Texas LP greets Republican girl-bulliers

There are no abortion laws in Canada, thanks in large part to the American Libertarian Party.(link) In 1968 Dr Henry Morgentaler openly defied religious zealotry by opening an abortion clinic in Montreal. Positive Christianity raiders arrested him, as they had in Germany, to the gushing admiration of the Prohibition Party. But that changed with our Libertarian Party’s key 1972 plank:

We further support the repeal of all laws restricting voluntary birth control or voluntary termination of pregnancies during their first hundred days.

The platform earned us some 4000 popular votes and one electoral vote. A fortnight after those were counted, on 22 Jan 1973, the Republican Supreme Court delivered its blow to Texas laws forcing women into the involuntary labor of reproduction by adopting the Libertarian plank and adding an extra week: (link)

(a) For the stage prior to approximately the end of the first trimester, the abortion decision and its effectuation must be left to the medical judgment of the pregnant woman’s attending physician.

Dr Morgentaler ‘s conviction was reversed on appeal, and charges against American women operating unlicensed clinics were also quashed. Canada erased all laws forcing women into the involuntary servitude of unwanted labor and the American Libertarian Party stuck to its successful law-changing plank in 1976. Horrified, the Prohibition Party, followed like dogs on a leash by the Republicans, demanded another Prohibition Amendment, this time to outlaw Choice when exercised by women.(link) This demand was repeated over and over as mystical fanatics sought to infiltrate the Libertarian Party–alongside a vote-repelling 5th column of anarcho-communists disguised as libertarians.

To this day, people like Tokyo Rose, Spikey and Boothead, the Bilyew Twins, Pat Dixon and Alex “Whack” Jones seek to deliver the impression that the Libertarian Party needs to ally with the Prohibition, Dixiecrat, Klan, Q-Anon and Republican organizations of girl-bulliers to push sexual prohibitionism or selectively exclude women from access to medical treatment.(link) This conflicts with the 3940-word platform currently alienating Texans from voting LP. The delightful plank to legalize suicide defines women (pregnant or not) as individuals. So because it says no force of law ought to prosecute anyone in a pregnant woman’s assisted suicide, there is hardly an argument for going out of our way to pick on women voters over pregnancy termination. But consistency never stopped mystical fanatics from trying to concoct  one and glue it into the platform. The plank reads like a George Bush Jr Executive Order granting subsidies and immunity to “faith-based” torchlight mobs:

Recognizing that reproductive rights are a sensitive issue and that people can hold good-faith views on all sides, LPTexas believes that government should be kept out of the matter, leaving the question to each person for their conscientious consideration. LPTexas does not condone that tax dollars be spent for any such medical cost.

TRANSLATION: Subsidies imposed by the regulators that make medical care unaffordable render male treatment more equal than female treatment.  But why not apply this “principle” elsewhere?

Recognizing that the problems of theft, fraud and violence are a sensitive issue, and some may disagree, the Libertarian Party believes that government should be kept out of the matter, Heaven forfend existing subsidies from taxes continue another minute!  (Anarcho-communists push exactly that!)(link)

Conservangelists and other officious altruists recognize in law-changing Libertarian spoiler votes a danger to the political power (capacity to summon forth platoons of killers) they prefer instead of individual rights. Already the Texas plank has alienated fertile women from wanting anything to do with the Libertarian Party. The LP, consequently, is 75% male. The Democratic party, infiltrated by traditional communists and fellow travellers since the SDS and Chicago riots, is benefiting from libertarian gullibility and cowardice–especially in Texas.  There is, be it known, a safety valve to derail this lamentable trend.(link) Act locally. Mr. BIDEN… These vitally important programs will now go unfunded if this amendment is not adopted. The TASC Program was designed as a response to a rapidly increasing proper crime rate caused, in significant part, by drug offenders. We all know why that is. The fact of the matter is that, unless you happen to be a multimillionaire or have access to a bank, if you have a drug habit, it is an expensive habit. And there is no doubt in anyone’s mind why there is so much street crime. Somewhere on the order of 50% of all the street crime in America is attributable to drug abuse. That is, when someone wants to go buy the cocaine or go buy the heroin or go buy the marijuana, they crack someone over the top of the head, take their wallet, take their purse, and half the time they are under the influence at the time. I see my colleague from Arizona standing, I am happy to yield to him.

Mr. GOLDWATER. I was interested in what the Sen. had to say about the cost of the dope habit. And I recall – I may be wrong – but I think I recall that England at one time sold narcotics at drugstores without prescriptions or anything else. I have often wondered – not facetiously – whether that might not be a cure in our country. They are going to kill themselves eventually. Let them do it cheap.

Mr. BIDEN. Well, you know, Mr. President, we sometimes smile about that, but the Senator from Arizona has raised a question that a number of very, very thoughtful and intelligent people have raised, and that is the argument that has been underway for some time in this country along the following lines: If, in fact, we not only have spawned a multibillion-dollar industry – over $110 billion a year and profits to illegal syndicates and individuals, not unlike the days of prohibition – in light of that fact and coupled with the fact that 50% of the crime on the street, violent crime, is attributable to a junky going out and forcibly wresting from a citizen their dollars and their cents and their money and in the process, many times, killing, maiming, or at least abusing them; and the fact that over 50% of the burglaries in America, the reason why people break and enter into homes is in order to pay for their drug habit – they steal your television, sell your television, and by the heroin – they say. “Well, if that is the case, why don’t we just legalize it?”

Now, it sounds funny, but look at it for a moment. If, in fact, drugs were legalized, that any heroin addict could walk into a clinic and get heroin, then the need to go out and mug my mother in the parking lot of the Acme is diminished, because they do not need the money in her purse. And also those major crime syndicates, which flourish and feed off society, would have their pocketbooks emptied very rapidly because people would not be paying for it. So it is not a crazy idea.

But I would say to my friend from Arizona, who is in fact one of the true civil libertarians in this country – and I mean that sincerely – the answer is one that will not come to him is one that is unexpected and one that his philosophy, understandably, will find somewhat difficult. It is that big brother made a judgment that, in fact, we not only should protect those addicts and junkies who will kill themselves – the average age, for example, of a heroin addict, the life expectancy is about 28 years of age. They die by then not because they are shot, by the police as they are jumping barriers, but because they overdose on heroin. They, in fact, kill themselves with the drug. And that is why the average life expectance of a drug user is relatively low.So we, as a society, have made the judgment, which I happend to subscribe to, that we should, in fact, protect our citizens even those who are inflicting this sin upon themselves.

When did the Crash arrive with a Depression?

The second reason is that as a people it seems to me, I say to my friend from Arizona, the government of the United States should not knowingly condone something they have no doubt about the effect of the use of. In other words, even though we would diminish, I have no doubt, diminish crime, and we would diminish the size of the syndicates, it seems to me, I say to my friend from Arizona, we would be making such a statement about the morality of this country that it is something we could not live with, that if we as a country were to conclude that notwithstanding the fact we could reduce crime, the price at which we would reduce it would be to legalize something that is patently immoral on its face, and legalize something that in fact we know will result in the death of thousands and thousands of American. Although on balance the argument can be made we probably would have less crime, and we would have less of a pernicious impact on the part of organized crime, and we have as a society opted not to do that. As usual – and I am not being solicitous – my friend from Arizona not only has the insight to raise the tough questions, but has the courage to raise them.

Quite frankly, as my colleague from Arizona knows, most people would not even want to raise that question for fear that the political opposition would run around saying, “Charlie Smith is for heroin, and Charlie Smith is for such and such.” We need more of that kind of input into this question. I compliment my colleague. I do not ask him to accept the answer other than to acknowledge that it is the reason why we have chosen not to go that route.

Mr. GOLDWATER. I am quitting politics. So I can accept the Senator’s answer. He has satisfied me.

By spewing forth such absurd lies couched in the unvarnished superstition and strutting ignorance that “we” must be forced at gunpoint to send police to shoot kids over plant leaves, Biden revealed his true colors. Today, plain thermometer readings show no increase. Yet this doddering blowhard expects your sanction to be thrust back into the Dark Ages of answers that cannot be questioned.(link) If Big Brother, after listening to lobbyists, chooses to send men with guns out to shoot kids and confiscate bank accounts until the economy again crashes into a depression, it was a good time for Goldwater to retire.

What (not who) will you vote for?

 In 1840 your male vote for Northern Democrats said “rob me;” for Whigs said “raise import tariffs,” and for Southern Dems said “rape black women and beat the men to death.” Your vote said one or the other. 

In 1860 there were no more Federalists or Whigs, only high-tariff spenders on improvement and primitive rapists and bulliers of slaves.  Your male vote said either “protective tariff” or “secede from the monopolistic high-tariff Customs Union.”

In 1880 your male vote could say “arrest, tax and rob people over whiskey and beer” and “bully them for Jesus,” or “bring back White Supremacy,” or “tax and rob people for communism.” That was the third-party alternative. 

In 1900 your male vote could say “make war, raise tariffs and ban liquor and drugs,” or “White Supremacy but no sumptuary laws,” or “tax and rob people for communism.” All three alternatives required coercion.

In 1920 your vote could say “White Supremacy and sumptuary laws” or “sumptuary taxes, confiscation and imprisonment,” or “tax and rob people for communism.” All three alternatives required the initiation of force.

FINALLY in 1972 your vote could say “White Supremacy and sumptuary laws” or  “conscription, bombing, fascism and Comstockism,” or “replace the initiation of force with freedom and individual rights for women!” For the first time ever, spoiler clout leverage worked in favor of freedom and against coercion at gunpoint. The LP got under 4000 presidential votes then, and over 4.5 million in 2016. That’s an increase of a factor of 1100 over the course of 44 years in which the world population doubled.

Now that we still have such a clean cut alternative, in 2020 you may for the 12th time choose one of 3 alternatives on the ballot in every state: You may vote to “endorse Nixon fascism,” or “endorse Eurasian communism” or “increase freedom by reducing coercion!” Two of these choices are the same as asking to be whipped, paddled and humiliated. Only one tells politicians that you have enough dignity to recognize and enforce your own individual rights and the rights of others.

Legalize freedom with spoiler votes

 

The Jo Jorgensen campaign has put together a really good ad. It tragically omits the fact that in a fractional-reserve banking system, prohibitionist asset forfeiture wrecks the economy with bank failures, market crashes, monetary contraction, liquidity crises, bankruptcy and loss of your retirement savings. Prohibition enforcement kills people, yes, but it also WRECKS THE ECONOMY!

Opium prohibition in China caused the Crash of 1837 when the Quing Dynasty emperor suddenly ordered British and American opium traders deported. Britain liquidated all investment in American improvement bonds and a Depression ensued–and a series of wars that killed 25 MILLION people.

The Panic of 1893 included a prohibition element in that lame duck Harrison cracked down on smuggling of high-tariff opium right before Cleveland was inaugurated. The panic of 1907, like the Silent Panic of 1903, was also largely a result of prohibition of patent medicines, blended whiskey, and ignorant uprisings against ice houses in a flurry of State prohibition laws.

The 1920 and 1929 crashes were absolutely caused by prohibition and use of the communist income tax amendment forfeitures and fines as an enforcement crutch. The banking panics began when Al Capone’s cronies were railroaded on tax evasion charges, and glucose, yeast and malt factories were indicted for liquor conspiracies. Banks closed because it was withdraw it or lose it. Even Friedman and Schwartz missed this causal connection, but it’s all in Prohibition and The Crash–Cause and Effect in 1929!

Nixon’s Operation Intercept and Quaker prohibitionism emulating Herbert Hoover also directly triggered a recession officially recorded two months after his orders to point the loaded guns at peaceful people. 

Biden, Bush and Reagan’s congresses signed off on the Anti Drug Abuse Act of 1987, and my October of 1987 mandatory drug testing, mandatory minimums and asset forfeiture had the economy in a Crash, collapse and recession. 

Bush Junior’s faith-based asset-forfeiture Executive Order directly caused the Crash and Recession of 2008, ushering in 2 terms of Democratic Party kleptocracy. Believing in the Nixon media’s either/or wasted vote mendacities is a lose-lose proposition.

The job is easy… no annoying surveillance cameras to provide embarrassing evidence, and there are thousands of instances of similar arson going on right now within cities bristling with cameras. West Coast newspapers are now trying to avoid the subject and whine at how elected officials avoid being looted by the IRS.(link)

Use your Chinese computer to search for “forest arson” and screen after screen fills up with “climate arson nonsense,” “forest arson rumors,” and innuendo branding as loony anyone able to think for a minute that the people who deliberately set fire to stores to send a political message would ever dream of torching a single bough of one of Joyce Kilmer’s trees. The 1988 forest torchings torchings in Israel coincided with a sharp upswing in forest firebuggery in California, Oregon and Washington–States so loaded down with Asians that they insisted on a Chinese Exclusion Law back in 1882–renewed in 1893. The communist system in Europe was collapsing in 1988, with people fleeing by hundreds of thousands to escape totalitarian altruism. It’s a rare communist anarchist zealot who would pass up the chance to make Fearless Leader look good by amplifying terror of Misanthropic Climate Warmunism. But China itself has its own mysterious forest fires blazing, suggesting that two can play.  “Open Borders” rhetoric inviting uninspected entry is one of the chinks in Uncle Sam’s territorial jurisdiction that invite invasion by foreign commandos and facilitate arson by miscreants within.(link) 

But that’s crazy talk. “Sane” talk is Assistant Drug Czar Joe Biden bawling that Boss Trump is engaging in “climate arson.” Libertarian voters are witnessing the failure of a Kleptocracy so enraged by it’s own Janus-faced other half that it will deliberately burn cities and forests and shoot people in the back in a bid for more political power with which to wield added harmful and deadly coercive force. The Forgotten Man, 2020

Forgotten man in Opposition to Legalization and Public Awareness–The Drug Czar

William Graham Sumner wrote the original Forgotten Man essay back in 1883, and produced several versions. He explained that whenever altruists A and B get together to decide what C (Citizen) shall be forced at gunpoint to do for D (Destitute). C is the Forgotten Man in the equation, the man coerced into footing the bill.(link) This Citizen was in 1883 the Forgotten Man whose interests and happiness were entirely overlooked and ignored. Franklin Roosevelt tried to recast the scenario with Destitute–the victim of prohibition-induced economic collapse–as the Forgotten Man, but the ploy never did replace Sumner’s original–namely you, dear Reader. 

Just recently we’ve had to acknowledge a spate of murders committed by lazy, out-of-shape, union-collectivized policemen. Typically the victims are brown people. Eric Garner was suspected of letting people buy single cigarettes to allay cravings instead of loading up with sealed packs of habit-forming, Polonium-transmitting excise-generating drugs. He was gang-lynched by First Responders™. Philando Castile was murdered in his car with child and ladyfriend because Minesota First Responder™ Jeronimo Yanez imagined he smelled hemp–the stuff upon which the Bill of Rights is printed.

Atlanta cops woke a man up and shot him in the back. A black policewoman was no-knocked and riddled with bullets in her bed because Louisville politicians signed prohibitionist zealot orders to raid her apartment. The same happened to an elderly couple in Houston on orders no less fraudulent. And just the other day a brave First Responder™ shot an unarmed man in the back seven times for no good reason. Another 1009 people were snuffed out this year, always on orders from Democratic and Republican Party zealots imagining plant leaves to be avatars of Satan. No libertarian Party elected official ever issued such orders.(link)

And shoot you dead in bed, and loot your belongings

Like Newton’s Second Law–the one with the equal but opposite reaction force–persons terrorized by politicians using arbitrary police as hired killers have taken to attacking police no less arbitrarily and just as violently in places like Los Angeles and Phoenix, Maryland, Washington and Oregon prompting a political officeholder to remark: 

“Thus far this year, 74 law enforcement officers have been killed in the line of duty in the United States of America,” he added. “Unfortunately, I don’t hear a lot of people speak to that.”

Well listen up. In 2020 America, entirely controlled by the East German Democratic and God’s Own Prohibitionist soft machines, altruists A and B issue orders for C (Cops) to murder D (Drug suspect), mostly brown and youthful. As inevitably as night follows day, fake news media hold microphones into which red-faced police union goons fume and sputter over the “senseless and cowardly” treatment of maimed and murdered officers–protected, of course from civil and criminal liability by the sort of “qualified immunity” that did not save Christian National Socialists from the gibbet at the Nuremberg trials. Their victims need not even be charged under Reagan-Bush-Biden Civil Asset Forfeiture, and may be shot like dogs with perfect impunity on any fanciful pretext thanks to the Asset Forfeitures Amendment Act of 1986 as amended in 1988.(link)

The big difference today is that the Forgotten Man is no longer C, the angry Citizen or remorseless Cop on the beat. The perpetrators unnamed, unmentioned and unquestioned are the Politician, the Preacher, The Bureaucrat, the Prosecutor and the Judge who in the roles of A and B got together to have people murdered as “no-nonsense” examples. They are murdered to please “shall not be questioned” Legislators and Lobbyists whose pseudoscientific votes declare War on plant leaves feared as avatars of Satan. Voters aid and abet this connivance out of fear of social pressure.(link)

Plant leaves are incapable of surrendering, but the War proposition still makes sense to looters granted immunity from even being mentioned in connection with the results of their weaponized acquisitive altruism.  Today’s Forgotten Man is the Politician and Bureaucrat of the mixed-economy Political State soft machine. These are the deadly people I vote against; I vote Libertarian.(link)

These hidden persuaders–the Politician, the Preacher, the Prosecutor and the Judge–are never mentioned in the aftermath for the same reason Libertarian Party candidates are never mentioned. Libertarians against Crash and Depressions

 

Since 1998 I have shown that Prohibition enforcement–telling people at gunpoint what they may consume–caused the Crash and Great Depression. It is also the cause of most organized crime and cowardly ambushes of citizens by police and vice-versa. Voting Libertarian is your chance to save the economy from prohibition related depressions as in 1907, 1920, 1929, 1969, 1987 and 2008–not to mention the Flash Crashes. It is also the best way to keep your kids from being shot by men with guns acting on behalf of dangerous zealots inflamed with pseudoscientific beliefs. 

Republicans crash the economy by sending goons to confiscate homes, autos, bank accounts, brokerage accounts, life savings, aircraft and equipment. This causes money to disappear from the fractional-reserve banking system, and brings liquidity crunches, bankruptcies, stock crashes, recessions and unemployment. It also undermines the value of private retirement accounts. 

Democrats help Republicans do all of the above harm to the economy, and also to casually murder young people–especially young brown people–while importing the failed communist and national socialist policies that impoverish and kill people wherever they gain a foothold. Democrat-controlled cities resemble Venezuela and Cuba, Angola, Bangladesh, Mozambique, Syria and Togo. Democrat efforts to make demonize electric power and man industry are no less superstitious than Republican coercive exorcism of plant leaves as avatars of Satan. Helping either gang of looters is self-destructive and wrong. Setting them an example, and letting them lose by ignoring it is a teaching experience. 

The 2020 Republican and Democrat platforms STILL call for men with guns to rob, jail and shoot kids over plant leaves. 

Here are the Libertarian vote share percentages for the 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2016 elections now increasing at a slope of 1.2 or 50 degrees. This logistic replacement curve indicates we are on track to secure eleven million votes this presidential election. This will also upset many down-ballot races by upending the more violent candidates in favor of less cruel, better-educated and less fanatical replacement officeholders.

Henry Virkula was out for a drive with his wife and kids when customs agents leapt out of the bushes and riddled their flivver with buckshot the night of June 8, 1929. This was during Dry Hope Herbert Hoover’s Administration under the Five and Ten law making beer a chain-gang felony 2 days before his Inauguration. Like today, the Methodist Board of Temperance, Prohibition and Other People’s Morals bellowed that the killing was “justified” under the eugenicist tenets of Positive Christianity. Dry Killers was the exact technical term used by citizens and newspapermen alike.

First Responders were, as always, justified in murder, according to the experts on what Jesus would have done: 

“The second case was that of the De King killing in Aurora, Illinois.  That seemed perfectly horrible until the facts were ascertained and broadcast.  Now the most intelligent people know what happened and see considerable significance in the fact that the grand jury refused to indict the officer involved.  (…) On the Rouse case, the Board said Officer Rouse “killed a rum-runner in the act of committing two felonies,” adding: “The rum-runner had made an assault upon him by the use of poisonous gases produced by a smoke-screen device.  Officer Rouse was completely exonerated by the grand jury.  (…) (LA Examiner 6/17/1929)

Does this sound like a Minnesota cop union mouthpiece waving an “official” medical examiner’s report?(link) 

There were no throwdown guns, throwdown beer or throwdown medical examiner documendacities or rumors of active warrants to get overeager ambush murderers off the hook. In fact, the International Falls City Council promptly gave notice to Republican President Herbert Hoover on 18JUN1929: 

Dear Mr. President: The International Falls City Council voted and passed upon the following resolution:
                “Whereas at an open meeting of business men and city officials of this border city last June 14 an informal appeal to the President was drawn up, asking him to end the terrorism inflicted upon our citizens and neighbors by Federal customs patrolmen, engaged in prohibition enforcement;
                “and whereas, our appeal has remained unanswered, even though the vicious and unlawful conduct of said government agents have continued unabated‑‑except that there has been no fresh murder of our innocent neighbors;
                “Therefore, be it resolved that we, the City Council of the City of International Falls, in regular session assembled, do hereby remind the President that the memorialization of the citizens’ appeal was and is the articulate pleading of the community:
                “And be it further resolved that the City Council of the City of International Falls does hereby join its official voice in requesting from our President an urgent response to the pleas for help from our people. (Hoover 1929 1974  195)

Senator Millard Tydings of Maryland was at the time compiling a list of prohibition murders, naming names and giving particulars for publication in “Before and After Prohibition,” so politicians encountered tough sledding trying to ignore over a thousand slaughters.(link)

“Send these murderers to the penitentiary” appeared in Congressional debates.(link)

None of this mattered. It was only late in 1929 that statistician Clark Warburton began pointing out that the black market in banned beverages amounted to 5% of the entire U.S. economy, an amount larger than the entire budget of the federal government tasked by the 18th Amendment with killing, confiscating, libeling, padlocking, jailing and murdering every man woman and child in These States if that’s what it would take to force people to drink what the Prohibition Party ordered them to drink.(link) The Prohibition Party averaged 1.4% of the vote in 11 electoral campaigns. There was no Libertarian Party, but there was a Liberal Party demanding repeal.(link)

By January of 1930, no religious fanatics dared debate the Association Against the Prohibition Amendment, armed with Warburton’s exhaustive reports and calculations on consumption of every possible ingredient used in the production of recreational beverages.(link) Women came out for repeal and financial collapse, unemployment, burgeoning prisons, Hoovervilles, riots, blockades, arson, cop-killings, hunger and economic contraction got the voters’ attention.(link)

The Democrats copied the Liberal Party plank demanding repeal of the Prohibition Amendment.(link)  Hoover promptly became a repeal advocate, but Republican National Socialism was into coercive eugenics and helping Hitler to power, and wouldn’t listen.(link) By March 4, 1933, with every bank in the nation already closed down, Franklin Delano Roosevelt was sworn in and the Dems–who had not yet become communists–ruled the roost for 20 years.

Trump did an interview on Fox mentioning the LP getting 4.5% of the vote in 2016, then claiming us as [get this!] Republicans. But instead of legalizing acid and weed and stopping the individual income tax, he whined that he was “somewhat” libertarian and that we were wasting our votes on an anti-aggression platform. Republicans in Congress (the ones who nominated Bush and Mitt Romney) are more concerned with bullying pregnant girls, shooting youths and robbing assets over plant leaves. The real question is, can Trump survive the superstitious cowardice of the Republican Party?

The Libertarian platform has been clear for 48 years.(link) Assistant Drug Czar Biden is likewise a child-shooting, dog-killing, asset forfeiture prohibitionist beholden to communist China. Biden’s Red China has recently executed several Canadians for “drugs.”(link) This is the same Red China from which the deadly plague has wafted worldwide since late 2019. Biden’s China exports plagues and narcotics and inflicts the death penalty for 68 crimes, 44 of which are victimless. Good government gradually elbows aside entrenched, outdated and dangerous monarchies and kleptocracies incapable of grasping reality and legalizing freedom.
