower. The guy is the perfect archetype identical to all the anarcommies that ever infiltrated the LP. He carries explosives so that if a cop lays a hand on him, he is committed to blowing up “yourself and all aboard”–as Cheech and Chong put it in their Kamikaze instructions skit. The entire book is a well-earned literary classic, with gorgeous depth and luxurious detail inside the heads of all the pertinent actors–including all manner of infiltrators. The thing is iconoclastic drama rather than glossy adventure, but the anarchist takeaway is in my view its most rewarding aspect.

Austin vote fraud fixer

Remember our plan to again celebrate the LP Roe v Wade plank? (link)

This is a letter to the editor this Greezy Wheels fan wrote to “the” newspaper in September 2008, when the Democrats were still sobbing “we wuz robbed.” Prohibitionist fanatic John Kerry had lost to prohibitionist George Waffen Bush the previous count. Michael Badnarik was running on the girl-alienating straddle plank platform adopted in 1992.

Technology has made it possible for newspapers to restore confidence in our voting system. As things stand today, no voter can be certain that his vote was correctly counted. To change this, the receipts voters are handed on leaving the polls ought to consist of perhaps six alphanumeric characters. Shortly after the election, the Austin American-Statesman could publish those codes and, alongside them, the way the vote was counted. Posting them on the newspaper’s web site would work just as well. Once the individual can verify firsthand that his or her vote was properly counted, that person’s trust in the system will be restored. The vote will still be as secret as it is today, but verifiability will serve as a powerful check on vote fraud. Many lives were lost because of this issue during Reconstruction. The presidential election of 2000 underscored the necessity of adding credible verifiability to what purports to be an honest democracy.

Two months later the clerk at Half Price Books was grinning. This told me the Book and Beatles Albums Burners had lost. I voted Libertarian, so I won as usual despite the cowardly straddle platform. It had been a year since Gary Johnson on Live and Let Live show had covered the theory of spoiler vote clout and how losing is winning if you vote libertarian. (link)

In the intervening 15 years nobody has mentioned that simple method for letting the voters verify their own ballots. I doubt the letter was even published. Like law-changing spoiler vote clout, the theory is simple. Any child can understand it. But I doubt my letter was even published.

If I deposit money in a bank ATM, I use a password known only to me to verify that it was counted correctly, and it is verifiable but still secret, right? So on the slip of paper with the voting machine code, additional figures could complete a password I could use to access a website to verify that my vote was counted the way I cast it, and it would be just as secret, no?

As things stand, the GOP/Dems control the voting machines and launder the ballots so I have no way of verifying that my vote was counted as I cast it. You therefore have no way to know that the politicians establishing taxes and victimless crime laws are actually elected officials. But if the elections are not rigged, then making them verifiable by individual voters can dispel allegations of fraud made by the Dems or GOP, depending on who loses.

Just a few extra digits could remove all doubt as to the honesty of machine-fed elections. The voting machine could, by adding a password for each voter, become objectively verifiable and replace “vote laundering” by partisan soft machines. We could at least find out if the taxes and prohibition laws are real or not, and whether politicians were actually elected as some assert that they were.

If verifiable secret votes suddenly turn up higher small-party vote counts, that would make them an engine for change through honesty.

Is there anything wrong with this reasoning? Newspapers, Amazon or Google could perhaps be persuaded to rent server space, so it need not be very expensive to enter the website, type in your password, and see the ballot just as you cast it. Unmasked individuals are welcome to comment.

LP Wins Roe, 1973

The Libertarian Platform in 1972 demanded repeal of laws forcing women to reproduce.(link)

The Roe v Wade decision blocked Christian National Socialism in America after the 1973 electoral vote count showing a Libertarian. Libertarian ticket votes increased by a factor of 47 with women voters flocking to the LP banner even in 1980. The Prohibition Party and God’s Own Prohibitionists in 1976 demanded annother Prohibition Amendment–this time to reenslave women under Comstockism.(link) Candidate Jimmy Carter beat the tar out of Nixon allies Gerald Ford (of the Magic Bullet Warren Commission) and Bob Dole. One reason is that forcing women to bear unwanted offspring or die in childbed as in 1873 Comstock laws did not go well with women voters backstabbed in 1979 while trying to pass an Equal RIghts Amendment.(link)

Every Republican including Trump ran on a Republican Party platform demanding a new Prohibition Amendment, this time to coerce women as slaves and thereby increase again the rates of death in childbed. Canada in 1976 nullified all laws punishing physicians for saving the lives of women endangered by unwanted pregnancies, but U.S. fanaticism left over from the failure of Alcohol prohibition drives a tremendous hatred and coercion movement.(link) Just such a movement in Germany coincided with the rise of right-wing mysticla Trumpism as heirs of National Socialist billionaires are backing similar insurgencies the way their ancestors financed National Socialism once the League of Nations fastened the Narcotics Limitation convention on Europe in 1931.(link)

Women Voters before Roe

OKKKlahoma Governor hides GOP affiliation to seduce women voters (link)

You can’t make this stuff up.(link) Oklahoma’s Republican carbon copy of Ram Johnston is convinced that attacking uppity trannies will gull women into helping the GOP increase deaths in childbed to pre-Libertarian levels.(link) The Thud Blight debacle is the straw gay-baiting girl-bulliers now grasp at in hopes women will forget all about Trump, Palito, Long Dong and Mutterkreuz Mom bringing back pre-Libertarian Comstock laws.(link) The doublethink is made possible by the same delusion that prompts looter prohibitionists to squawk “throwin’ away yer vote” to dismiss Libertarian spoiler vote clout.(link)

What does the record show? It shows that non-voters outnumber voters thanks to Kleptocracy flacks dinning the message that “winning” is hiring more looters rather than repealing bad laws.(link) It also shows that after women voters became aware that the Libertarian Platforms of 1972-1976 wrote Roe, they’ve turned out in greater numbers than Grabbers-Of-Pussy. Watch… women got the vote in 1920, a half-century after the 15th Amendment raised, then crushed their hopes to pave the way for Comstockism. Since then, nonvoters–easily half of them women– have outnumbered voters in every election held before the Libertarian Party became impossible to ignore.(source)

Then Reagan’s party exploited the exploits of fellow religious fanatics Hathal bin Juhayman Al-Otaibi and Ruhollah Musavi Khomeini to deflect attention to racial and mystical hatred rather than the rights of American women. Damned it the gambit didn’t buy them three elections and a massive financial crash! But an unnoticed point of inflection in 1976 marked the shift away from women obeying the mystics to women voters outnumbering girl-bullying men. (link)

1931, Current Opinion – CHRISTIANITY AND SOCIALISM – A few weeks ago we called attention in this column to the impressive evidences of the spread of socialism in this country. This spread, curiously enough, is not marked among the manual workers, who are in Europe the bone and sinew of socialism. On the contrary, organized labor in America is, for the most part, antagonistic to socialism. It is in the range of what is contemptuously termed the “bourgeoisie” by European socialism that the cult is growing here. It is to the bourgeoisie, and particularly to professions within it, that Professor John Dewey’s proposed new party, called the League for Independent Political Action, is frankly making its appeal, and this party is socialism thinly disguised. But the most disturbing feature of this movement is the clear and apparently determined effort to capture the Christian Church and utilize it as a political agency for the advancement of the principles and economic purposes of socialism. In recent months there have been an increasing number of books and magazine articles in which Christian leaders manifest more or less support for socialistic ideas. We find many of them freely condemning capitalism and individualism and the “profit motive,” using as their own and with obvious approval the terms and theories of socialism. One of the latest books in the class is “Which Way Religion,” by Doctor Harry F Ward, professor of Christian Ethics in Union Theological Seminary, in which he says: “What is clear is that communism, stripped of its dogmatic glorification and use of force – in common with socialism – gives us the religion of humanity.” And, in summing up: “the faith of the future will find its central task in applying the ethical principles which Jesus represents to the conquest of the means of existence. That much it will owe to Marx and those who have followed him.”

This association of Jesus and Karl Marx is becoming more and more frequent and, by repetition, less and less shocking, in Christian discussion. We have here, however, been referring to individual expression of views having this tendency. But now we have a collective and representative expression, from no less than a division of the National Council of Christian Associations, advocating a socialistic political program for Christianity. In a report of the economic division of this Council, which has just been issued, and said to be addressed cheaply to college and church elements, cooperation is urged with the Socialist Party, or political action through a new party along the lines of that which the League for Independent Political Action is attempting to organize. This report, which is a document of 96 pages, declares that “Whatever its name, that party should stand resolutely” for a program that includes among other socialistic objectives” the social ownership of public utilities, natural resources and the basic industries.”

The chairman of the commission which drew up this report is Francis A Henson, secretary of the student division of the National Council of the YMCA. The Introduction of the Report was written by Professor Reinhold Niebuhr of Union Theological Seminary. Among other members of the commission are Professor John Bennett, of Auburn Theological Seminary; Sidney D Gamble, secretary foreign division National Council YMCA; Josephine Little, secretary National Board YMCA; Professor Lois McDonald of New York University; Patrick M Malin of Swarthmore College; Mildred Morgan, University of Iowa; Walter Ludwig, secretary, Pioneer Youth, and Paul Porter, secretary, League for Industrial Democracy. Christianity, said the report, must concern itself about the economic order because an intelligent application of Christian ethics will necessarily change the presence system. The implication is that the present economic system, in association with which all Christianity has thus far been developed, is necessarily anti-Christian. How far this movement of social revolution can attain the support of the Christian church remains to be seen, plainly an impressive effort to ally Christianity with socialism is underway, and directed by men of influence in religion and education – St. Louis Globe-Democrat. *-*-*

Pharmaceutical and industrial giants in Germany, by far the world’s largest producer of opiate drugs, are financing the election campaign of Christian spokesman Adolf Hitler’s National Socialist German Workers Party urging Positive Christianity and repudiation of all war reparations payments in its platform and speeches.

As far back as 2011, purveyors of melted gold tooth-fillings and traditional German exports, such as pure heroin, resumed funding politics. While U.S. agencies were busily undermining Brazilian President Roussef in 2013, a way was found to fund a broke German Christian Nationalist party left over from when Trump was making his pitch to Florida Cubans… Moorish rapists running amok in Europe facilitated restarting the Alternative für Deutchland or AfD party into an overnight success in 2015. Mystery supporters of Christian National Socialism in Germany copied Ted Turner’s objectivist billboard posting strategy. Theirs, however said “Vote AfD” instead of “Who Is John Galt?”(link) German versions of the John Birch Society, Silver Shirts, Klan and Silent Majority funneled money to the New Friends of New New Germany and the race was on!

Conservatism reassumed its original meaning. There are a number of large international drug rings operating in the United States, backed by ample capital and guided by shrewd and unscrupulous minds. The profits are so enormous that the underworld crooks do not hesitate to take any kind of risk to smuggle narcotics, easily secured from factories in Switzerland, Germany, Holland, Turkey and Japan, into the United States and then through well-developed operations to deliver those evil drugs into every state and city in this country.
The crime wave which has assumed such terrible proportions in the United States is largely attributable to smuggled heroin and cocaine and other vicious drugs. One-third of all the inmates of our federal prisons are addicts or violators of our narcotics laws. It is estimated by reliable authorities that 50% of the crimes of violence can be traced back to some form of drugs.
Every available weapon must be brought into use against these smugglers in habit-forming drugs, particularly against the higher-ups in the big international dope rings, who are worse than murderers. We have remained silent and have tolerated their insults and their criminal activities far too long.
The narcotics traffic is world-wide and it is essential that there should be unity and cooperation among the great nations, in order to secure enforcements and control the manufacturer of habit-forming drugs in all nations of the world by their own governments.

This appeared in print as the Narcotics Limitation Convention was riveted onto Germany, the world’s largest exporter of heroin, then in popular demand thanks to America’s prohibition of beer and wine as narcotic liquors. Fish made a similar speech over the radio May 28. Hitler met Baron August von Finck and raised 13 million Reichsmarks February 3. Japan at that time produced no addictive drugs but did manufacture cocaine, which competed for market share with far more dangerous substances. Japan invaded Manchuria three months after the Fish article was published, and quit the League of Nations as Hitler came to power. Germany quit the League nine months after that.

Republican Prohibitionist America had in the space of 11 years comlpetely ruined the U.S. economy, spread the Depression worldwide, then turned two industrial nations into powerful adversaries for the sake of off-with-their-heads prohibitionism imported and reexported to appease China’s Qing Dynasty.

The Wikipedia entry for this third-generation machine politician’s demands–to violently ban the production and voluntary trade of non-habit-forming stimulants and addictive narcotics alike–makes no mention whatsoever of the Knickerbocker’s urgings. Good reading: International Narcotics Control by Louise Eisenlohr, Arnaud Press, New York, 1981, ISBN No.0-405-13584-X. This is the only book that manages to track most of the proceedings and acts of the League of Nations Opium Advisory Committee while masking off nearly all dates on which its meetings were held and deliberations conveyed to the League proper through 1934. It met 17JAN through 02FEB1929, established a Central Board within the League and MARKET CRASH was in papers and Time Magazine a month later. Opium Advisory Board recommendations were delivered to the 10th Assembly of the League of Nations during the 02SEP-25SEP1929 session. Stocks changed from gaining to losing value when that session began. Besides the League itself and newpaper archives, Eisenlohr’s book is the only hardcover source I’ve found revealing what went on in treaty-making circles as banks collapsed and investment shifted to rearmament, then war.

Eggs Benedict Arnold: Crack one egg into an ordinary cup, find a thin slice of ham, some bread, a pat of butter and keep handy a spoonful of water in a smaller skillet or bowl. America before Prohibition

All drink & drugs legal, no war

There were wars elsewhere, the opium-farming Balkan States, unrest in Haiti. China–rid of the Qing Dynasty–was in the throes of post-revolutionary discontent. But China doubled down on prohibition in 1911 and, at England’s suggestion, foolishly banned all poppy gardening within its borders. This meant pent-up demand as Germany, England, France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Turkey, Afghanistan, Japan and Persia dumped opium-derived narcotics in Africa, the rest of Europe, Burma, India, Cochin-China and These United States. Opium specially prepared for smoking was legal to smoke but could not be imported. That law was passed to persuade prohibitionist China to stop boycotting American products. The Hague antiopium Convention served much the same purpose.

The Harrison act was still posing as a revenue tax not yet indiscriminately weaponized against non-habit-forming and highly addictive extracts that were soon to be burdened and bludgeoned. But war clouds were gathering in Europe and bankers–still smarting from the 1907 Panic which followed the Pure Food & Drug Act of 1906–put together a Federal Reserve central bank the better to weather the war… AND get paid for supplies sent Over There. The other cloud on the horizon was the Income Tax.

Wilson was the first Democrat installed in the Executive Mansion since Cleveland’s second election in 1892. Congress had imposed a Civil War income tax that caused Lysander Spooner to cast doubts upon the soundness of the Constitution. That plus the Comstock laws banning the very thought of birth control or French postcards got Tilden elected by the popular and electoral vote–for a while anyway. Cleveland “won” against Red Republicans and a proto-communist People’s Party the way Nixon would “win” against George Wallace klansmen 76 years later, and was crowded into signing an income tax rider to the tariff act that absolutely wrecked the economy. This is one reason it took 20 years for another Democrat to get elected. But it happened, and Woody Wilson was holding the ball after the income tax was empowered by the 16th Amendment in February of 1913.

Continued economic turmoil in the opium-farming Balkan States, their product now boycotted by angry Chinese revolutionaries eager for ratification of the Hague antiopium Convention, escalated into real war at the first convenient pretext. Woodrow Wilson “seen his chance” to put the income tax to work and took it: Austria attacked Serbia and Wilson unveiled the income tax law quietly bundled into the tariff act of assessing income taxes and making corporate tax returns liable to public inspection, all of this on 28JUL1914. Stock markets everywhere closed down for months and historical rewriters scream to the heavens the horrors of war–with nary a word about that same day’s Death and Taxes disclosures.

As submarines sank anything afloat, Baltimore paper lost little time publishing some doggerel:

“I’m very tired, “said Uncle Sam
The way I see things go
Here for an age I’ve been on post
In fighting Mexico
To keep it from a war with us,
And, should cause come to pass,
To warn all Europe that it must
Keep off the Monroe grass.

To stop a coup or two.
And then the climax, quick to cap,
I plunge in more distress

Good reading: Prohibition on The North Jersey Shore by Linderoth. (link) I’ve not yet finished the book but already it reveals how crime organized by cops and politicans worked to restore the economy by flouting the Volstead act. Also how the Klan, which Wilson had described as a sort of hazing fraternity in his history book, turned into a Loudmouthed MAGA Minority that interfered with this salutary recovery then left the Democratic party in a huff after the 1924 convention. “Prohibiton and the Crash,” see below, sought to follow the October 1929 Atlantic Highlands rids without remarkable success. Linderoth’s book is fillling in the blanks.
